又系我呢个沙律狂热者。今次黎到3/3rds 去食,都唔系第一次架啦。叫左细沙律,有4个选择,同其他中环沙律店一样,4款都独立调味,现时有红菜头、西兰花、红萝卜同焗茄子。味道系唔错的,但其实又好失望。因为沙律选择,4样都系蔬菜类,今时今日既沙律其实已经都要追求蛋白质同非精制既淀粉质,呢度系无既,得菜。细既$60,大既$90,份量比起其他沙律店少。不过系精致d啰。最好食既系茄子,焗茄子真系好好食。

睇完电视嘅介绍 走过黎食lunch虽然店员望落似香港人 但第一反应会同你讲英文 唔系话唔识英文 但始终有啲英文食品名称会第一下唔知佢讲紧乜 餐牌都系得英文唯有估估下啦门面好光猛 好精神全部都系high chair 好似x妹淘个啲脚较短嘅顾客可能比较辛苦portabello sandwich包香软又脆 好用心烘啖啖都有好食嘅菇 但系再多啲会开心啲small box sandwich好欣赏个sweet potato每款salad嘅调味都好夹原食材不过放埋一齐卖相平平仲饮咗个chicken lime soup第一下个感觉好奇怪但系饮落又几好饮另外一提 全店嘅餐具及碗碟都系即弃嘅如果可以环保啲就好啦

Following the success of its Wong Chuk Hang flagship restaurant, 3/3rds recently expands to the vibrant Central district offering dine-in and take-out options to anyone looking for healthy style comfort food in the area.I have no idea what I'm getting myself into here so perhaps a sneak peek into their open kitchen could help?Lots of take-out options including both sweet and savory dishes.All I wanted at this hour was something sweet (or sour) so this lemon meringue tart worked out for me perfectly. Seriously not bad.Slightly disappointing was their hot chocolate. Perhaps coffee would have been a much better choice here.This is a pretty good place for spending a lazy afternoon. You may have a hard time finding this place from Queens Road because their entrance is actually on Stanley Street.

I remember I have tried 3/3rds in some events before and it is so great that we can finally enjoy their food in Central, just a couple steps away from LFK on Stanley Street. The restaurant offers a few daily selections of salad, hot soups, and freshly prepared hot food items like pizza, grilled cheese, and some desserts! Their soup are priced at around $40-$65 in a big cup size. Fish StewIt tasted like some kind of mixed veggie soup to me with small chunks of fish meat swimming in the hot soup. It is not cream based which I liked and I felt like this was a healthier option among all. SaladI have also tried some of their salad items, including the grilled eggplant, morrocan carrots, pilau rice, and grilled cheese. The pilau rice was grainy and hard in texture, the morrocan carrots were also raw hard and seasoned with special pungent herb. The eggplant was our flavourite among all, it was grilled until soft and dressed with some light white sauce.Grilled CheeseThe grilled cheese was nicely prepared with oozing cheese stuffed between two pieces of crunchy buttery bread. The taste was not too savory, heavy, nor cheesy. The balanced flavour was just perfect. It just couldn't be any better than this. Dessert Hazelnut tartThe crumbly tart held some light cream topped with cocao powder and sugar coated hazelnut. It was not too sweet and it didn't feel fattening.
