餐厅:鸡駅花胶鸡米线专门店 (观塘)地址:观塘开源道60号骆驼漆大厦第三座1楼I室相信喺观塘住或者返工嘅人,都唔会未听过鸡駅花胶鸡米线专门店🍜,原来唔经唔觉佢哋已经开咗两年,仲喺啱啱1月开咗第3间分店,事关骆驼漆大厦嘅分店长期爆满,就算有埋东广场同埋骏业里分店都依然继续有好多客人,认真夸张🤪究竟喺咩因素令到咁多人走去帮衬呢间米线专门店呢?望望餐牌见到有接近20款米线(可以转做米粉、上海面或者饭),主食价钱多数四十几至六十几蚊为主,而汤底就专心做好浓鸡汤、蕃茄汤、胡椒汤同麻辣汤🌶️,亦有水煮汤同埋拌面比你拣,另外有10几款小食同饮品,有部分仲喺自家制👏,例如今次饮嘅冻柠檬薏米水咁(+$18)✝️招牌花胶鸡上海面 $73话明喺招牌冇理由唔试,汤底用咗足料三黄鸡熬制,鸡汤浓郁鲜香无味精,三黄鸡嫩滑无雪藏味🐔,另外有好几块爽滑花胶,加埋虫草花、木耳等配料,配埋每日鲜制嘅弹牙上海面,够晒丰富又饱肚👍✝️胡椒花甲粉 $58鸡駅嘅花甲粉务求做到碗碗都咁鲜甜,每日都喺新鲜制唔会留过夜,花甲嘅鲜味加埋纯厚嘅胡椒辣香,成为咗成碗粉嘅灵魂😍,我好钟意呢个汤底,忍唔住连埋米线一齐喺咁饮。除咗接近十只鲜甜饱满又唔腥嘅花甲,仲见到有青瓜🥒、娃娃菜、木耳、芝麻、金菇、枝竹做配菜,都咪话唔落足心机❤️✝️麻药蛋 $28捞饭食一流嘅麻药蛋,喺用咗溏心蛋加上多款辛香料调制而成,除咗滋味溏心蛋香,最令人食唔停口嘅喺大量芝麻同香葱,仲有麻油嘅配搭,一试难忘🤤 继续阅读

I found gems in a local chicken specialty restaurant. Their signatures are chicken & noodles in soup. However I was more tempted by their seasonal special: Mayak eggs & chicken dry mixed noodles, and then HIGHLY surprisingly their bossam with ssamjang was legit authentic and delicious, it's one of the best bossams I've had in Hong Kong so far. Perfectly soft-boiled eggs and tender juicy meaty poached chicken were marinated in the Korean Mayak sauce, essentially a honey soy sauce mixed in with sesame seeds, green onions and chilli peppers. This Mayak sauce was really good with the hot dry noodles. There's even an additional bowl of spicy dipping sauce on the side, for me to serve my tasty chicken with, of course you might also like to drizzle some more on your yummy noodles. I didn't even expect to have Korean dishes in a local chicken noodle shop, but trust me, their bossam was absolutely scrumptious. It's grilled pork belly slices wrapped with lettuce. The most impressive part was the ssamjang sauce: IT WAS FANTASTIC. Unique and real Korean flavours, complimented so well with the crunchy pork slices and fresh lettuce. 继续阅读

如果钟意浓郁汤底同滋补食材,呢个花胶鸡煲翅绝对系首选,汤鲜、鸡滑、花胶足,食完暖笠笠,仲有种「养颜」嘅满足感!套餐都几抵食,价钱合理,值得回头再encore!花胶鸡煲翅: 成碗米线份量十足,汤底一上枱就见到金黄色,睇落好浓郁,饮落去鲜甜得嚟唔会太咸,明显系用足料老火熬出嚟,仲有淡淡嘅鸡油香,捞饭食真系一流!鸡肉大大件,煮得啱啱好,肉质嫩滑又唔会「鞋口」,仲保留到鸡嘅鲜味,证明系新鲜鸡,唔系雪藏货! 花胶同翅嘅份量都几多,花胶煮得软淋淋又有弹性,咬落去满口胶质,翅丝亦够爽口,整体配搭好满足! 招牌花胶鸡米线: 汤底一睇就知系老火熬出嚟,金黄色嘅汤汁好浓郁,饮落去鲜甜得嚟又唔会太咸,花胶煮得啱啱好,软淋淋又弹牙,仲有阵阵胶质嘅黏口感,正!鸡肉都唔输蚀,睇得出系新鲜鸡,肉质嫩滑,一啲都唔嚡口,仲有少少鸡油香,捞埋米线一齐食,真系冇得弹!米线本身煮得够爽滑,唔会太淋或者太硬,吸晒啲汤汁之后更加好味。 蜜糖鸡翼: 甜甜哋又唔会太漏,做餐前小食几开胃。 继续阅读
