The girlfriend & I were heading home after getting drinks at The Wanch when we came upon Angel’s. I thought let’s give this place a try & see if it is just as good as the Pinoy food in the SF Bay. We got the porksilog & 2 bbq pork skewers. Conclusion: Angel’s measure up. Did not disappoint.

菲律宾串烧,少见又少食,却原来在菲律宾这么热门的!今次挑战的就有猪肉串以及大肠串。在这菲律宾猪肉烧烤中,猪肉薄薄切片,先经腌制,串在竹棍上来烧烤。烧得刚刚好!烧好的猪肉片颜色润泽,酱香四溢;肉片脂分有肥有瘦,吃下竟然做到肥而不腻、瘦而不干,一句到尾,就是爽!正!到底菲式的串烧猪大肠跟港式的有位何区别呢?较之港式的,菲律宾串烧猪大肠应该是用嫩烤的煮法制作,口感比较软身。香喷喷没有大肠臭,很肥是满口的脂香,用上的酱料跟港式的是两回事,咸中带甜,蛮好吃的。完全能够满足到对串烧的渴求和思念!
