Amical Coffee (已搬遷) 新店位置

To all intents and purposes, Amical looks as if it is closed.  It is not.  Go and ring the bell and get let up - it is one of the best coffee decisions you can make in HK.So, the place looks as if it was converted from an old apartment (probably was), but it is quite cosy and comfortable.  I ordered a latte and the barista immediately set to work crafting it with care as I took a seat.  After presenting it to me, I asked for the sugar.  He passed it to me, but told me to taste the coffee first,

早前，睇咗食友介紹有關日街Amical coffee的食文，不禁被那兒的環境所吸引。復活假的第一天，小妹一大早趴走至日月星街，急步欲去一睹其風采。時間尚早，又是假期，街人路人極少，慢步其中，別有一番的閒情逸緻。遠處，已見到其紅色圓形的招牌，煞是光芒萬丈。招牌之上，就是小妹心中的小綠洲 - 露台小花園吧。咖啡室位處唐樓一樓，要先按鐘，才可推門而入。拾級而上，見到咖啡店的玻璃門，內有一排木框趟門，蠻有和風味道的。推門而入，右手邊靠牆位置有一碩大木書櫃，擺放了書本及少量小擺設，最特別乃一疑似鹿角的飾物，大門一側也有少量擺設，簡潔中滲透出英倫式家的味道。大門左手邊就是咖啡店的靈魂所在 - 開放式的小廚房，所有咖啡都是在此沖調的。適時，店內空無一食客，只見一男子正在沖調咖啡。頑皮的陽光悄悄地從綠意盎然的窗外跑了進來，把光影灑滿小店的一角的木桌上，讓寂靜的小店韻味十足，更見內涵和魅力。眼前之景教小妹陶醉不已，看得發呆，影得順快。「小姐，要飲咩？」男子的催促，把小妹從夢境中喚醒。小妹向男子表示想飲杯不苦不澀的淡味咖啡，其就推薦了latte。等候咖啡其間，小妹繼續獨個兒靜心參觀Amical Coffe

下了多天的雨，還要是「水舞間」那樣誇張的雨，難得這個星期六放晴，當然要好好享受一下。我一早起床，到了金鐘日街的Amical Coffee。咖啡店位於1樓，大家緊記先按鈴啊﹗一早起床是值得的，看，整間咖啡店都給我獨佔了﹗點了我最喜歡的Latte(HK$40)，拉花很細緻，加上此時桌上的光影，真美。知道這裡有個小小露台，當然要出去看看。一片綠意盎然，而且十分寧靜，只有鳥兒清脆的歌聲，十分十分寫意﹗剛才的Latte味道非常非常合我心意，不會酸，咖啡濃度剛剛好，奶泡綿密。忍不住再多點一杯，咖啡師建議我不如試試Cappuccino (HK$40)。這次我請咖啡師替我先在杯裡加糖，這樣便不會破壞他用心製作的拉花了 : )Cappuccino同樣令我很滿意﹗問咖啡師今天有甚麼吃的，他說有Apple Crumbles (HK$25)，這可是我最愛的甜品之一，連忙點了﹗即叫即焗的Apple Crumbles約15分鐘後便出現在我面前了，外層非常鬆脆，內裡的蘋果餡料很是豐富，非常美味，若酸度可以略低一點，或是附上Whipped Cream/雪糕便完美了﹗太感謝新認識的友人介紹了Amical Coffee給

早前因應雜誌介紹所以儲定 cafe 資料預備當有機會就要過來試試雖然昨日並不是太順路, 但想上去已久於是也要過來試試咖啡與享受一下環境呢. 上到去時小店剛巧只有一位外籍客人並靜靜地坐在一旁做自己的事, 所以第一印象是這兒很寧靜舒服但可惜當時由似是店主的店員落單到直至我與友人離開而對方全程也笑容欠奉面無表情似的, 我知此處是賣咖啡而並不是賣笑, 但裝潢雅致的地方卻欠缺如此重要東西實在令人感到有點不太有善, 而雖然我倆亦可悠然自得自得其樂, 不過再舒服悠閒的環境彷彿也彌補不了這點點的唔太自在說回此處出品~

樓上的店舖雖細小, 但環境舒適, 尤喜愛那幅牆;點了杯double expersso, 回甘的咖啡, 一試難忘, 味濃而香;店員詳細介紹各種咖啡, 知識專業, 態度友善;我必定會再訪!

這其實是一個不錯的地方, 平日來清靜到除了背景音樂之外, 蚊飛過都會聽到, 本應很好 hea, 但我每次來, 快的是喝杯 Ristretto 就走, 這裡的酸度有點高; 多數時間都是來溫習, 累了可以望望窗外, 舒緩一下。反而這杯 Flat White 幾順滑 (旁邊的 biscotti 問店員才有的),Cappuccino 相比之下咖啡味始終沒有那麼濃郁。有露台位, 但炎炎夏日有位的話還是坐室內吧。從今天起, 又要從頭努力, 樂觀一點兒看, 這裡也是回頭有機的。

Located on the first floor of a nondescript building on Sun Street, Amical Coffee is a little haven where you can sit down and quietly enjoy a nice cup of coffee with your friends.The setting is homely and laid-back, with wooden chairs that make you feel like you are in the countryside. I ordered a cup of Latte that day, which had a very fine taste, but for something more special, try asking for the Cucumber Cappuccino - it's not on the menu!

When I first heard about Amical, I wasn't really thrilled about this place. Not because it wasn't good, but I expect this is more likely to be a darker roast style, judging from what I had at Cafe Corridor/Coffee Assembly who I initially heard run this place. Stumbled upon this small upstairs cafe one day on the internet. It was somewhat out of necessity. And since there is nothing better to do this christmas than to - grab a partner - find a quite cafe - order a slice of cake - and - study -, this turned out to be, by far, the most productive christmas eve I have ever had. ._.'' 咖啡，對我來說是一種生活調劑品，其味道固然重要，但也需環境和心情的配合，試想想，拿著手上的小杯輕呷，看看書上上網，大有偷得浮生的感覺。最近幫襯了灣仔星街小區上的一間咖啡樓上店 Amical，小店入口就在 Spoil Cafe 旁邊，地點少許隱秘，但又不難找。拾級而上，來到了 Amical 的小天地，地方真的不大，但環境裝修明顯花過心思，幸好周六的下午人客不多，讓客人可以在輕鬆的環境下歎啡，真好。這裡只由一名女店員負責，餐牌上全是咖啡，很專注，如果你想吃件 cake，可以假日來碰碰運氣，但我相信甜點不是賣點。女友的 Caffe Latte ($32) 有個半彎月和大板牙兔拉花，可能因為幫襯之日是中秋前夕吧，很可愛，怎捨得喝掉？我的 Flat White ($32) 賣相也不賴，黑白色的餐具很型格，當場謀殺了我不少「菲林」(我用的不是數碼相機嗎？），呷入口是很舒服的，咖啡味稍稍淡了一點，不夠回甘，但小店的整個配套，令我很享受這嘆咖啡的時光！Amical 離我公司不遠，總有機會再來的，但就要提醒自己，小店逢周四休息，辛辛苦苦爬上星街小區，何不要摸門釘失望而回呢！Amical Coffee灣仔

睇到雜誌介紹, 就黎試下推門入去, 無人理.. 自己搵位坐低左, 要出去自己叫野飲, 無野食~ 得cake叫左mocha 同 flat white, $4x 杯咖啡無香味, 如果佢淨係做咖啡都做得唔出色, 咁真係唔知佢sell 乜環境靜, 不過遇到唔體貼東主因為晏晝時間, 自己開左套戲睇覺得relax 所以扒抵係台面睇跟住個東主話「呢度唔可以訓覺」果刻火都黎, 即走, 咖啡都未飲完無下次~ 因為咖啡又唔好飲, 連休息都唔俾咁我唔知佢sell 乜....

得識Amical Coffee是看到別人的食評，後來又在雜誌上見到環境很雅緻，很想趁還未被人潮攻陷前來一趟享受美好的咖啡時光。10月頭因工作關係來到金鐘附近，來日街也很方便，太好，終於可以到訪了。喜歡日、月、星街的小社區風氣，自成一角！而Amical Coffee正正座落一座小樓內，下層的塗鴉與上層的咖啡店可謂截然不同的兩種特色呢！沿著樓梯上一層打開玻璃門就是小小的咖啡店！煮咖啡的小廚房佔地不多，突出的反而是那幅singature wall。然而我愛的卻是那兩個極有英倫風格的小窗。第一次來的時候剛好店子沒人，就挑了那個窗旁的位置坐。陽光微微的滲進來，點一杯咖啡，手拿一本書，慢慢的喝也慢慢的看，那是一個人獨處最讓人享受的一份閒情。想叫杯hand drip($50)，看著幾款咖啡豆卻拿不著主意時，女咖啡師主動問我對咖啡的喜好，繼而建議我選洪都拉斯咖啡豆！她磨好豆後再讓我嗅嗅那種咖啡香氣才再去煮。最後端上來的是一個半滿的咖啡壺與一套咖啡杯。份量比想像中多，先沖半杯來試試味道，入口甘甜，微微的果酸，不澀，感覺很清！好喝！當那位女咖啡師３我差不多喝完打算要走時就來跟我閒談，聊起咖啡的喜好，但其實

We were thrilled when we discovered Amical Coffee was opened on an early afternoon. Physically it was a tiny cafe at one cute corner along Sun Street (gotta go upstairs tho), surrounded by little cozy cafes, french/italian delis and a few upmarket shops. 呢個2 weeks holiday 無去旅行 (唔知點解d 人認為放長假唔好旅行 好似十惡不赦咁) , 決定上openrice 隨意seach 下, 睇下有無d 值得一試既hea 地方, 可以過一d 平日無辦法過既悠閒生活, 終於又發現一間新野, 食評得一個, 我竟然膽粗粗自己一個人去尋, 以前既我寧願一個人悶死響屋企, 頂多落樓下買個包. 不過今時唔同往日啦, 要過一個人既生活, 以前有車直達目的地, 而家要靠google map search , 搭車, 搭船, 搭叮叮, 扮人好enjoy ! 哈哈 去到樓下, 仍然有d 猶疑上唔上去, 一個人始終怪怪的, 又唔知咩環境, 不過唸真咁辛苦搵到黎, 無理由算ga ma.. 上到去, 陳設都好簡單, 沖調咖啡既位置亦只係一小角落, 唔太多設備. 3張小枱子, 可能暫時得我一位客人, 好舒服! 我要了杯shakeato 同一件cheese cake .
