生蠔好新鮮好爽,但其他食物都好一般😢肉類叫咗伊比利亞豬威靈頓同埋美國牛柳拼鵝肝,份量細細份,味道一般。牛柳特別難食,肉質散又冇牛味,炭燒味又太濃,好似食緊炭咁。整體嚟講舊牛連連鎖快餐店都比唔上😤乳豬南瓜意大利飯亦都冇無特別出色員工服務好好,上菜執碟都好快。食飯嗰日喺屋企人生日,訂位時有remark 係for生日慶祝。佢哋上甜品時有好用心咁用朱古力筆寫咗生日快樂。環境亦都衛生,坐得舒服。除非好想食生蠔,否則應該唔會第二次光顧。 继续阅读

將軍澳南海天晉滙有間食生蠔22 Branch Oyster Bar & Restaurant, 餐廳行歐陸風,落地玻璃加上柔和燈飾,好有情調,沙發座位非常舒適,適合一大班朋友食飯聊天😄我們order了二人套餐$988,主菜到甜品,食物選擇多,適合選擇困難症嘅我😂頭盤四隻生蠔生蠔新鮮,肉質飽滿大隻,淡淡海水味,鹹得黎又唔會蓋過生蠔鮮味,仲有兩種source提供法式蟹餅配芒果莎莎蟹餅好多蟹肉,軟腍鮮甜,配埋芒果莎莎一齊食,非常開胃大啡菇巴馬火腿班尼迪蛋有大啡菇、巴馬火腿和班尼迪蛋,韌勁十足,口感豐富蟹肉龍蝦濃湯湯入面好多蟹肉,味道濃郁,好夠蝦味黑松露野菌意大利飯黑松露香氣濃郁,啖啖蘑菇粒,意大利飯口感偏硬身,好有質感,每粒飯都有芝士香與菌香伊比利亞豬里肌威靈頓(2件)外面酥皮香脆,包左一層磨菇蓉,入面豬肉食落軟腍,好夾好好味。拌碟嘅炸洋蔥菠菜配搭得幾好,好清爽套餐奉送是日精選甜品「百爵茶卷」、「朱古力mousse 蛋糕」和餐飲乙杯,食埋甜品非常滿足👍 继续阅读

Quite possibly one of the most value for money and actually delicious set dinner for two in Hong Kong! It was $988+10% for oysters, two appetizers, soup, 2 mains, 2 types of desserts AND drinks!! We were so full at the end of the meal, but it still didn’t stop us from tasting and eventually finishing all the courses. We decided to +$108 for 8 oysters in total, which we were able to taste oysters from around the world. You could taste the freshness from each oyster and it’s creaminess. So refreshing as I haven’t had them in such a long time! Their starters continued to impress me as I absolutely loved their foie gras and lobster bisque 🥰🥰 foie gras was paired so well with their vinaigrette stuffings. Their crab cakes were also so generous in portions too. Even though we were kind of full already at this point, the beef tenderloin and vongole linguini did not turn our tastebuds away. We asked for medium rare for our beef tenderloin and we didn’t know it would already be sliced for us already 🥰 it was so aesthetically pleasing that made us drool for it more! The linguine was Al dente, exactly how I liked it.The best part of our dining experience was that the servers were always so attentive, ensuring each course is served when it’s supposed to, and that their plates were actually WARM! 12月,周圍都開始播聖誕歌,想提早少少咁就聖誕節氣氛,就揀咗將軍澳近海旁呢間咁靚嘅西餐廳🎅🏼 仲要有happy hour buy 1 get 1 free! 不過最鍾意都係佢個格調,播啲歌好啱聽好浪漫🌹點了$988 二人餐🦪頭盤四隻西班牙石蠔Spanish Rock 質素非常好,肉質滑溜,有海水味之餘,蠔味依然鮮甜。Drink menu 上亦有Prosecco同其他酒類。啱晒Food Pairing 🥰 白酒/氣泡酒同生蠔完全互彰顯到對方優點。🐷煙燻西班牙乳豬必點浪漫starter💕 一度好出色嘅經典小吃,侍應會慢慢打開蓋,木煙由裏面慢慢滲出,好似一道表演咁🤭瞬間餐桌充滿咗煙燻木香味,同朋友真係好enjoy🥂 每件乳豬都散發迷人嘅香氣😋🍳大啡菇巴馬火腿班尼迪蛋Egg Benedict 煮法獨特,最底層是大啡菇,中間鋪上parma ham,配上特條醬汁,再有生蛋黃在上面。出乎意料地夾,當然大啡菇味道最濃郁,加上蛋香,層次豐富。🪿香煎鵝肝 (+$50 可選多一個頭盤)香煎鵝肝來得非常厚,好滿足呢個質感,入口即溶,出面煎得金黃色,有微微酥脆感。鵝肝香氣令人垂涎三尺🤤 配上藍莓醬脆多士,中和油膩感。🦞蟹肉龍蝦濃湯真龍蝦肉。濃湯。湯地濃郁,每一口都試得出鮮美嘅蟹肉同龍蝦,質感細緻。色、香、味俱全。🥘黑松露野菌意大利飯意大利飯creamy,芝士味重,啱晒cheese/ cream 愛好者。黑松露嘅香味好吸引,大人小朋友都會愛!煙韌既意大利飯加上白酒真係一流既配搭。🥩炭燒美國黑安格斯肉眼扒擺盤上碟都好有心思,五顏六色🥕🌽🍅🧅旁邊仲有紅菜頭蓉做點綴,非常得體。肉眼扒七成熟,剛剛好,外層煎至炭燒焦香,裏面牛肉肉質鮮嫩多汁。另外主菜仲有一個選擇係伊比利亞豬威靈頓,下次真係要試吓,同樣吸引!威靈頓牛就食過,威靈頓豬未試過🙀今晚甜品有伯爵茶蛋卷和朱古力moose,為呢個pre-xmas celebration 🍾 畫上完美嘅感嘆號!估唔到喺將軍澳可以搵到咁好食嘅西餐。 继续阅读
