今年拣了3R为男友庆祝生日的歺廰,其实日子未到,但他今晚夜机出门工干,所以提早庆祝。歺廰晚上专做booking,我都醒目,早几天已订,因为我地要早食早走,歺廰都肯就我的6点booking.无谂过lunch time 和dinner time嘅气氛很不同,因从无多想,只知lunch 都咁好,dinner一定有水准,及professional service.晚歺是做set dinner $600 or tasting menu $800.我们点了2份tasting menu,8道菜。先送上是用白色歺巾包着黒色的墨鱼汁面包,热辣辣,外脆内软,好好食。1,starter 是fresh figs salad,新鲜及清新.2,Hors-d'oeuvre,meaning is 少少的头盘,有panfried french foie gras,scallop, alsaka crab leg.foie gras 煎得好好。3,汤是2个小杯子上,lobster cappinno n porcini bisque.佢提议我地饮后者先。汤都好够热,好饮.4,baked portbela stuffed with cauliflower都唔错.5,baked miso cod,cod鱼好滑,有D鱼油漏出,及有些沙律酱比你点,好好味.6,跟住来过lychee sherbet,系我试过最好食的flavour。7,main course.我拣了angus beef ,MR.男友拣了lamb rack,MR.讲明了肉想要outside burn的。main dish 送上,服务员礼貌问伱要些mustard and mint jelly?点了一些,便动手了。碟是serve hot plate,very good .很专业。碟上的伴菜都很花心思,有紫心蕃薯、炒法邉荳、黄红各一粒cherry tomato、和烤pumkin。非常colourful,摆得也很靓。两份main course 都好好食,牛肉都好有肉味,羊都好tender,一定系quality货。而我地叫outside burn 都做得好好。和上次一样,吃完晒收晒枱面D嘢,也有为你扫枱,呢个service好好。8,dessert 是dessert platter,当晚是home made tiramisu,blueberry tart 仔,及apple n rose sherbet.餐茶我们都是叫coffee,因我必定,而且上次试过好,今次都再叫。很很很很满足的一歺!!!当我地埋单,先有另一枱客来,难得好似包场咁,不过他们每晚接枱不多,有时也有做包场,早订揾阵D。其实$800有咁多嘢食,都唔贵。食歺好D嘅西歺都要啦!最紧要佢要好味!难得feel 到系间好有heart 去做food、service的歺厅。一定会再来,及介绍比朋友知!

做得咁辛苦对我来说是想有餐好食个墨鱼味包, 食不出有墨鱼味, BUT外脆内软呢下无得顶周打蚬汤OK特别既PASTA, 同出面食既口感完全不同 STEAK好有牛味环境OK架, 睇得出佢都有心去整,我朋友说在外国呢D餐厅多的是只是HK较少, SO收费也较贵..ANYWAY, TKS我FRIEND既介绍.食LUNCH抵过食DINNER

I passed through this restaurant several times so figured that I would go for a dinner.We ordered their dinner set menu for $600 + 10% ...The appetizers appeared a lot, get three types, on the menu but once it came, only - a tiny piece of foie gras- tiniest slice of lobser- some veggies (very small portion)The soup was a carrot soup put inside a pear. It could have be an innnovative idea but the taste was too sweet for my palate, kind of like a desert soup and too early to have such a sweet taste for a meal.The main dish which I had a steak and my partner had a lamb rack were good, if just the portions were on the small side. I would have no complaint if it was for lunch but at this dinner's price, I would expect a more generous portion.The set came with a set of deserts, the ginger cream brulee was good.But at $600 set, the set did not include coffee or tea!Anyway, the taste was decent (except the soup) but I think I can similar quality of food with a more generous portion at other places, e.g. those restaurants at The Pemberton.

23/7/09(四)第一次来吃午餐,餐厅装潢简约舒适,座位不密且楼底高,予人空间感。先送来的墨鱼汁脆包,既有新鲜感又有惊喜,外脆内软,非常可口。沙律不但看来精致,亦新鲜。一份主菜是烧焗鸭胸酿法国鹅肝配意大利黑醋汁,鸭胸肉质嫩滑,值得一赞是出色的配菜,材料新鲜也很香口;另一份是扒美国安格斯牛肉配干邑烧汁,肉味浓郁,配汁更是锦上添花,令T吃得开怀。这里位置隐蔽,但其实交通也方便,期待有更多客人认识这间有诚意的餐厅。

去完4天星加坡, 食左好多好刺激的食物, 包括辣蟹, 炒粿条, 沙爹, 叻沙, 回来香港后的第一天, 很想食餐精致的西餐, 所以约同朋友去3R食番个法式lunch. 1点15分去到餐厅, 刚巧还剩最后一张枱, 仲见到老板娘Edith及Kenneth, 我们2人被带到1张寛阔的4人枱, 心情马上大好. 我们点了2份set lunch, linguine with mushroom ($88) 及 duck breast with goose liver ($138). 招牌的墨鱼汁面饱热辣辣, 外脆内软. set lunch头盘可选tomato soup 或caesar salad, 我们2人干脆选汤及沙律share, 首先, tomato soup卖相精致, 中间还拌有少量面包粒, 又浓又好味, 味道层次丰富, 有甜味, 有蕃茄原有的微酸, 再而食到浓香味, 真的很不错. caesar salad罗马生菜新鲜, 面包粒松脆, 烟肉甘香, 白汁醒胃. 沙律份量颇多. linguine with mushroom面条有咬口, 不会太淋, 加入香草, 橄榄油及mushroom很清新.Duck breast with goose liver 更加一绝, 卖相简直就像艺术品一样很讨好. 不过份量略少, 相信男仕未必够. 碟面的2块少少的duck breast外表界上菠萝纹, 煎后的菠萝纹卖相很靓 , 鸭胸的底层酿了goose liver, 每食一啖鸭胸都食到goose liver的甘香浓郁, 真系好好味, 配上酸梅汁真系正到晕. 伴碟有蕃薯粒, 蕃薯也是甜甜的, 很配合酸梅汁, 伴菜还有煎到有少少浓边的翠肉瓜及茄子, 全碟主菜卖相真的很靓, 靓到我真系有d唔舍得食, 而且味道非常之好, 比起先前的蘑菇意粉更靓更好味. 深深感受到厨师做好菜的热诚. 这顿午餐实在吃得我跟友人太开心了, 决定encore去点甜品, 我们看中了lime sorbet ($30) 及请来老板娘介绍其他的甜品, 她说这儿的雪糕都是gelato意大利雪糕, 其中有一款味道是gorgonzola ($30), 因为未曾试过这款雪糕味, 所以也一并点了. lime sorbet上碟时伴有2片菠萝, lime sorbet同时有青柠及柠檬味, 好清新, 好适合这个炎热的夏天. 而果2片菠萝好特别, 先有菠萝固有的甜酸味, 菠萝表层洒了辣粉, 有微辣, 很特别, 真是大开"味"界. 食得出厨师的无限创意. gorgonzola雪糕($30) 味道像蒜香, 很浓郁, 雪糕真的滑得不得了. 非常好味. 最后配上latte, 这顿午餐虽然稍贵, 每人$160, 不过我跟友人觉得绝对值回票价, 友人对于我今次3R的介绍更赞不绝口.
