I got to try their tasting menu with some tea pairings. In addition, I also ordered their seasonal dessert.The view was of course stunning if you got a window seat. I was still able to enjoy it for a while till it got filled up.The first course was amazing. The plum sauce matched the sea bass well. This dish was paired with a jasmine sparkling tea. The floral scent of the sparkling tea and the sweet plum sauce was really appetizing and made you become ready for the next course.Despite there is no pairing in the menu, the server kindly let me try another sparkling tea which was based on hibiscus. This sparkling tea was less fragrant yet more sweeter than the jasmine. This paired well with the strong flavor of the second dish.  They used a napkin to secure the avocado in the bowl. The server explained it was to make it less wobbly. The lobster and avocado was baked perfectly with only a hint of truffle without overpowering these two ingredients. My only regret is I should have asked if I could pay for the proper glass of this sparkling tea to match with this dish.The chicken soup was served in this lovely dish. Not only was it beautiful, you can enjoy the soup slowly while it remains hot.For the beef tenderloin, it was tender and seasoned well. However, I guess the first two dishes were too good so this dish paled a bit.Before dessert, the rice was paired with this Chinese Tea. The fried rice again paled a bit compared to the first two dishes. BUT the tea was amazing, even for someone who doesn't like Chinese tea. It was not bitter and fragrant with the aroma of tea leaves and aged mandarin popping out when you sip it. The tea made me prepared for my coming two desserts.The dessert seemed like a normal sweet soup but the bottom part is actually a pudding. So you get to try both desserts in one dish. The mangoes were sweet but as the server stated, he served this dessert first as the next dessert is sweeter.The pear dessert was stunning when served. Who would have thought this was in a Chinese restaurant. The pear flavor combined with the jasmine cream inside made it a perfect finale for this stunning menu. (or so I thought)The petit four came with another tea. This tea was much lighter and was had a lovely Osmanthus scent to it.I think for this menu, all the teas were amazing. Many of the dishes were amazing. The tenderloin and fried rice were good but just not up to the amazing level as the other dishes. Likely will come back again when they rotate their menu. 继续阅读

早几年黎过龙景轩饮茶,每次既经验都好好,除咗食物质素高,亦对侍应既热情招待好满意。几个月前见到四季有promotion,买dinner coupon有7折,即刻谂住买黎试下晚餐。原本谂住妈妈9月生日,一家人黎庆祝。由於疫情严重,宜家不打算和老人家出街食饭,但coupon月尾又到期,趁晚市开番,就孖住家姐去食餐豪华宴啦!因为当日下午才订位,所以冇窗口位啦!不过比起疫症前,即日订到位都好难得!我地得两个人,但好多野都想试,最後叫左个几样唔同种类既餸菜试吓!叫完餸,侍应会和客人讲一次佢因应菜式浓淡味道,建议菜式既上菜次序,好贴心。跟住就先送上一碟厨师餐前小食,好似虾角咁,几香口!第一碟上菜系炸酿鲜蟹盖,蟹肉够鲜味,2个人share 1个唔系好够分😅跟住上既系有机黑白蒜京葱爆龙虾球,蒜片炸到好香脆,味道几好,但龙虾球唔算好弹牙!似虾球多D! 要9百几蚊就有少少失望!再黎有包罗万有,故名思义系样样都有一旧,因为呢个系位上,可以让客人样样野都试吓。有鲍鱼、花胶、海参、乾瑶柱、冬菇和猪脚筋,味道都几好架!跟住上呢碟系红炆原件星斑腩,沙窝上,下面又有火热住,好有诚意!星斑腩好滑,仲有菜心和豆腐,再加埋个汁,送饭一流,所以我地叫多咗碗饭🤣🤣🤣最後一道菜系脆炸芝麻西柠鸡,唔知系咪开始饱,觉得呢味厨师推介就一般般啦!细心位系西柠汁系比客人自己落,唔会一早淋上面令到旧鸡个皮淋晒!食晒咁多碟餸再加3碗白饭,真系超饱,再食唔落甜品啦!侍应就好细心送上热茶和免费糕点😘整体黎讲,成餐饭都几满意!👍👍👍总算试过米芝莲3星既晚餐,味道确实唔错,再加上环境和服务,真系正!埋单要$3000,刚好用3张coupons, 折左都要$2100,确实几贵!不过疫情之下,好耐无出街食饭,间中一次啦!况且,市道差,真系要刺激下经济!💪💪💪 继续阅读

It was so nice to get here early on Sunday and greeted by very a friendly and welcoming team. Every dim sum dish here is so fresh and made to perfection. Shrimp pocket in ginger sauce: That was complimentary and surprisingly tasty especially with the ginger sauce. Fish Cheung Fun: we love the fact that they have this option as we are not a big fan of shellfish. The fish, coriander and bits of preserved egg goes so well together Ha Gao: a classic and our favourite and it goes so well with their special sauces. We in particular like their vegan XO sauceSiu Long Bao: this version comes with crab and crab roe and this is definitely the highlight and we love the fact that they put pearls of vinegar inside it so you don’t have to add any. Char Siu Puff: this is so unique as it comes with apple bits and chucks of lean char Siu. The pastry is so light and thin... beautifully made!Special dish: we ordered a today’s special which is a surprise of the day. It’s like a turnip cake but made with another crunchier root vegetable with a unique earthier taste. We liked that a lot.Cuttlefish dumpling: this is the cutest looking dish with the green wrappers. The combination do cuttlefish, crab meat and quail egg goes works perfectly together Spring roll: we are not a big fan of lobsters so we chose classic spring roll after contemplating weather to have anything deep fried for a while... and you can just tell by the photo that there’s not a single extra drop of oil there, the layers are so light and crispy and guilt free.Dessert:Mango and pomelo... they serve it with the mango pudding hidden in the bottom so actually you are having two of the best Hk style desserts in one dish.Tea and petit four are complimentary:Lemon and mint tea in a special way almost like a syrup. We really like the date paste inside the pastry. It was our anniversary and they did a message on the plate is very nice calligraphy.Overall a very lovely experience brought to us by a very attentive and friendly team at the restaurant. 继续阅读

早餐吃过酒店提供的其实午餐可以免却难得食肆可以重开适逢母亲牛一乘机见识见识前几天在电视节目看过龙景轩总厨的访问似乎鲍鱼鸡粒酥非吃不可事实好吃而且方便吃今个星期没有龙太子蒸饺改吃赛螃蟹饺子材料非常丰富除了蛋白蟹肉满溢喜出望外蟹盖三百圆正一个超值最後是杨枝甘露上层是丰富的芒果和甘露材料下层是芒果布甸特别之外非常开心另外送上的餐後美点一点也不逊色本来饱饱的来离开时完全没有饱滞的感觉我认为所谓美食就起这个作用至於服务?毋庸置疑宾至如归 继续阅读

首选推介为蟹粉小笼包,汤汁丰富,蟹味浓。 春卷脆而不油腻,虾和菜和脆皮很夹。 今天没有龙太子饺,只能叫鼓汁龙虾菜苗饺,鼓汁味太抢,中规中矩。 鸡丝肠粉和叉烧包也出色,好吃。龙带玉梨香,食不到梨的香味,有点失望。今天精选假日点心为鲮鱼饼和鲜虾炸云吞。点了鲮鱼饼,很香,是好吃的,但吃鲮鱼饼还是去顺德酒家吧,质素差不多,性价比更高。服务当然是六星级,环境也是一流。疫症期间,餐厅免费派发75%酒精消毒纸巾。下次希望试到龙太子饺。 继续阅读
