今日午餐想食好啲,天气又咁热,所以中午就去咗尖沙咀食日本菜。朋友推介依间餐厅话中午有Omakase,食材新鲜又唔太贵可以一试。朋友一早预订左吧枱,可以望住寿司师傅处理食材,寿司又可以看我们食嘅速度一件件上。我们两人都点左12件寿司嘅午餐,连前菜蒸蛋和甜品。12件寿司用料新鲜,但款式唔算特别,但以餐厅环境,服务质素和有厨师发板来说午餐并唔贵。其中最期待嘅拖罗,虽然充满油脂香又无筋,但我不太明白为何拖罗要切成三薄片,冇咗厚切嘅口感,有啲失色。可能我不理解师傅的用意🤔整体感觉唔错,环境舒服,但同价位有不少选择。

In search for a decent omakase place in TST and decided to give this place a try. I went with 12 pieces of sushi for $360. Also came with chawanmushi and dessert/coffee. On balance, good value for money considering it was an omakase lunch. Chef was courteous and professional. He must have washed his hands and towels at least half a dozen times which is not common in HK. Hats off to him !!!!! The sushi rice was a bit on the firm side and could use a bit more vinegar. 呢一个Omakase set真系好丰富由前菜到汤同水果都一丝不苟 师傅边准备食物边介绍食物嘅食法同来源地 令我唔会净系怒食而更了解每一道菜嘅味道大拖罗刺身系其中一个重头戏 由于佢冇雪过 所以食落完全冇筋 入口即溶而且好鲜味😍😝马粪海胆同样好出色 好鲜甜刺身同寿司仲有好多款 所有都系时令嘅海鲜 所以全部都好新鲜刺身有狮鱼 金目鲷 针鱼🐟寿司有车海老 春子鲷 鸟贝 醋青鱼寿司仲有北海道毛蟹寿司 上面加左啲蟹膏 食落去有阵扑鼻嘅香味🦀鹿儿岛和牛系另一个亮点 总共有三种食法😋分别系点面豉酱 炸蒜片 或者柚子胡椒食油分唔会太重 牛味几重 三种食法好有新鲜感 唔会食到好闷 不得不提最后嘅静冈蜜瓜👅🍈劲甜劲多汁 💓

午市前来尝试了一下15件的寿司套餐,一进门被幽静的装潢和光线吸引住了,但品尝寿司时,得出以下几点想法,不得不写下来和各位食客分享1. 寿司鱼肉太松散。师傅把所有的鱼片统一拿出 放在面板上,而不是做一件 拿一件,导致鱼和光线接触过多,温度过高,影响了本身的鲜美。鱼片本身也比较薄身。2. 寿司米粒不够饱满,不够粘稠,醋味也不明显,夹起来还发现了松散的米粒掉落在盘子上。3. 师傅的嗓门太大了,处理鱼生的速度太快,刀工细节不够精致。两个师傅要招呼六位客人,明显忙不过来。远处的客人离座时,师傅大声送客,震耳欲聋。整体环境挺不错,但味道令人失望,和前几天在对面楼吃的#sushi见#比,相差甚远。

午餐环境不错,坐在 Bar枱对着寿司师傅,背景是充足的阳光, 光洁的午餐环境 适合2位至4位朋友一聚。选择了最推介的 12件厨师发板寿司午餐, 价钱尚算合理 $350,连蒸蛋前菜,以及甜品。蒸蛋去上海带味道不错。厨师发板,看著他细心出品, 食材新鲜, 个人喜爱带子及海胆, 所以一食落口味道上已经食得出他是否好的出产货。还有加入咗柚子元素落去寿司米以及鱼生上,带出了不小惊喜,青新的味道整体用餐体验好, 不论厨师或是服务员态度都Goo:
