生蚝好新鲜好爽,但其他食物都好一般😢肉类叫咗伊比利亚猪威灵顿同埋美国牛柳拼鹅肝,份量细细份,味道一般。牛柳特别难食,肉质散又冇牛味,炭烧味又太浓,好似食紧炭咁。整体嚟讲旧牛连连锁快餐店都比唔上😤乳猪南瓜意大利饭亦都冇无特别出色员工服务好好,上菜执碟都好快。食饭𠮶日喺屋企人生日,订位时有remark 系for生日庆祝。佢哋上甜品时有好用心咁用朱古力笔写咗生日快乐。环境亦都卫生,坐得舒服。除非好想食生蚝,否则应该唔会第二次光顾。 继续阅读

临近圣诞节🎄我同另一半去咗22 Branch Oyster Bar & Restaurant食dinnerOrder:前菜方面,我们选了精选新鲜生蚝、烟熏西班牙乳猪、美国牛柳他他。生蚝新鲜多汁,味道鲜美,绝对是海鲜爱好者的天堂。烟熏西班牙乳猪观赏性高,而且散发著浓郁的烟熏香气,口感丰富,令人回味无穷。美国牛柳他他则带来了丰富的口感和深厚的牛肉风味。这些前菜绝对是开胃的首选,为整顿用餐体验打下了美味的基础。接下来是汤品,蟹肉龙虾浓汤充满了海鲜的鲜味,质地浓郁滑顺。每一口都能品味到蟹肉和龙虾的丰富风味,令人陶醉其中。这碗汤绝对是让人心旷神怡的美味佳肴。主菜方面,黑松露野菌意大利饭和伊比利亚猪里肌威灵顿都是不容错过的绝妙选择。黑松露野菌意大利饭散发著香气四溢的黑松露味道,搭配著新鲜的野菌。伊比利亚猪里肌威灵顿则是一道口感丰富的主菜,嫩滑多汁的猪肉包裹著酥脆的酥皮,展现出完美的烹饪技巧和口味平衡。最后,是日精选甜品是无花果提子柠檬蛋糕。蛋糕口感细腻,搭配著无花果和提子的甜美,再以柠檬的微酸平衡整体口感,为用餐体验划下完美句点。 继续阅读

将军澳南海天晋汇有间食生蚝22 Branch Oyster Bar & Restaurant, 餐厅行欧陆风,落地玻璃加上柔和灯饰,好有情调,沙发座位非常舒适,适合一大班朋友食饭聊天😄我们order了二人套餐$988,主菜到甜品,食物选择多,适合选择困难症嘅我😂头盘四只生蚝生蚝新鲜,肉质饱满大只,淡淡海水味,咸得黎又唔会盖过生蚝鲜味,仲有两种source提供法式蟹饼配芒果莎莎蟹饼好多蟹肉,软腍鲜甜,配埋芒果莎莎一齐食,非常开胃大啡菇巴马火腿班尼迪蛋有大啡菇、巴马火腿和班尼迪蛋,韧劲十足,口感丰富蟹肉龙虾浓汤汤入面好多蟹肉,味道浓郁,好够虾味黑松露野菌意大利饭黑松露香气浓郁,啖啖蘑菇粒,意大利饭口感偏硬身,好有质感,每粒饭都有芝士香与菌香伊比利亚猪里肌威灵顿(2件)外面酥皮香脆,包左一层磨菇蓉,入面猪肉食落软腍,好夹好好味。拌碟嘅炸洋葱菠菜配搭得几好,好清爽套餐奉送是日精选甜品「百爵茶卷」、「朱古力mousse 蛋糕」和餐饮乙杯,食埋甜品非常满足👍 继续阅读

Quite possibly one of the most value for money and actually delicious set dinner for two in Hong Kong! It was $988+10% for oysters, two appetizers, soup, 2 mains, 2 types of desserts AND drinks!! We were so full at the end of the meal, but it still didn’t stop us from tasting and eventually finishing all the courses. We decided to +$108 for 8 oysters in total, which we were able to taste oysters from around the world. You could taste the freshness from each oyster and it’s creaminess. So refreshing as I haven’t had them in such a long time! Their starters continued to impress me as I absolutely loved their foie gras and lobster bisque 🥰🥰 foie gras was paired so well with their vinaigrette stuffings. Their crab cakes were also so generous in portions too. Even though we were kind of full already at this point, the beef tenderloin and vongole linguini did not turn our tastebuds away. We asked for medium rare for our beef tenderloin and we didn’t know it would already be sliced for us already 🥰 it was so aesthetically pleasing that made us drool for it more! The linguine was Al dente, exactly how I liked it.The best part of our dining experience was that the servers were always so attentive, ensuring each course is served when it’s supposed to, and that their plates were actually WARM! 12月,周围都开始播圣诞歌,想提早少少咁就圣诞节气氛,就拣咗将军澳近海旁呢间咁靓嘅西餐厅🎅🏼 仲要有happy hour buy 1 get 1 free! 不过最钟意都系佢个格调,播啲歌好啱听好浪漫🌹点了$988 二人餐🦪头盘四只西班牙石蚝Spanish Rock 质素非常好,肉质滑溜,有海水味之余,蚝味依然鲜甜。Drink menu 上亦有Prosecco同其他酒类。啱晒Food Pairing 🥰 白酒/气泡酒同生蚝完全互彰显到对方优点。🐷烟熏西班牙乳猪必点浪漫starter💕 一度好出色嘅经典小吃,侍应会慢慢打开盖,木烟由里面慢慢渗出,好似一道表演咁🤭瞬间餐桌充满咗烟熏木香味,同朋友真系好enjoy🥂 每件乳猪都散发迷人嘅香气😋🍳大啡菇巴马火腿班尼迪蛋Egg Benedict 煮法独特,最底层是大啡菇,中间铺上parma ham,配上特条酱汁,再有生蛋黄在上面。出乎意料地夹,当然大啡菇味道最浓郁,加上蛋香,层次丰富。🪿香煎鹅肝 (+$50 可选多一个头盘)香煎鹅肝来得非常厚,好满足呢个质感,入口即溶,出面煎得金黄色,有微微酥脆感。鹅肝香气令人垂涎三尺🤤 配上蓝莓酱脆多士,中和油腻感。🦞蟹肉龙虾浓汤真龙虾肉。浓汤。汤地浓郁,每一口都试得出鲜美嘅蟹肉同龙虾,质感细致。色、香、味俱全。🥘黑松露野菌意大利饭意大利饭creamy,芝士味重,啱晒cheese/ cream 爱好者。黑松露嘅香味好吸引,大人小朋友都会爱!烟韧既意大利饭加上白酒真系一流既配搭。🥩炭烧美国黑安格斯肉眼扒摆盘上碟都好有心思,五颜六色🥕🌽🍅🧅旁边仲有红菜头蓉做点缀,非常得体。肉眼扒七成熟,刚刚好,外层煎至炭烧焦香,里面牛肉肉质鲜嫩多汁。另外主菜仲有一个选择系伊比利亚猪威灵顿,下次真系要试吓,同样吸引!威灵顿牛就食过,威灵顿猪未试过🙀今晚甜品有伯爵茶蛋卷和朱古力moose,为呢个pre-xmas celebration 🍾 画上完美嘅感叹号!估唔到喺将军澳可以揾到咁好食嘅西餐。 继续阅读
