❀ Anjappar Chettinad Indian Restaurant #尖沙咀❀❗️全港第一间南印度餐厅超好味够正宗❗️——————————————————除咗重庆大厦之外其实仲有好多卧虎藏龙嘅印度餐厅,今次嚟到尖沙咀宝勒巷,同样系印度餐厅嘅聚居地🇮🇳呢度唔会好似重庆大厦咁比好多印度人包围着sell,但同样有非常高质嘅印度菜✨今次呢间仲要系全港第一间南印度嚟嘅餐厅,50多年前源自於印度,而家已经系全世界有多达70几间分店,而且依然保留到南印度菜嘅正宗味道,非常值得一试!.我曾经食过唔少香港嘅印度餐厅,包括唯一喺香港获得米芝莲一星嘅印度餐厅 New Punjab,呢一间绝对系心目中数一数二,非常推荐👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻!.✷𝑀𝑒𝓃𝓊✷☞Chicken lollipop$70先来呢一道炸鸡前菜🍗净系见佢将炸鸡排列得整齐,再用洋葱圈绕住,就已经感受到佢哋嘅诚意(*☻^☻*)炸鸡系非常香脆,内里肉质超级嫩,仲要入晒味,滋味无比。味道: 4.6/5 性价比: 4.4/5.☞Fish tikka🐟$199绝对系我食过最高质🤩店员话佢哋系用上越南运过嚟嘅鱼,全香港剩系得呢度先有!真系冇谂过原来摆喺铁板上都可以嫩得咁夸张,仲要外层香口,整体非常惹味,极之高质。留意相片只系半份。味道: 4.8/5 性价比: 4.4/5.☞Chicken masala $110作为最常见嘅印度咖喱之一🥘喺唔同印度餐厅都会嗌得到,曾经觉得以往食过嘅已经好好味,直至食到呢一间!用上椰汁、牛油等香料制作,特别锺意佢加咗少许甜味,令到成个味道层次更为丰富,送饭/ naan一流😆内里仲有少许鸡肉,真系超好食。味道: 4.6/5 性价比: 4.4/5.☞Bamboo chicken briyani $110好特别地用上竹筒去装印度炒饭🍚将所有材料摆落个竹筒到蒸,控制好火候,确保内里嘅饭粒会吸收到竹筒嘅香气。内里仲有多旧鸡件同埋鸡蛋。嚟到嘅时候店员会用锤仔敲打竹筒,倒啲饭出嚟,非常特别✨不过始终系蒸,所以就冇乜镬气,味道唔算太浓郁,鸡肉亦有少许鞋,胜在有淡淡的竹筒香,用嚟送其他香浓嘅汁就一流。味道: 3.5/5 性价比: 3.5/5.☞Butter dosa$60超级超级大!呢一款系南印度菜嘅特色,主要用上米、小扁豆制成粉浆,再拎去焗。呢个真系要新鲜食,拎出嚟系非常香脆,摆耐啲就会腍㗎啦🙈再配上四款唔同富有印度特色嘅酱汁,非常高质嘅小食!另外无意中发现将dosa点masala真系超级好味,好似食紧非常香口嘅薯片😋! 味道: 4/5 性价比: 4/5.☞garlic naan $30用嚟点masala真系好好味🥰佢本身有啲香草蒜蓉喺面,再带有少少甜味,同埋masala嘅味道非常之夹!唯独系口感比较似厚薄饼底,同一般食到比较松化嘅唔同。味道: 3.8/5 性价比: 4/5.整体来讲我觉得呢一间印度菜真系非常高质,一路打post一路回味梗😍😍😍所有食物都非常正宗地道,味道够晒香口惹味,超级值得一试! 继续阅读

星期四夜晚7点几到,店入面只有一两枱客,所以都几清净。菜单有几页,主要可分为咖哩,饭,烤物同饮品。我同朋友就叫左个set meal(chicken),因为见图有好多种咖哩,又有饭同饼。另外再叫左一个咖哩鱼。讲下个set meal先个餐有读六个小咖哩,一个咖哩鸡,一个酸奶同埋一个甜甜地好似鱼籽嘅野,後来google劲耐先发现佢系一个甜品,叫 Semolina Fudge~个七个咖哩系完全唔同味,有啲香味重啲,有啲系质感重,有啲系辣啲。每只咖哩用黎拌饭都超好食,佢啲饮系一粒粒,唔系平时我地平日食果种 会黐埋一嚿 嘅饭,而咖哩鸡非常软滑同入味,超好食咖哩鱼都好好食,佢个咖哩就辣过咖哩鸡。个鱼煎左,所以脆脆地,吸埋啲汁好好味。不过得三旧仔鱼,如果佢俾多旧鱼就好啦~ 继续阅读

My friend and I planned to go to the other Indian restaurant, unfortunately it was closed. So we went to this one and surprisingly it was more than good! I don’t like sweet drink, so we just ordered one for my friend but I have a sip! It was way too sweet but it taste good and happened that we saw almost every table order this drink too! Forgot the exact name - but it’s something mango yogurt.I love this appetiser - grilled shrimp - slightly spicy and they are huge!!! I think there were 9 shrimps for just two of us, quite a lot!We also ordered naan and butter chicken - good but a bit too heavy. Perhaps it’s me not so used to these kind of oily food. Overall the dishes are very Indian style - not localise the taste for HK people - and it was full of Indian when we were dining there! And the butter chicken (without naan please) is my favourite dish! 继续阅读

Went for lunch. Was very clean dining area and servers were nice. Had the garlic naan, chicken tiki marsala, spinach and cheese, rice, and tandoori chicken. The Marsala and Spinach n cheese were very tasty! Would surely go again for lunch. Beer selection was slim. Just 3-4 beer choices. Would like to see a few more. 继续阅读

Anjappar Chettinad Indian Restaurant其实我好钟意食naan, 时不时会搵印度菜试. 上网search 左间多好评的Anjappar, 原来佢系国际连锁餐厅, 全球都有分店Fish Tikka ($120)见有人赞好就试下,鱼肉口感好滑无骨.调味加左印度香料, 香味丰富, 上面堆满左洋葱增添风味之後上菜时候店员讲原来佢地系用左越南鱼肉,好少餐厅有用Chicken “65” ($60)印度式炸鸡, 外层香脆而惊喜系佢中间肉质嫩滑,完全唔乾鞋外层脆却唔觉油腻一边绿色sauce 唔知用咩香料, 带点乳酪般酸辣味减少左炸物腻度, 好食Chicken Masala($120)主角到场~~ 我最喜欢配Garlic NaanMasala 其实食落有d 似咖哩, 不过香料更多, 香味浓郁中间搭有嫩滑肉餐厅预左naan 会配curry/malasa 食, 所以除左garlic 无其他调味. 所以配埋个curry/malasa 调味岩岩好malasa加即整好热辣辣带蒜蓉香naan 真系无得输Mango Lassi ($35)呢款系最隐阵, 呢度芒果奶昔虽然唔算好浓稠, 不过都饮得出真材实料, 带芒果天然甜度. 配上微酸乳酪好清新, 食完curry 重口味同辣野饮番啖岩哂Bamboo Biryani 竹筒装住上场, 当场倒出好震撼. 有d 竹筒饭感觉,原来印度料理都有咁做法好有趣. 饭因为放系竹筒蒸所以更香, 中间夹有鸡肉同香料, 香味丰富口感湿润又唔乾. 喜欢 继续阅读
