自从我发现上环苏杭街有间 Bagel 专门店 <404 Plant> 之后，间中都会帮衬支持一吓小店！有时，店方的美食会带给我惊喜及新鲜感呢！可惜！最近经过才得知结业！Menu蜜桃柠檬吉士麻糬窝夫 $85这是Bagel 以外嘅惊喜美食呀！女店员细心为我把窝夫切成细粒，我连刀也不需要用！散发阵阵牛油香，表面酥脆的窝夫，内里密度高而带烟韧，麻糬置顶口感更强！
选用新鲜蜜桃，果香甜洋溢！柠檬吉士果酸口味层次突出，滋味诱人！Latte $42咖啡的甘味与牛奶味平衡，不用加糖都可以！Bagel Burger $120以原味 Bagel，虽然保持口感烟韧，却是店方的 Bagel 缩水了！加入了熟透软腍的牛油果，新鲜蕃茄、新鲜爽脆的生菜、impossible 牛肉，调味惹味！溶化的芝士芝味无穷！沙律新鲜爽脆的生菜及清爽的青瓜粒，混合酸香醒胃的黑醋，简单又健康！Hot Biscoff Caramel Latte $50我看不出表面是什么图案？甜度稍微，甘味浓厚！

上环呢间主打bagel嘅小店提供一系列嘅纯素食物，无论系店舖装修定系食物嘅摆盘，都好有风格，玩味十足😆🤟🏽Pistachio mochi bagel $60原味bagel中间夹咗麻薯，面头淋上浓厚嘅开心果酱，同埋开心果碎粒✨Pistachio latte $50太钟意开心果嘅关系连嘢饮都系拣开心果味🤣好浓嘅开心果味，仲食到粒粒开心果🫶🏽Overall: 食物摆盘好色彩缤纷，见到个人都开心啲🤣下次好想试埋Oreo & lotus饼干味😍

This is one of many restaurants that I had photographed but had not dined in, though during the photoshoot I came to get a better insight on the food being promoted on the menu. 404 Plant is completely vegan. 100%. everything in the menu is good for the soul and will surely earn you some karma points. Their big thing is that they make all these crazy dishes whilst remaining Vegan. Like, for example, take these crazy bagels:And these burgers:I think they’ve done really well to make the food as meatilicious as possible but the taste and texture is what’s going to make all the difference.
