一入到餐厅,就觉得佢哋嘅装修好有特色,成个环境都好适合同朋友一齐嚟食饭同倾偈。我同朋友坐低之后,就即刻睇下餐牌。佢哋嘅串烧选择好多,由肉类到菜类,每样都好吸引。

在大坑的黯然烧魂,我度过了一个难忘的晚餐时光。这间餐厅以其独特的烧烤风格而闻名,食材新鲜,风味独特。这次我点了多款串烧和小食,每一道都令人惊喜。 原条烧茄子 首先上桌的是原条烧茄子,外表烤得微微焦脆,内里却柔软滑腻,搭配上香浓的酱汁,简直是素食者的福音。那种烧烤的香气与茄子的天然甜味相得益彰,让人一口接一口。 烧串系列 接下来是各式各样的串烧,每一串都令人期待。鸡皮串的香脆口感让人无法抗拒,鸡腿软骨串的嫩滑则让人感受到肉质的鲜美。安格斯牛肉金菇卷的肉质鲜嫩,金菇的香气更是增添了层次感。而汁烧安格斯肉眼串则是重口味的代表,酱汁的浓郁令人印象深刻。 特别推荐 我特别喜欢的还有月见免治鸡肉棒,鸡肉的鲜香与生蛋黄的滑润完美结合,口感上得到了极大的提升。烟肉荔枝的创意搭配也让我惊喜,烟肉的咸香与荔枝的果甜形成了奇妙的对比,让人忍不住想再来一串。 海鲜之选 当然,怎能少了海鲜呢?清酒煮蚬的鲜甜,让我感受到海味的精华,而烧蚝则是不可错过的经典,肉质鲜嫩,与酱汁的搭配相得益彰。 焦糖菠萝:完美收官 最后,焦糖菠萝成为了全晚最佳的甜品。菠萝外层包裹著一层焦糖,香脆的糖衣与果肉的酸甜融合,让人回味无穷。这一口甜品,为整个晚餐画上完美的句号。 总结 黯然烧魂的晚餐体验让我非常满意,食材的新鲜和多样的选择绝对值得一试。如果你在大坑寻找一个能享受美味烧烤的地方,这里无疑是个不错的选择! 继续阅读

It’s a great and cozy spot to bring your friends over to enjoy some skewers and drinks together. 😄Here’s what we got: 🍢Skewers:* ⭐️Signature Angus Ox Tongue⭐️* ⭐️Angus Beef Sliced Asparagus ⭐️* CAB beef tenderloin with sauce * CAB beef tenderloin with pepper honey sauce * ⭐️Green pepper pork belly skewer⭐️* ⭐️Siu mai ⭐️* ⭐️Mentaiko Chicken ⭐️* ⭐️Signature Cheese sausage ⭐️* Grilled Okra with BBQ sauce * ⭐️Minced Chicken with Egg sauce ⭐️(⭐️: must get/try items!) Green pepper pork belly skewer and Angus ox tongue, as their must try and signature, it was seasoned perfectly. So juicy at every bite! 😇My personal favourites 💗are siu mai, mentaiko chicken and signature cheese sausage. Siu mai had a super crispy skin and grilled perfectly. For mentaiko chicken, chicken was topped with mentaiko in which every bite was full of mentaiko flavour! 🤭At last, I fell in love with the cheese sausages as soon as I taste how cheesy it was! 🫶🏻✨Snacks: Grilled portobello with cheese A must try item with mushroom and cheese on top. 麻雀虽小五脏俱全家庭式经营温馨又好味有个鸡六串系日式烧鸟feel牛舌心鸡肝都做到7-8成熟,新鲜!安格斯牛,猪腩荔枝卷都系和风烧蚝,圣子王,韭菜,茄子,白鳝,就系国内风,想加辣可配鬼椒粉,真系天灵盖冒汗!结尾来个清酒煮蚬同海鲜粥系必需的!前者清甜,后者香浓木鱼汤味!有黑/白生啤,亦有清酒地方细细好早满座!老细话可以预订海鲜添! 继续阅读
