Dinner at Sushi Masa x Taiko!We had omakase dinner at Sushi Masa causeway bay, There are 3 different options for omakase and we had the set for 398 hkd. We had some highlighted dishes! first we got the steamed egg chawanmushi. The egg was well seasoned, and was a good starter to the meal! then we had hamachi and white fish sashimi! Both are umami flavor and definitely fresh sashimi! We then had cooked pork, which is savory and umami with the combination of meat and fats together. We then had abalone, handroll, and one of the highlight of the night the Uni ice cream! such a combination of creamy, umami, and ocean flavor along with the crispy cone, makes it the dish of the night! We also had the signature snowflakes foi gras tuna sushi, which was also amazing! the combination of flavor really makes for a great fusion of dish.They also had us with red bean matcha dessert!
