Chic & relaxing yakitori & sake bar towards the street's end We began celebrating my horoscope month early this year, the yakitori and hospitality in this setting gave us an absolute enjoyment, and we ended up exalting the food and the vibe in full contentment. Lounges for boozy catch-ups, and lockers for your bags, are both available, so you can completely put your chores down and relax here with a fancy yakitori getaway.Seat yourself comfortably around the kitchen island and spectate the chefs chargrilling the skewers, because you will appreciate how smokeless and well-controlled the fireside was. Every skewer was stunning (both a-la-carte, and omakase available), made out of fresh produce and carefully seasoned and cooked. My personal favourites of the omakase set tonight (HK$ 728 /pax) were:10/10 Tori paitan (鶏白汤), this was the best chicken white broth I've tasted in HK so far, cooked for 10 hours with locally raised three-yellow chicken, the flavour was at its finesse, I assure you. You can order just the soup, or you can opt for the addition of some fine made udon;Crispy skin-on white eel, so beautifully sectioned, spongy flesh and highly delicious grilled skin;Cheesy rice cake, which the chewy rice outer was so different from the regular ones, you could tell there's something special about the choice of starch and ways they handled the rice cake;Smoked daikon studded with cream cheese and sliced- this was another masterpiece, crunchy, smoky and velvety at the same time, the presentation was second-to-none since it looked like sliced truffles laying on a delicate stone crafted bowl. 鸟駅 主打日式烧鸟的串烧酒吧餐厅,以鸡的不同部位入馔,全部即叫即烧。餐厅环境阔落,坐得舒适,适合三五知己聚会,边食串烧边小酌。午市厨师发办套餐🥗沙律是牛油果带子沙律,带子新鲜,鲜甜爽口。🥣慢煮三黄鸡汤 味道超级浓郁,好creamy,饮晒一滴都冇剩🫔是日鸡料理 慢煮松露鸡卷,鸡卷肉嫩细腻入味,松露香气突出。串烧方面,鸡肉各部位都烤得刚好,外香内嫩。🔥大葱鸡肉串:鸡肉嫩滑,配上微焦的大葱,葱香和鸡肉的鲜味互相提升,简单盐烧就已经好出色。🔥鸡大腿串:肉质特别嫩滑多汁,外层微微焦香,咬落去油脂分布平均,口感非常丰富。🔥鸡翼串:皮脆肉嫩,烧得刚刚好,鸡皮香脆而不油腻,鸡翼肉质细嫩,盐味带出鸡肉本身的鲜甜。🔥鸡软骨串:爽脆有咬口,外层带点焦香,内里保持弹牙。🔥野菜串的车厘茄和秋葵都很多汁,解腻又健康。🔥牛横隔膜串:肉质鲜嫩带有牛油脂香,汁烧酱汁浓郁🔥猪肋条串:带有丰富的肉香与微焦外皮,肉质弹牙多汁🍛迷你亲子丼饭量刚好,日本鸡蛋好香好滑溜,鸡肉份量十足午市套餐🍲餐汤蚬味噌汤以蚬仔熬制浓郁的日本味噌,汤头鲜美🥚茶碗蒸蛋加入了嫩滑鸡肉丁,蒸蛋质感非常细腻滑嫩,鸡肉与蛋香完美融合。🍜鸡白汤鸟冬配慢煮松露鸡卷,汤底极浓厚,乌冬挂汁够烟韧,松露鸡卷吸晒啲鸡白汤汁串烧水准高,鸡肉部位选择多,配搭清酒或啤酒更有居酒屋气氛。服务亲切,适合朋友聚餐或收工放松下,值得推荐比大家🤤 继续阅读

老公特登揾间串烧餐厅庆祝记念日,由于佢钟意食鸡,贪佢高蛋白质🤭所以拣咗呢间烧鸟专门店,可以试吓啲特别鸡部位,同埋饮吓酒轻松吓~-估唔到呢度好阔落,得bar枱serve客,个个都可以睇到师傅烧串烧~-老公发板叫左个主厨推荐set($728),等师傅准备唔驶自己拣🤭-头盘有北海道带子牛油果沙律,虽然有芝麻酱,但都食到带子甜味~另外仲有几特别嘅日本水茄子同紫萝卜,水茄子好多汁,无其他调味,可以单纯食蔬菜嘅甜👍🏻-🍢串烧重点推介🌟鸡喉咙第一次试呢个部位,口感几爽口-🌟大葱鸡肉串鸡肉同样juicy,重点系大葱食落唔会好浓味,同鸡肉味好平衡👍🏻-🌟鸡肝味道浓但唔会腥,配下柚子胡椒酱食无咁济-🌟牛舌软熟好易咬,一路食一路滴汁😆-🌸白鳝全晚最爱😍烧到啱啱好,肉质唔会散,够新鲜唔会腥,连我老公唔钟意食鱼都赞正💕-🌟车厘茄豚肉卷豚肉偏肥,但配埋车厘茄少少酸味,完全唔觉得肥腻-由于佢啲鸡串烧太出色,再另外叫埋鸡蚝肉($48)同鸡小腿($38)试下~🐥鸡蚝肉系近腿位置,所以连埋皮烧,鸡皮薄脆而鸡肉够厚同juicy,呢个好值得叫🤤反而鸡小腿就无咁特别,同埋比较细旧😆问咗师傅原来佢哋系用新鲜三黄鸡,所以啲烧鸟全部都好浓鸡味🐔-主菜我就拣咁鸡汤乌冬,汤底有少料胡椒味,鸡味超浓厚,啲汤俾我饮哂😋老公就拣咗烧饭团,估唔到饭焦够脆唔痴牙,配埋块香脆嘅紫菜,仲出色过乌冬😍-最后甜品系紫苏叶雪葩,谂住应该麻麻地,不过佢紫苏叶味唔重,食落又几清新~-今日好满意老公嘅安排💕虽然系食串烧,但抽风系统会得好好,唔会成间舖都系油烟,staff又反应好快,话冻就即刻较细冷气同offer毛毡,绝对值得再encore 👏🏻 继续阅读
