中午见人山人海坐无虚席的龙记听别人评价各有高低今日趁差不多2点 店内人少一试他们的午餐牌都是差不多固定的我就叫了每日都有的烧鹅叉烧饭例汤够味有渣烧鹅份量不大份但也不算少 皮脆 中层薄薄一层油膏叉烧是理想中的叉烧,有70-80分肥瘦相间,咬口软淋,甜甜的两拼都好食真的少有幸运了但热奶茶太涩口,茶底不合格地方干净好坐,不会有一般烧味店黏淋服务员正常,好过附近烧味店

Popped in for dinner after a workout and was not disappointed. Lung Kee is a classic, competent HK canteen with a full menu worth exploring. What really brought me inside as I was walking by was the fact that they had dinner sets. It’s not the cheapest I’ve ever had, but I found the portion to be generous and the quality is there, at least for my dish. I got the G set, which included a selection of 5 meat/protein items from the bbq. The soup was hearty too. One thing to note is that the dinner set menu is only in Chinese and displayed in the TV. I was pleasantly surprised that one of the staff members started deciphering the menu for me while I was trying to read it myself. This I found quite welcoming. I noticed a lot of people eating a lot of different things on the menu, so I’m looking forward to working my way through the different dishes if I come back. At any rate, I’d definitely recommend it.

因为同公司相隔一条街,分量又比其他餐厅大点,所以都唔系第一次帮衬,以前食,都只系油水足点,味道无咩问题,又点咗一排佢既常餐同星米,今日突然想食炒牛河,大失水准啊!12点3落单,35分攞到手,成盒炒河都好咸,食咗一半,真系食唔落,真系第一次食净咁多就要弃置,决定唔食几个月睇下点

龙记是烧味起家,如果来食烧味饭是不错的选择。可惜我个人对茶餐厅的基本要求是一杯奶茶,店家以胶杯盛载热奶茶,这是很影响茶味的口感,如果杯内的漂白水洗得不彻底,奶茶就会混合漂白水的味道,入口淡淡漂白水味,难渴死了。我不明白奶茶是一间茶餐厅的灵魂,为何不用瓦杯/玻璃杯?怕打烂增加成本?此外,常餐中的雪菜/榨菜肉丝米,我永远都看不出有几多条肉丝在内,虽然是普通茶餐,如果连这些基本功都欠缺,收费若此,实在会令人却步。
