Got the steamed pandan cake for $6, the taste and smell is exactly like the ring shaped ones from Singapore, but it was dry and hard.I think this point should be improved on, the reviewer before my review also commented on it being too dry.Apart from that, it would taste exactly like Singaporean ones but the texture is slightly different, the Singaporean one is not so dense and has the chiffon cake texture.

这天太努力的临急抱佛脚, 成朝无食嘢, 仲要2pm考试到5pm, 为免中途晕倒, 经过此店顺道买个蛋糕充饥, 谁知注下大错~包店中随手取了个班兰蛋糕, 一咬之下 - - - 哇! 干硬到如果无随身自备饮用水, 我唔使考试就可直接送院~(. . . haha, 是夸了一点, 但此蛋糕也大概是隔夜的, 否则这店更可另聘师傅了~)唔多讲了, 是「鲜饱店」的面包, 确系同阿妈拜先人的隔夜包点的硬度有得fight . . . . . . .

妈妈昨天买了麦包和五谷饱, 昨今天的早餐!麦包:有oats在面, 唔会咁plain! 五谷饱以下只是观察所得,可能有错) 有黑芝麻, 黄豆小粒粒, 癸花籽, oats 的小麦饱! seeds的份量不多不少, 吃完一个,有少许饱肚感! (营养小tips: 五谷比一般麦饱健康, 因为较多纤维, 防便秘, 而且低 GI (glycemic index=升糖指数), 比麦饱, 较适合糖尿病人!味道不是太特出,但作为早餐也不错!

别看它只是一家普通的街坊面包店,其貌不扬,原来里面大有干坤。我还以为它卖的是一般港式面包,但当我见到有一整个面包架是卖法包的时候,我想我要对它改观了。法包共有四五款左右,我挑了一个硬猪 ($3.5), 还有它旁边的黑炭硬猪 ($5.5)。不管黑猪白猪,好吃的就是好猪。其实两种的味道都是一样的,外皮香脆里面不会太鞋,也相当有麦香;黑猪应该加了炭粉,但炭粉本身是没有味道的。我刚好没带散银,这里竟然有得用八达通,我当堂几感动呀。这里还有合桃包等西式包款,街坊价有如此水准收货有余了。
