父亲节正日,仍要上班,庆祝父亲节只好延后一天,老爸为人甚「师爷」,天时暑热,他又怕到处行,食肆级数又不可以太「草根」,想了又想,我选了一间在他居所附近又几骨子的食肆。十二时半,进入酒店的地库,经过西餐厅,望见自助餐的捧场客不多,也许是早一两天有些人也会吃自助餐来庆祝父亲节,再下层,到了龙皇,亦只得六成满,我们被领到柱边细台,地方有点局促。先点了些得奖点心:藕断丝莲和烧汁煎包,又点了鲍鱼烧卖皇,香茜叉烧肠,龙皇一品炒饭。先来的藕断丝莲,造形是Q 版的莲藕,样子可爱,内心正筹躇好不好拿相机出来拍照,但惧怕老爸生气,谁料老爸知我心意,竟然叫我:「影张相先啦!」令我十分感动。噢!老爸怎么变了,奥巴马叫 change,连老爸的性格也 change,显然过了几个月的冷静期,父子俩都想清楚,虽然皇恩大赦,然而,自己也不敢放肆,战战兢兢随便拍两张便算。藕断丝莲外层是脆炸的酥皮,内里有吉士,像奶皇包的馅,有虾,说有芒果,但尝不到芒果味。鲍鱼烧卖皇,有一小片鲍鱼放面,看来较矜贵,烧卖肉质、味道都不错。香茜叉烧肠,一长碟盛著有六件,肠粉太透明,不喜欢此质感和切法。烧汁煎包用烧热的石碗上,煎包的馅有黑椒,令肉味更香,我和老爸都喜欢。龙皇一品炒饭,看名字以为好正,好多料,其实是 cheap cheap 炒饭,榄角碎,炸干的虾米、江瑶柱丝,蛋白和翠玉瓜粒,卖九十几,中计!服务方面,侍应很落力推销,笑容也好,直到结账时,一貌似较高级的女仕经手,看见只得数元的小费,没说多谢亦无表情。老爸,挚爱的母亲已经离开了多年,您是我至亲的人,我很想和您到处品尝美食和旅游,但请您容许我有自己的嗜好,我实在太喜欢摄影,也许担误您数分钟进食的雅致,请您原谅我的任性,亦请您准许我爱您。 继续阅读

mar 23, 11来lunch, 4人叫咗 : 1) 香煎腊味萝卜糕 -煎得好靓,表面微脆,所以挟起都唔试散开-不过中间都喺腍咗少少,味道喺无问题的 2) 菠萝叉烧餐包-这个无试到 3) 烧汁翡翠杂菌-呢个炒得干身,惹味 4) 翡翠带子肠粉-很滑 5) 沙巴海虾饺 -虾饺馅份量多,弹牙,个皮亦黏软,真的皮薄馅靓,很不错 6) 7味鱿鱼须-脆浆喺薄,但几油腻吓-还是喜欢传统嘅椒盐鱿鱼须,想像下大条鱿鱼须紧痴住椒盐粉浆 7) 蓬莱素鹅-见个皮吸咗太多油了 8) 健康紫薯寿桃仔 x 2-里面个心喺紫心番薯蓉,都几有薯味架-个皮又软熟,不错-呢个要最少叫2个起 9) 鲍鱼烧卖皇-正常,好似虾饺出色d,虽然我个人1贯喜欢烧卖多d 10) 鹅肝带子粒炒饭-个饭炒得干爽-鹅肝就唔喺点样食得到喇 11) 蛋白杏仁茶 x 2-这里嘅杏仁茶水准保持到,杏仁味浓喺肯定的-虽然无海x轩嘅糊糊地质感,但都做到少少,已是不错了,因香港唔喺有好多间做到呢个效果* 好多谢友人们请食饭.........很意外其1友人主动要请我食饭..........我真的好多谢佢.........很高兴大家只同我谈天说地 * lunch好爆场,坐得好密..........但又好奇怪,隔离枱食完走咗,职员会即刻收晒张枱.........虽然我哋都知张枱喺因应付午巿嘅人流而额+开的 继续阅读

今次尝试得奖点心,第一样系"藕断丝莲"个样子睇嚟非常吸引,手工精致,用紫菜条作环,放入口外皮松脆, 内涵有奶皇同芒果粒,既滑又有鲜香芒味,外脆内软,口感好特别,抵佢攞金奖!第二样系"水晶礼盒"卖相莹通诱,皮薄,非常细致,有脆肉瓜同菌茹粒做馅,爽夹香!第三样轮到烧汁煎包,热透嘅沙㶽上放满葱条,在台上传来阵阵葱香,包身软滑,一口咬落去,烧汁即爆入口中,味正之余但要小心烫亲条脷啊!烧鸭唔肥皮脆,充满鸭嘅肉汁味,不能跟一般酒楼比较。糖水都几持别,有鲜人参、枣子、天山雪莲子,小甜、好润! 继续阅读

今日LUNCH 去试左帜哥打理果间龙皇酒家到食. 之前系公仔箱睇佢煮既野都好有兴趣, 因为佢好多时都会加入西菜既元素, 唔知佢管理既酒楼点心会变奏些什么出来, 决定试一试. 先食左个奶皇酥 (唔记得左佢个真名, 哈哈!), 卖榣真系做得好精致, 唔舍得整烂佢, 口感好松脆, 奶皇同酥皮既比例配合得不错! 另外的一碟萝卜糕, 卖相好似马拉糕咁, 但好有萝卜味. 之后试左个牛肠, 卖相已经好有西菜FEEL, 食起上黎都方便.佢地个豉油皇炒面都值得一试, 炒得好干身香口!~仲有试左款叫做”春风得意卷”望落去似系用粉皮包住D 萝卜丝, 上面加上肉松, 进不知一咬落去, 脆卜卜的, 原来粉皮同萝卜丝之间夹左一层脆料, 口感不错, 味道比较清淡. 其他食物整体都系水准以上, 个豆苗饺入面放左好多干摇柱丝, 蒸完之后真系好香. 最抵赞系果白烚生菜, 好爽口新鲜. 继续阅读

It was my first time dinning in this well broadcasted restaurant. We went there to celebrate mother's day with high expectation (my mum loves the TV program). Although the restaurant is rather small and was packed, very understandable though as it was mother's day, the service was good and the recommendation from the manager was excellent (good choice of dishes in terms of food and qty). The quality of the food is good overall, at least it worth such a good name, although only limited choices of dishes so we decided to try again on other usual dates...until something happenedWe ordered a dinner set for 4 with sweet potato paste bun as dessert. They sent us 6 buns and we thought maybe the 2 were extra (as they haven't specified how many buns in the menu) and we started eating and it tasted good. Then a waiter with a pair of chopsticks came to our table and took the 2 buns away. We were so surprised and asked and he said they delivered 2 more buns, which were belonged to another table and now he had to take and serve them back to the table. I was shocked and said what if i spit on the bun? He didn't answer and just left. Like 2 mins after, i saw him taking those 2 buns to another table....It's not like I want the extra free buns, but since it's such a restaurant and it's only 2 buns worth nothing, they shouldnt be so stingy and honestly, if they ask me to pay for the 2 extra, i would (although i would still think that they are quite stingy). But now, it's more serious problem related to hygiene. If they can take back these 2 buns while we already started eating and they did it in front of customers, please imagine what could happen in the kitchen...like those dropped to the floor/sink/trash bin.......honestly, i'm afraid of going back there again after what I have seenWhat a shame, their food is in fact very good 继续阅读
