A1 bakery都系屋企会买生日蛋糕嘅蛋糕店，因为佢价钱唔算太贵，另外蛋糕质素亦都唔错，卖相亦好靓。今次表妹生日都专诚订咗一个蛋糕。蛋糕卖相唔错，上面嘅芒果同水果都好鲜甜，都几新鲜。另外我哋都叫咗佢最出名嘅＄55焦糖芝士蛋糕，呢个平嘅蛋糕却系我最爱。因为芝士味香浓，够实净！饼底充满牛油香味，食完一旧接一旧。

第一次食呢间既经典早餐，觉得ok,今次试另一款，epic fail🤦🏼♀️牛油果，但个牛油果有d啡色，唔新鲜，都算个蛋无味，似烚蛋多过egg Benedict,一分钱一分货，由佢最fail系个包，硬既，食完牙较痺，作为一间面包店真系大伏，惟一可取系d生菜，几新鲜，呢间既egg Benedict 真系唔得～～

原本都觉得A1-Bakery Cafe食品质素唔差，以前间中都会帮衬吓。以前餐厅用瓷器碗碟、不锈钢餐具。现在用所谓环保餐具。究竟，怎样才环保？还有，白饭会黏住碗边，连器皿面层都会刮起，都唔知食唔食好。晚餐价格系西餐厅价钱，一啲都唔平，但用环保碗碟上枱，卖相降晒格。点咗几个餐，个儿童餐搅咗35分钟，最后先到。店员仲要话突然多咗好多单，但其实得四枱客，迟我哋几个字落单的（单都放在柜面），反而仲早过我哋个儿童餐。囡囡等到眼瞓，结果食得唔多。唉，咁样我真系好难再帮衬。

A-1 is famous for its baking goods from years back. They have recently started to offer some breakfast items costing only under $20 for a cup of drink as well as a freshly toasted sandwich. I found this a great deal as you sometimes have to pay the same for really poor quality and pretty much a very boring breakfast in other places. This may become my go-to in the near future, until I am too sick of it lol

There are not many places that do Pon De Rings.Anyway, I got the Christmas edition from A-1 Bakery.Unfortunately, it was a bit too oily otherwise it would have been perfect because the texture was chewy and the icing was just right.
