今次推介一家连续八年夺得米芝莲三星的意大利餐厅。要审视一家高级餐厅,除了食物质素,还要评价他们的摆盘,环境和服务,食物真的很好吃,特别是黑松露意大利粉和海胆意大利粉,很可惜不是白松露的季节,不然一定点些白松露的菜。老牌的高级餐厅比新式的高级餐厅有一个好处,就是服务员会多国语言,所以服务员都能说中英文,不会只能用英文沟通。这次点了一个套餐,其他单点,因为套餐没有意粉,来8 1/2当然要吃意粉,菜式经典好吃,当然如果想吃新派,fusion一点的意菜,可以选择bombana另一间餐厅octavium. 继续阅读

食物水准保持得几好,不过冇咩新款,虽然维持到米芝莲三星,不过建议改善下菜单🤔🤔🤔第一次嚟嗰阵会觉得好新鲜,第二次就觉得一般,例如食物嘅摆法都可以转一转俾啲新鲜感,同埋上次啲服务员我唔需要叫佢哋都会加水,今次有时叫佢哋都未咁快应到,但服务员数量好似差唔多🤔感觉服务一般咗。环境就一直都好好,因为全间餐厅加埋都唔够12张枱,但起码都有8至10个服务员嘅。性价比低左,可能因为曾经嚟过,两个人埋单$4000,但庆祝生日都仲值得嚟嘅。#foodie #foodies #hkfoodies #hkfoodie #ottoemezzobombana #ottoemezzobombanahk #812ottoemezzobombana 继续阅读

其实早在今年四月尾食既一餐生日晚饭,不过太懒所以而家先写食评参考完呢度同Trip Advisor既食评之後决定order A la carte,我觉得无拣错,主要原因系set dinner里面无包到signature dish: truffle tagliolini同部份其他食评家highlight既必试菜。以下系我地当晚试左既drink and dishes:老公揸车所以得我自己饮,本身请serve个位waiter介绍(其实谂住佢会请番在场负责wine pairing既staff过嚟,点知佢自己喺个drink menu度指左杯italian exclusive既wine⋯)结果,味度同点既appetizer唔系好夹,酒味偏酸,只能说not my cup of tea餐厅送既appetizer ,佢哋既tasting menu都有既hors d‘oeuvre,有好重既牛肝菌味,入口好香,very italian其实海胆fans对呢个dish既海胆唔好抱太大期望,佢新鲜不过味道比较清淡,Scampy新鲜挺弹牙seafood soup,必试!龙虾肉新鲜弹牙系基本,不过佢既汤底浓得黎唔会太咸,质地顺滑唔会太watery or thick,饮完一碗好想encoreBrittany blue lobster,必吃!唔知系米对truffle tagliolini期望太大,睇住staff原只french truffle片片落dish其实visually效果好吸引,不过食落呢只truffle其实无乜香味,反而尖沙咀既sabatini ristorante italino仲impressive. Homemade tagliolini食到italy新鲜即造既质素。Short rib and beef tenderloin,😆I would say it’s tender and juicy as expected but nothing special. 食开日本各prefectures既牛肉的话,呢个dish实在无太大惊喜,typical quality standard. Chocolate soufflé with dark choco ice-creamPerfect for chocolate lover. It’s dark and rich enough without shallow sugary sweetness. 两个人其实一份甜品已经full load,不过我同老公各有preference ,所以一人一份,试哂两只味。Limoncello soufflé,清新,喜欢citrus味道既人一定会锺意,我地唔突别好都觉得好好味,食落会有份清香,好舒服。如果食得几饱又真系好想食甜品结尾我highly recommend呢份dessert如你所见,仲有complimentary既petite four同chocolates,不过太饱,petite four食左半份,朱古力只系拣左一粒coffee flavour(唔记得影)总括而言,以上食既我地最impress既系appetizer,lobster同soufflé ,用餐全程都有assigned staff每分每秒留意你有冇任何需要,非常有礼貌,坐得舒服,几chill(系当晚离远有枱ABC讲嘢大声左少少),唔会太formal~值得一试(Reservation是必须的)~ 继续阅读

The cavatelli is a chewy pasta with cute shape, included a generous portion of seafood and sea urchin😍♾ Main ♾🔷Roasted Kinki Fish🔷Mayura Beef ShoulderKinki Fish was soaked with fennel and tarragon sauce, which tastes like creamy and sour lemon sauce👍🏼 The beef shoulder was medium rare and super tender!♾ Dessert ♾🔹Warm Apple Puff🔹Fine Cheeses Selection The apple puff was topped with a caramel apple jam, and it was so good to eat with vanilla gelato!! 😋As it was a birthday lunch, the restaurant surprised us with a perfect tiramisu. 终於有时间记录返喇⭐️因为同行朋友唔食海鲜,所以我地预先订左个no seafood menu,总括泥讲我觉得呢餐系值回票价嘅😊一开始泥个warm starter- Amuse Bouche +white truffle.(我竟然冇影我最钟意嘅bread basket, 冇错我去去边都好钟意食色😂)Warm Mayura Beef Tenderloin with black olives, marjoram, capers, confir tuna belly.牛脊好嫩,有入口即溶嘅感觉。反而对个油封Tuna Belly冇乜大感觉Burrata Cheese Ravioli with Cherry tomato, eggplant and basil个cheese ravioli 好啱我口味,同个sauce好夹🤤Homemade Tagliolini with butter, Parmesan and Alba White Truffle>>Truffletruffletruffle!!!我冇嘢讲🤤Short Rib & Beef Tenderloin- Whipped potato, red wine and plum sauce呢个系朋友叫嘅,我觉得有啲太浓味Baby Lam from Aveyron - herbs, black olive, barley and vegetables泥自南法嘅bb羊, 好嫩好嫩,但食嘅时候个心有少少唔好意思,因为佢真系好bb🥺🥺Hazelnut- Millefoglie, Hazelnut Gelato and Vanilla Sauce唔洗讲🤤🤤 继续阅读
