为鼓励食肆透过提供食物份量选择和采取减少厨余措施,与顾客共同从源头减少厨余,环境保护署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」计划,参与食肆如符合评核准则将获「咪嘥嘢食店」认可资格和获发「咪嘥嘢食店」的标志及标贴,以供张贴於店舖内和宣传,供顾客识别。此计划全年均接受申请,申请费用全免。

近年尾大家都想庆祝一番,但无得聚餐唯有叫外卖,平时都知道呢间野又贵食物又无咩特别,碍於地点问题照叫外卖(78折好吸引)番到上楼,份量打个5折吖!唔该晒!见到成千银(未打折前)食D咁嘅嘢真系食慾大减!出名个明炉蜜汁叉烧又干有硬萝卜糕1片切开两旧当两位份量杨枝甘露无杨枝无西米得甘露(水一般的甘露)完全无质感无口感真系好失望!D嘢唔系唔洗钱架,$800食晏好贵架喇,可唔可以俾D心机做好D吖!不过算啦好难有下次 继续阅读

因疫情关系,加上限聚令,故今年冬至唯有order这间经常光顾的食肆为冬至而设的盘菜。拣选了价钱为$1,650的六人冬日盛宴,并赠送烧腩肉、生炒糯米饭及红烧贡品饱鱼,算是抵食。盘菜的餸料包括 : 鲍鱼、柱甫、花胶、海参、猪手、北菇……等共20款,十分丰富,但笔者发觉可能因餸料太多,虽然已经淋上附送的鲍鱼汁,但有些食材及随後加的萝卜根本吸收不到酱汁的味道,而且鸡肉鞋口、鸭亦带有骚味,但糯米饭又偏咸,较之在堂食,盘菜食物的味道明显较逊色,是较人失望的一餐。 继续阅读

今日2人到这𥚃食午餐。酥皮义烧包,似一个有馅嘅菠萝包,暖暖地,几好味。石头鱼汤云吞 $70,有8粒小云吞,鱼汤浓烈,吾错。润肠滑鸡饭$88,润肠有点酒香,鸡都几滑,但个饭就湿左d,烂烂地,口感不佳。炸鮻鱼球$55,有8粒,鱼肉打得吾够弹牙,个蚬介汁太浠又冇乜蚬仔肉,这个好一般。猪仔豆沙包仔 $27,有3个,影下相就ok,但其实只是一个小的豆沙包仔,冇乜特别。埋单$330/2位,久不久食一次,都ok 嘅! 继续阅读

Please note that all these photos in this commentary are original without any editing at all.You know during this epidemic maybe sometimes it is better to stay home and just order takeaways. This time we ordered a 自选外卖套餐 for 2. We ordered 蜜汁叉烧 among the 烧味; 君度橙花骨 among the 小菜; and 竹笙野菌浸鱼腐 among the veggies. The set came along with 2 bowls of plain rice. The price was $328 via online dining platform 外卖送. The price was cheaper if you chose to take it home on your own. Everything was well packed in a bag. Very hygienic so it seemed. When they were delivered to my home, they were still very warm!The 蜜汁叉烧 was amazingly delicious despite being takeaway! They were still warm when eaten. I really have to say they are much better than those we had at Man Wah. 外脆内软,肥瘦适中, and the sauce was just perfectly sweet. Maybe the best char siu I had ever had... When I opened the box, this 君度橙花骨 smelt so nice of orange. There were loads of real orange cubes and orange skin. Very appetising sauce. The pork bones were reasonably tender. There were so many pieces. I had to admit that I chewed and swallowed the bone. I didn't break my teeth fortunately.竹笙野菌浸鱼腐 had super clear and delicious milky fish soup. The choy sum were very fresh. There were loads of mushrooms and 鱼腐 at the bottom. Big portion!There were two bowls of plain rice.I had never expected such yummy char siu to be eaten at home! Highly recommended! 继续阅读
