日本的「进口」拉面店,一家一家的来香港报到。说得彷佛不去不可的「一乜」、「一乜乜」,都一一去打卡了;一碗收七八十,又与日本的始终有一段落差 ,对「拉面魂」(不是说那网游,也不是说得奖店,而是对这传统手艺的执著精神) 一窍不通的我而言,就像是对牛弹琴。一天,打开大portal,团购中的这名字叫我一征:吓? 有 (有过?) 名气的如〈龙也〉也来分一把?一百一十八块的价钱,本来只是一人的预算,现在竟可填饱两个肚子?这个险,值得冒一冒。这晚忙完了,同伴建议:不如到大坑走一趟。心想团购必一席难求,即管致电一试。谁知听筒那边传来「今晚得!」(第晚未必得? ) 马上动身;9:15 到达后一推门,我俩更是一呆:小小的店面,除了另一桌的独行侠,就只有我俩。冷清和团购,难道是因果? 团购套餐中,有红、白、黑龙,但二人餐要选一样的「颜色」;我买了黑龙的套票。即管问店员,可否把一碗「转红」?答案也是预期的 No;不抱怨,也知道红龙较贵,但若愿意,肯定加分不少。套餐包括六款小食:汤浸菠菜、冻甜番茄、鸡软骨、天妇罗八爪鱼、唐扬鸡、炸饺子。每人一盘,每盘三小碟,足让我俩浅尝。菠菜一嚼便觉得很老,但除此之外其他都合格,特别是炸鸡和炸八爪鱼,因新鲜炸起而外脆内juicy,该是火候和时间控制得宜之功。 再来就是套餐主角:黑龙拉面。「黑」者乃指黑蒜麻油,理应香味扑鼻,收画龙点睛之效 (所以在火锅店叫一丁面,汤粉多半会拿走,但必然会附上其小包麻油);但眼前这碗,即使把脸凑过去一嗅,都察觉不出其香。 出事!挟起面条,面身粗幼均匀,像是进货而非自家擀制,嚼劲也是普普通通。汤底、配料都无法令人留下印象 (当然,你可以说至少也没有差印象),即使那温泉蛋也不怎么「流心」(乐天皇朝的好百倍! ),我吃得也没法多「留心」了。吃到这,对于〈龙也〉走到团购这一步的因由,也略知一二。把餐牌拿来瞧了瞧,拉面是「公价」,而那些小吃每样都可单点。即使套餐份量可能所不同,但就算他一半,加上赠送的酒水,团购仍是有很大折扣。这句公道话,我必须在此说一说。(最近另一个团购体验便大有不同 - 见即将出炉的另文。)晚上十时,距离打烊还有一些时间。忽然听到从吧台走出来的男人,稍为大声的讲了一句:「唉!唔X做喇!」 然后去反转营业牌,再到外面「呼吸」。心里暗忖,幸好不是自家拉面,否则拉出来的面,比他拉长了的面孔更长,那怎么办? 然后我纳闷:这个消极的心态,到底是因还是果?今时今日,食肆不易为;但其实要做好任何事情,有几时容易过? 那是长途的障碍赛,要有坚持的决心、努力解决困难、精益求精。听起来老土,却是一条金科玉律。离开店子,我一再提醒自己。

团购白龙二人餐。一朝早,一开门就帮衬。汤底淡,面质硬,叉烧无味,呢个可能系佢特色。小食,所有炸物全部好似隔夜咁。又唔脆,又多油。仲要味道特别。特别系只炸饺子。不如同我讲系炸饺子皮好过。二人餐饮品有啤酒拣,不过去到先知佢哋卖嘅系asahi, 但团购包的竟然是珠江啤酒!食完就走,返到屋企睇返原来二人餐仲有个雪米糍。无见过。总结:难食!去快餐店食碗拉面都好过佢!

星期六同朋友到大坑揾食,我朋友最爱食拉面,经过呢间舖面虽小,但都坐得舒服既拉面店食!虽然餐牌上款式唔多,但闻到好香既猪骨汤味!好吸引!结果点了个黑龙,朋友点了金龙!好奶味!汤唔太油!面与软硬适中,好味!而且我未试过食拉面饮了半碗汤!平时食完拉面,好口喝,要不停饮水,呢间唔会值得一试!

团购把我带来了这家新拉面店还算是惊喜的, 试了他们最基本的"白龙"拉面, 即猪骨汤近年我偏好少油少盐少糖等健康一点的饮食一试这猪骨汤, 并不会"张"着我的口, 你可能会说, 那代表这汤没甚么骨胶原, 管他的, 我要的是能饮落肚的汤, 又咸又"张"口的只配做酱汁, 不配做汤说是叉烧, 比较像烚猪肉, 胜在肥瘦均匀, 配汤同吃还是有原汁原味的感觉看它左面放的3配料, 便是应顺序分批放入汤增加香跟味的, 有芝麻, 红姜条跟辛子高菜。我亦有跟指示, 食到80%加芝麻, 多了点芝麻香吧, 没甚么。跳过红姜条因我个人不喜欢。食到40%加辛子高菜, 增加了一种咸辣味, 为清淡的拉面换个味道, 嗜辣的我无任欢迎。团购餐还包3小食, 炸饺子, 凉菜跟炸鸡, 不得不赞炸鸡做得很好, 酥脆之余味道刚好, 必会encore!整体是比较淡口的, 但我buy因为偶然也会想清淡一下, 人总要有选择吧!

We had a groupon for Tatsuya and wish we didn't. We had a set with a red dragon (kimchi ramen), some fried chicken, a seaweed salad and some fried gyoza.The gyoza were OK, a little greasy as they were deep fried, but you could just about make out the corn in the filling. The seaweed salad was inoffensive and ate perfectly well. The chicken, however, was raw. The little popcorn-sized bites were pink in the middle and we just couldn't eat them.The ramen was insipid. The broth had almost no flavour at all; it was watery and weak. The kimchi was sweet, not vinegary or spicy. No sharpness at all. The pork was OK, not special, but not bad either. The egg was cooked fine, but had no soy marinade, so it was just an egg. It was soft and gooey, but stone cold. The noodles were also disappointing. They were the lowest common denominator. They were not instant noodles, but were the cheaper kind that you get dried in the supermarket. They would be fine at home, but you expect more in a ramen retaurant. They say there is no MSG in their ramen and I would agree with this.Bad ramen in HK is kind of unforgivable, as there is too much competition. This place is a sinker, not a swimmer.
