知我钟意食日本野嘅好姊妹请食omakase做生日饭🥰可能有啲人觉得咁贵食寿司唔值得,个人认为omakase除左适合嘴刁同对日本野有要求嘅人外,risk appetite都好重要⚠️当你唔知会发生咩事但愿意take risk,然后咁啱遇到啱心水嘅师傅,加埋新鲜嘅食材,个种幸福感真系难以言喻。结果我事后经常回味依餐,依间舖亦成为左我系香港最爱嘅鮨店,一切都系缘份啊❤️入返正题,我地叫左十二贯omakase同a la carte左几款(多谢好姊妹咁锡我👭🏻),以下介绍我最念念不忘唔分享唔得嘅几款🤤🐟 沙甸鱼太卷 (𝟙𝟘/𝟙𝟘)依款太卷日文叫「鰯鱼矶边卷」,对日本料理有认识嘅朋友一定知道佢绝对唔系普通卷物咁简单。首先,处理沙甸鱼嘅过程无比艰巨,有兴趣可以上YouTube睇下😂其次,出色嘅矶边卷嘅横切面本身就系一件艺术品,可以见到细致而丰富嘅内容,将各种材料卷起后要做到又圆又对称真系好考师傅功夫🔪依间嘅鰯鱼矶边卷做得好靓好色彩缤纷,仲要配埋一只咁衬嘅碟,作为第一贯打响头炮真系好出色🤩师傅放左好多件沙甸鱼,脂肪嘅油香好够,配姜蓉、香葱、紫苏叶同调酱汁,好新鲜同冇腥味,好食到癫左!价钱唔平但幸福感满泻❤️🦪🍚 鲍鱼肝酱配白饭 (𝟙𝟘/𝟙𝟘)鲍鱼嫰滑有咬口,鲍鱼肝酱超香浓,唔识形容,直情系天堂嘅味道!留意返只碟都好似鲍鱼壳,如果有鲍鱼肝酱我可以食多三碗饭🤤🦑✨ 萤光鱿鱼 (𝟙𝟘/𝟙𝟘)萤光鱿鱼主要系富山出产,每年三至五月系盛产季节,但保鲜期大概短短几日,所以学师傅讲,可遇不可求啊!既然咁有缘份当然要试试佢啦, 萤光鱿鱼好鲜甜同爆膏,师傅嘅调味都好出色,令人印象难忘!🔸 海胆寿司 (𝟡/𝟙𝟘)系我系香港食过数一数二甜嘅海胆!🐟 炙烧右口鱼裙边配紫菜 (𝟡.𝟝/𝟙𝟘)第一次食右口鱼,肉质比左口鱼滑,满满油脂,令人回味无穷😋 继续阅读

今日同朋友去食Omakase,真系好好味,一定要再去❤️去到个门口都已经觉得好日式。平时好重视甜品同茶嘅我觉得呢度都系超好味!当然主菜都系超正啦,第一次食沙甸鱼刺身卷,𫚕鱼。20 天熟成吞拿鱼腩🤤同右口鱼真系令人回味,系右口唔系左口鱼,肉质会比左口鱼再滑d🤤仲有安康鱼连鱼皮🤤带子师傅系先㓥一刀再在用手搣,佢话咁就可以食到一丝一丝嘅口感。今日个甜品系时令嘅桃卷,个卷比想像中要再好食啲!我朋友点咗个雪糕系咖啡味仲要有nuts嘅佢都话超正!由头满足到尾唔怪得full house la!下次会再嚟! 继续阅读

今日又返嚟我嘅饭堂食饭 虽然介绍咗好多次不过每次都有啲唔同嘅食品所以同大家讲 因为𠮶厨师成日都有惊喜畀我北海道酱油烧北寄贝肉质软骨 咸淡适中 鲜味浓厚加埋紫苏叶花 好香好味北海道鲛鲽鱼鱼边配酸汁啫喱极度油美 配上酸汁啫喱同埋紫苏叶花嘅一道嘅前菜 香滑 开胃烟熏𫚕鱼+𫚕鱼鱼腩我朋友就喜欢鱼生片 因为肉质鲜味 我就喜欢烟熏片 因为层次感丰满 但系两个都好好食北海道希灵鱼鲜甜无比 烟熏味更令到味感不一样安康鱼肝 连鱼皮好creamy嘅安康鱼肝酱 配爽脆的鱼皮 一啖放在口中 慢慢咀嚼 鱼肝香味夹杂著鱼皮的脆感 超级享受矶煮鲍鱼大大嚿放入口 口感一流 不单止鲜甜肥美 真系无与伦比车海老寿司刚刚煮出来的 大虾 还有点余温 夹杂著赤醋饭 再加上 厨师特登为我加了很多柚子皮在虾的内和外 加添柚子汁 真系好食到冇得顶鲭鱼棒寿司用脆脆的 紫菜包住一齐食 味道浓香 加上有酱汁啫喱面 好好食立鳞金鲷鱼 海鲜汤加蟹肉立鳞金鲷鱼已经是常常餐厅会煮的菜式 但是加了 海鲜浓汤和新鲜拆出来的蟹肉 甜上加甜 甜味三重奏 好有特色厚烧玉子唔好以为系蛋糕 一点面粉也有没有 这是鸡蛋和鱼溶的混合品 可惜只得一片下次一定要再食这个omakase是我的特定厨师发板 如果想食就要 预先同师傅讲 订Philip 的 厨师发板 オ可以享受得到 一定带到你惊喜Today I am back to my dining hall for dinner. 订了两点,服务员说两点三前落单就冇问题。准时到达,服务员十大忙碌,5分钟后才可以落单,想叫自选十件寿司,服务员说等师傅代选因为有些鱼已经卖晒。好,冇问题。转头话已经冇晒寿司饭,今日好多单。一间寿司店在服务时间内冇饭但又接受订位,不知所谓,一点专业精神也没有。永远blacklistMade a reservation for 2pm, the waitress suggested that we need to order before 2:15pm.Arrived at 2pm, wanted to order the self-selected 10 pieces sushi. The waitress said that some of the fishes are sold out, may be we let the chef to choose for us. As the saying okay, then the waitress said there is no more sushi rice left, today is just too busy. What a lousy restaurant and non-professional establishment, don’t take any booking if you don’t have enough food to sell, wasted our time and effort to get there. Forever black listed. 继续阅读
