鲣乌冬 (English name: Katsuo Udon) is a udon shop in Cheung Sha Wan but now they have branched out into Kwun Tong.  Located inside an industrial building, they have two shops so the wait isn't as long as in Cheung Sha Wan. Here they also sell pre-packaged udon an offer udon making classes!Menu is in English, Japanese and Chinese. There is no 10% service charge and you pay on your way out. They have various types of udon and some flavored ones as well that were sold out when we arrived.We shared a soft boiled egg ($12). This was really good. The egg was nicely seasoned. The yolk was wonderfully runny.I had the Cold Udon with Dipping sauce and grilled mackerel ($73). Simple and to the point. You can choose thick or thin udon. I chose thick. The udon was good though still a bit wet. Needed an extra sling of the colander, I guess. The dipping sauce was ok. Nothing really exceptional about it.The fish was nicely salted, Well cooked and simple with a squeeze of lemon juice.Boyfriend had the Curry Udon with Chicken ($84). The curry wasn't too spicy but it didn't have much depth of flavor as well.The Honetsuki Dori (or Takamatsu Chicken on the Bone) was delicious. Juicy meat. Heavenly seasoned with pepper and garlic. Probably the best out of everything ordered.Portions are big and you do leave very full. Service was a bit confused as orders were misplaced and protein didn't arrive at the same time as the noodles. This caused some to leave after waiting so long. Not too hygenic as I found dried noodle on my tray. Probably forgot to wipe it down. Unsure if I'd be back. 继续阅读

距离上次去旅行是上年中的事,原本打算今年会去日本,但现在真的不敢想像何时再出国。而我很耐没有食正宗日式料理,所以网上找了这间鲣乌冬,当晚七点半来到已经有十几人排队,最後等了半小时以上才可进入...——————————🔹 酱油乌冬 配关东煮 $73这个酱油乌冬份量比我想像细份,但味道重要些😋 把海带、葱丝、萝卜溶与乌冬搅匀,配合下面微咸的酱油真的很夹,加上本身是冻食,所以会凉而不腻!之後再加入柠檬汁,味道会更清新☺️至於乌冬,质地比较硬身,食起来要嚼多几次,较以往食开弹牙的乌冬有些分别🤨 个人喜欢弹牙和淋少少的面质😆而关东煮有蛋、萝卜、竹轮、芋丝和高丽菜卷,总共五样食物。特别喜欢蛋和高丽菜卷,吸收了汤的精华,好食😋🔸 鲣鱼汤咖喱乌冬 配骨附鸡 $84朋友就叫了鲣鱼汤咖喱乌冬配骨附鸡,後者未食就觉得很吸引,但前者较网上其他人分享的少汁,不像预期的卖相😖起初闻落会有很香咖喱味,以为咖喱乌冬会很浓郁,但食过一啖有点失望👀 咖哩汁感觉由很淡的咖喱粉制成,食起来不是熟悉的浓郁日式咖喱味,而且没有鲣鱼的鲜味😟骨附鸡即是鸡脾,大大块😚 一切开里面的肉汁爆出来,皮脆肉嫩,好食! 继续阅读

话说垃圾口🙍🏻‍♀️系乌冬爱好者,呢间鲣乌冬嘅自家制手打乌冬咁出名,紧系要去试吓啦🤤点知佢实在太出名,我哋第一次去嗰阵未到last order时间已经截咗单😂第二次去成功食到,不过都有啲嘢食卖晒😳所以想去嘅话记得早少少去,或者打电话去预留你想食嘅食物!.<#竹帘乌冬配骨付鸡 $76 +$12流心蛋>竹帘乌冬系配酱油食嘅,可以加埋芥末、葱及芝麻落酱油到搅拌,食之前时候夹乌冬去沾一沾啲酱汁,食落好透心凉🤤个乌冬可以拣热食或冻食,但我哋食当日热食就卖晒~之前未食过手打乌冬唔知原来真系好大分别😱,手打乌冬烟韧好多😳,同平时食嘅乌冬完全系两个感觉。骨付鸡即系有骨嘅鸡脾。好大份,鸡皮烧到好脆口,入面嘅肉质就好嫩滑😍,加上搽咗蜜糖真系超好食😋。流心蛋同平时食嘅差唔多正正常常。<#夏一乌冬配天妇罗5件 $104>夏一乌冬好似系期间限定嘅捞乌冬~有只生嘅蛋黄,同埋芝麻、紫菜、冬瓜、柠檬等配料畀你捞埋一齐食。个汁酸酸地好开胃,夏天食嘅话一流😍天妇罗有虾🍤、冬菇、茄子,仲有好少见嘅多春鱼!特别得嚟又炸得几好食,唔会好厚粉浆🤤.👫:好锺意手打乌冬烟韧嘅质感,不过如果可以再煮淋多啲啲,咁就perfect! 继续阅读

以前要搵好食嘅乌冬好难,而家真系多左好多高质嘅小店呢度嘅乌冬系自家制,食落好烟韧弹牙,鲷鱼清汤底清而不淡。乌冬份量虽然不太多,但加埋重量级拌菜就已经好够饱😍招牌皇牌骨付鸡食落好有日本风味!鸡肉煮得岩岩好,肉质滑嫩,鸡皮烧到脆脆地,外脆内嫩,加少少七味粉就更加香口💕加配左金菇牛肉卷,唔好以为呢个小食好普通😌金菇同肥牛嘅份量一点都唔孤寒,金菇唔痴牙,肥牛煎香左唔会好un。价钱虽然略贵,但份量够补番,食到好满足 继续阅读

小莎发现观塘真的有很多美味黄店!走进工厂大厦,不难发现门外贴满文宣的小店,随意走进一间也是乐趣~这间鲣乌冬是同事推荐的,份量足而且即叫即煮,每道菜都是热腾腾地上桌,十分吸引😍下午茶鸡冬🐣虽然是下午茶价钱,但仍然是正餐的份量~充满鱼香的汤底配以弹牙乌冬,还有撒上七味粉的惹味鸡排,简直是绝配🤩记得要加上天妇罗脆脆,整碗的口感会大大提升!烧鸡髀🍗热腾腾的烧鸡髀,一切开就有大量的肉汁流出,鸡皮烧得脆脆的,七味粉调味也很入味😋几个人一起share刚刚好~  继续阅读
