尖沙咀好多印度餐厅咖!今次食咗3款唔同嘅鸡😂🍗Chicken "65" 印度式炸鸡 $60店员话65喺指由唔同酱料混合而成嘅特制酱料, 佢哋称之为65”, 味道好香, 食落鸡肉都几嫩滑咖, 表面无炸粉, 一咬就喺肉一开始仲担心会唔会好辣, 但其实一啲都唔辣啊! 🍗Pudhina Chicken Tikka 薄荷烤鸡肉串烧 $130绿色嘅鸡😂用铁板上嘅薄荷鸡,一上枱时热辣辣出哂烟,绿色喺因为用咗薄荷酱,薄荷味道几突出,拌碟方面仲好细心咁有个蕃茄花花喺旁边🍗Chicken Murtabak 鸡肉煎饼 $90长方形Size鸡肉煎饼,食到中间有少少辣喺喉咙涌出嚟, 饮一啖Mango Lassi就解到😌🍕Butter Dosa 牛油煎饼 $60大大份牛油煎饼,店员介绍话喺类似Pancake咁,要我哋衬热食!冻咗就会变硬…仲附上不同酱料包括椰子酱同薄荷酱。🥤Mango Lassi每次到印度餐厅必饮嘅Mango Lassi, 好重芒果味, 饮落比较杰身好重料啊! 饮完都几饱啊 继续阅读

就快到换牙箍嘅日子啦次次换牙箍嘅前几日, 都要满足一下大食妹嘅咖喱瘾今次大食妹就带大家食一间大型连锁印度餐厅-Anjappar<Chicken Lollypop>Anjappar嘅Chicken Lollypop炸到好脆口虽然系炸鸡, 但又唔会好油腻<Tandoori Chicken>Tandoori Chicken系放喺铁板上高嘅上枱嘅时候热辣辣, 传出吱吱声, 好有气氛<Butter Chicken Masala>Chicken Masala原本系比较酸嘅咖喱, 但加入牛油後中和咗佢原本嘅酸味, 令到咖喱更加顺滑<Garlic Naan>Garlic Naan蒜蓉非常多, 闻落好香无论系单独食定配咖喱食都非常好味<Butter Dosa>Butter Dosa喺香港比较少见, 所以嚟到呢啲正宗嘅印度餐厅就一定要试吓啦Butter Dosa好似pancake, 沾上四款唔同嘅酱汁, 都几有趣<Bamboo Chicken Briyani>大食妹就极力推介呢一个Bamboo Chicken Briyani呢道主食系类似竹筒饭嘅概念, 混合左多款印度香料, 食落香辣带甜, 里面仲有鸡肉同鸡蛋添<Mango Lassi>饮品方面, 大食妹就大推Mango Lassi呢杯饮品充满咗芒果嘅香甜, 而且又非常浓郁唔知道用咗几粒芒果去整呢 继续阅读

其实我好锺意食印度嘢😍 见到啲印度菜流晒口水,早几日就同家姐黎咗呢间Anjappar食din,试咗好多新嘢☺️水,早几日就同家姐黎咗呢间Anjappar食din,试咗好多新嘢☺️Chicken 65” ($60)呢个系炸鸡黎,睇落红色但食落一啲多唔辣咖,鸡肉都算嫩滑同多汁~ 加埋两种saurce食,多重口感💕 我比较锺意点mint,佢唔太重口味,有淡淡薄荷好特别~Fish Tikka ($199)我超锺意食印度chicken tikka,见到呢度有鱼嘅版本就黎试试☺️ 佢仲贵过鸡,我谂用嘅鱼㡳火高级嘢?😗 食落佢当然比鸡嫩滑得多🤤 不过呢个份量同价钱就好似麻麻😫Bamboo chicken briyani ($110)跟住叫咗个竹筒饭,侍应会喺你面前倒啲饭出黎,个饭热辣辣出炉,倒完出黎仲会喷烟,好正🤤🤤 同埋佢真系超大份量,净系呢个饭都够两个人食饱😳Garlic narn ($40)讲到印度嘢,narn真系我嘅挚爱,酥脆嘅narn真系好好食~ 加上呢个有超香蒜蓉味,真系十级正!!😭 继续阅读

I have quite an appetite for bold pungent spices which is indeed the pinnacle of Indian cuisine. This Indian restaurant serves some impressive traditional Indian dishes with authentic flavors. Indian cuisine is all about generous serving and what a enjoyable delicious Indian feast that keep throwing one flavor bomb after another. 🤩Chicken “65” $60The chicken was marinated with 65 different spices hence the name. Incredibly flavorful with a thin batter, the fried chicken is crispy yet not too dry.Fish Tikka $199Hot heavily spiced fish, served on an hot sizzling iron plate, the spice aroma is out of this world! The fish is so succulent, and very delicious with the pungent marinates. I would say this is a must-order here.Bamboo Chicken Briyani $110Wow talking about theater! The fragrant flavored rice steamed in a bamboo! It’s insane how much flavor can be infused into the rice! The rice is soft and tender with deep flavor and hint of spice. The portion is just crazy, recommend to share among 4.Chicken masala $110The chicken curry is the star of the show. It has the right punchy spice yet balanced with other mellow flavors creating such depth of flavor to perfection. The chicken is incredibly tender and of course full of flavor. Literally wipe the plate clean on this one.Garlic naan $40Fresh, steaming hot naan bread with crispy crust and chewy middle, it’s so good just on its own, but dipping it into all the curry goodness is simply addictive.Butter Dosa $60A gigantic lengthy butter dosa is very impressive. It’s paper thin and finely rolled up, crispy with a buttery aroma yet slightly chewy in texture, served with 4 dipping sauces - curry, coconut, tomato, mint and coriander. Anjapper Chettinad Indian Restaurant @anjappar.hk 📍 尖沙咀 Tsum Sha Tsui.⭐️ 喺香港虽然好多印度菜 但真系唔识拣边间好食🤓今次嚟到尖沙咀就特登试😃 ⭐️ 前菜有炸鸡同铁板鱼 炸鸡采用无骨鸡肉 调味非常好惹味,有好微嘅辣度😋 而鱼系用铁板上 店员话系用越南嘅鱼 厚肉而肉质非常鲜嫩😋 锺意鱼嘅朋友一定要点🐟 ⭐️ 嚟到主菜, 一份系咖喱鸡 味道唔太辣 有好多鸡件 配埋蒜蓉印度薄饼好正🤤 另外一份系有7-8款酱汁可配饭, 饼, 薄脆饼食😆 卖相好精美同丰富 而且够晒新奇👍🏼 ⭐️ 另外有一个系甜品 颜色虽然系粉红色😖不过唔甜, 原来系以小麦为主整 口感好似糕点😆.⭐️ Authentic Indian Restaurant in TST!!
