之前上网见到有人食呢间嘅Butter Dosa,喺香港好少见,望落相当吸引,所以今次专程慕名而来,试吓呢间嘅印度菜。🍗Chicken Lollypop $70系炸鸡槌,有五只,仲有啲酱汁可以点,酱汁系有少少辣辣地嘅。呢个真心炸得好食,好脆,啲鸡又好香好滑,正。🧈Butter Dosa $60专程为呢个而黎又点可以唔叫呢个呢?虽然本身已经喺网上见过呢个嘅图片,知道系有好大卷,但当自己真系食,真系见到呢个上枱嘅时候都系觉得好震撼,真系超大卷!Butter dosa相当香脆,好似食紧个超巨型春卷皮但有牛油香咁。佢有四种酱汁可以点,有Coconut sauce、一个有啲薄荷味嘅酱、tomato sauce同埋一个类似咖哩嘅酱。Tomato sauce系有少少辣辣地嘅,几好食。我觉得最夹嘅系个Coconut sauce,啲椰浆味真系浓到不得了,点少少都已经超香。🐥Butter Chicken Masala $110啲鸡肉好多,一啲都唔吝啬。Masala好香好浓郁,唔会好辣,主要系香,食得出有好多种香料嘅精华,好味。🐣Pudhina Chicken Tikka (Half) $70有大约五件鸡,铁板一上嚟嗰阵热辣辣,闻到劲香。有啲薄荷味嘅酱汁可以点,呢个酱汁同butter dosa嗰个薄荷味酱汁又唔同。呢个酱汁都好creamy,同鸡好夹。不过啲鸡本身都好食,就算唔点酱汁,就咁食都好味。🫓Garlic Naan $40平时食Naan我成日都会点住好多masala咁食。但呢个naan本身啲蒜味已经超香,外面又有啲香脆,就算唔洗点masala,净系食个naan都好好食。会有少少油,但呢个naan咁香,就算肥少少都值得。🥭Mango Lassi $40芒果味超浓,比乳酪味更浓,口感亦都好浓稠,饮得出佢好足料。味道偏甜,但唔会难入口,可以当甜品咁饮。呢个印度菜真系好高质,同埋坐得好舒服。每样野都好食。 继续阅读

🇮🇳 Authentic Indian Cuisine 正宗印度菜🇮🇳 —————One of the most authentic Indian Restaurants I have ever been to in Hong Kong. My favourite was the garlic naan with butter chicken masala, a classic combo that I always get at Indian restaurants!👍🏻Their chicken tikka was already really good, tender, juicy and full of flavours.🤤The butter dosa was HUGE and came with four different types of dips. 呢一间Bookmark咗好耐嘅餐厅,终於有机会试一试,成日见到人影好大块嘅煎饼,轮到我啦🤣🔸原味煎饼Plain Dosa $50哗,见到实物真系好大个😝我谂大家都系比呢样嘢吸引左过嚟,见到有印度人都食!煎饼好薄好脆,好香牛油味,我唔客气就用手食啦,不过呢会食到成手油😂旁边有四款印度酱汁俾你点,不过我都唔系好识形容系咩味,有款有椰子香、有款就酸酸地,总之就系印度香料味😂煎饼冻咗之後会比较烟韧,唔错😋🔸蒜蓉烤饼 Garlic Naan $40烤饼同煎饼完全唔同,比较厚身,咬落口感软熟,不过我觉得蒜蓉味唔够🙈🔸印度式炸鸡$60一上菜觉得啲鸡超级红,究竟落咗啲咩染料呢🤣相信都系香料。虽然呢只红色有啲奇怪但系食落又OK喎,热辣辣,外面够脆,好食!🔸鸡肉玛沙拉Butter Chicken Masala$110黎印度餐厅点都要叫返一个印度咖喱啦,啱啱好可以俾我哋点烤饼食,味道比较浓郁,鸡肉份量好少主要都系咖喱汁,略嫌牛油味唔够浓,之前喺重庆大厦食过一间Butter Chicken 个人觉得牛油味香啲更加好食😛始终印度野都系比较重香料味,间唔中食一次都OK,如果日日食嘅话我handle唔到🤣不过呢间餐厅都值得一试嘅! 继续阅读

💫今年完全冇得去旅行, 有时候都想食啲特别嘅菜式, 为生活加添啲新鲜感❤️今次决定咗嚟拜会下呢间传统印度菜🇮🇳全世界都有分店, 好似几劲咁喎‼️餐厅几大, 好乾净企理, 里面有几枱印度人食紧, 咁我谂应该都真系保存到正宗印度菜嘅味道🤭信心即刻大增🤣💫 Authentic Indian cuisine, spacious seating area, clean and tidy, very friendly service, reasonable pricing. ▶️Chicken "65" 印度式炸鸡 HK$60 Indian Style Fried Chicken 经理话呢款炸鸡喺印度好高人气, 会系作为前菜, 用咗唔同嘅印度香料制作, 所以食落去味道好丰富~ 配上微辣嘅红汁~ 炸鸡整得几juicy, 有几嚿都系鸡髀肉🤤▶️Chicken Garlic Kebab (half portion 4 pieces HK$70)呢个Kebab同我认知嘅唔同呀‼️我以往食嗰啲会系有块饼然後包住啲肉同菜, 而呢到呢一款系热辣辣成嚿鸡用铁板上嘅, 配上好开胃嘅薄荷酱~ 如果蒜味再重啲会更加好~ 肉质方面我就锺意炸鸡嗰款多少少, 可能咁啱嗰款用上鸡髀肉🤭▶️Kadaai Chicken 鸡肉咖哩 HK$110 ▶️Garlic Nann 蒜蓉烤饼 HK$40鸡肉嘅咖哩整得好好食呀‼️配上热辣辣嘅蒜蓉烤饼, nice match~ 蒜蓉烤饼一定系即叫即制, 少少脆, 整得好香口💯我一路影相一路拎住一块嚟食😜▶️Set Meal - Anjappar Chicken Meal HK$100 呢个一上枱, 我WAH咗一声呀💢好澎湃~经理细心介绍每一款酱汁~我每一款都有试‼️淡味嘅有好似罗宋汤咁嘅汤汁, 亦有好浓蕃茄味配乳酪一流嘅咖哩汁, 仲有好重香料同豆味配饭一流嘅淡绿色酱汁‼️我同朋友各自锺意唔同嘅酱汁, 咁呢个餐就啱晒啦, 实有一款啱自己🤭▶️Mango Lassi 芒果印度式乳酪 HK$40@食印度餐一定要饮呢杯啦‼️又可以当系饮品又可以当系甜品🤣如果可以加入新鲜芒果肉, 同埋整体冻啲, 会更加好饮~🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸Please follow my IG for more food & restaurant reviews 👉🏼https://instagram.com/happygina_foodie?igshid=jdc64wwbtw6o 继续阅读
