Angel's Share Whisky Bar & Restaurant is a nicely decorated whisky bar in Central. Unlike other bars in the area, it provides a quiet and cozy area for you to chill and chat with your friends, while enjoying their comprehensive selection of whisky from all over the world. It would be best if there is a live band to play jazz.However, we came here not for the whisky, but for the food, which did not disappoint at all!These Chicken Lollipops were freshly fried. The spicy sauce was not something that you could get from the chain fast food restaurant, quite spicy indeed. Under the crispy skin was tender chicken drumsticks.Portobello mushrooms were surprisingly good stuffed with roasted garlic, goat's cheese and cheery tomatoes. It was actually the dish we liked most.Pork belly & shrimp skewers were just okay. The pork belly was ordinary, love the pineapple and pita bread most. Pita bread was nicely toasted. Shrimps were not really good nor fresh.I couldn't help but got myself a drink. How can I not get one when I was in a whisky bar? This Gold Rush Deluxe was just right for me. The salted caramel ice-cream, corn juice and caramel syrup made it a wonderful dessert drink without tasting the bitterness of the whisky.As for dessert, we went for this Bourbon Alaska. Typical alaska with ice cream and a piece of brownie hidden inside.

喺附近食完晚饭，夹硬拉咗朋友仔过来陪我饮番杯！餐厅内灯光偏暗，呢个环境下叹 whisky 的确唔错，但系夜晚人多其实有啲嘈吵，想静静地倾下计就有啲难度喇！斋饮酒系无咁过瘾，所以照样叫咗啲小食 ham & cheese platter。话你知丫，Ham & cheese 唔系只配红、白酒，配 whisky 嘅化学作用亦都可以超乎你想像。讲到底，whiksy flight 才是重点吧！4个人4杯 whisky 刚刚好吧，你错啦，全部都系我嘅！同行者都各自点咗其他 whisky 或者 cocktail。威士忌嘅评价唔错，但系 cocktail 就可以不试了。介绍返主角 whisky flight，我拣咗呢 set 泥煤味比较重，街外亦比较难揾到嘅款式试试。呢 set 嘅配搭做得几好，味道由淡开始慢慢变浓，可以感受到唔同嘅层次。佢唔会净系拣选大品牌嘅威士忌，反而会细心挑选味道配搭嘅，仲有齐晒果香、蜜糖香、citrus、果仁、甚至系浓烈啲嘅朱古力、泥煤味等等。饮完晒4杯，口腔内充满著唔同嘅香气，感觉飘飘然，果然系一个奇幻嘅旅程！Let the cask do the task，呢句真系明言知理！

This week is a birthday celebration week, celebrating two best friends birthdays every day by visiting all these nice bars and restaurants. Angel’s share is famous for its whiskey but some of us are not feeling well, so we just had smoothies.Mine is the last one with a fancy logo orange peel. Drink is quite small(just half fall)with lots of ice.Pulled Pork Sliders.Not much flavours, very simple one with pulled pork inside, would prefer more flavours and ingredients.Sweet Potato Fries with ParmesanGood choice for bar food to share.Popcorn chickenI love this the best.Freshly made serve hot!Very easy to eat for ladies. Goes perfectly with the sauce with a hint of coconut curry taste.Pork belly skewersYummy skewers. Dont worry about the pork belly, wont be fatty goes well with the salad.CalamariSimple light battered, can still taste the squid flavours.

因为朋友很喜欢whisky 就带左我试呢间中环嘅楼试Whisky bar7点左右 一入到去人唔算多 可能仲未系好夜个环境氛围好好 暗暗地 空间感大 倾计好方便 唔怕隔离枱听到🙈🙈我地就叫左个Scotland ge Whisky set 名就唔记得左d 杯好精致 排好左由light 到 strong ge Whisky 仲有小小简介 岩晒我呢d 初尝Whisky ge 人👍🏻👍🏻慢慢饮 慢慢倾 Waiter d service 都好好因为饮Whisky 要配水饮咁见到我饮左几啖会帮我refill 番最后我地仲叫左个dessert 食都系唔记得叫咩名😹😹😹但系系几好食嘅😋

这里是Quinary、Tastings和Ori-gin的姊妹店，相比起来Angel's Share的位置于楼上较不显眼，配合品尝whisky的环境应该较静较有私隐。这里有很多不同地方不同酒厂不同级数的whisky，但不只于此，它亦有很多whisky base的特别cocktails。我最喜欢的是SFC with smoke infused with cigar，酒来到的时候，bar tender会将烟倒在酒上，有雪茄烟味又甜甜的很易入口，这cocktail的presentation和味道皆好。除此之外，这里的食物质素也很好，推介Parma Ham Wrapped Scallops。吃之前不会想到Parma Ham和带子的味道会夹，但原来Parma Ham的咸味能够带出带子的鲜味。曾经试过happy hour 8时前食物半价，今次似乎没有，不知道是取消了还是自己迟来呢？
