Two much-loved Japanese eateries, KIDO and UMAI are teaming up for a special collaboration.  KIDO is known for its charcoal grill skewers, whilst robatayaki and yakitori are UMAI’s specialties.  The special curated menu for this collaboration is designed by the Head Chef of KIDO, Chef Kimura Junichiro.  Grilled Stringray Fin ($68) and COEDO Craft Beer ($62)A slightly grilled stringray fin, with a crispy texture and just a hint of briny saltiness. Combined with Japanese craft beer, it's surely a fantastic start to the meal.Japanese Omelette Rolls w/Mentaiko ($68)If you’re an egg lovers, you’re sure love this Japanese style Tamagoyaki with Mentaiko. 见过呢间野好多次,出面装修几有feel,就趁生日入去试下佢个晚餐,点知太失望了... 都预左贵同份量少,但又唔好食,里面环境好逼,又大烟。最差就系服务态度,时时刻刻都好赶时间,落单又赶、收嘢又赶。一路望实你,等你一夹完最後一旧,就即刻插只手过黎收走。倾倾下计又问我地仲要唔要,嬲嬲地就唔理佢😡一秒之後佢又问多次请问要唔要,打断客人倾计。一开始讲明一个半钟食饭,都未够钟就问都唔问收晒我d碟,只碟仲有野食,我都未食完!!!生日仲要比佢激一激 继续阅读

星期日晚来这里食晚餐。很喜欢佢个牛油果温泉蛋泡菜沙律,款式食法也几特别,自己用紫菜包住晒d 料来食!味道特别且好味,加埋温泉蛋汁等材料,很好味,超赞及很推荐!另外佢的串烧也不错。我们点了是日推介,烧猪仔肉,肉地肥瘦适中、肉汁也好、烧鸡翼也不错。另外点了牛肉寿喜锅及草菌乌东,份量大而价钱也$100内,很抵食!环境也布置得不错,很有气氛。周日晚超满,我们幸好有订位,否则见不少人来到要慢慢等,见到都替他们辛苦!所以记住最好订位! 继续阅读
