系2025.5.1假期，下午15:25至15:35期间，我哋系该店光顾，期间有一位老人家向收银员（金发年轻女员工）查询食物价格时，因老人家言语不通，及听不清楚收银员的答覆，遭到收银员怒目相对，还态度恶劣咁讲：车，佢都听唔清㗎啦，照收佢钱！认真讲句，今时今日香港啲服务态度差到咁，系咪唔想做生意？店负责人，请你谂下呢啲赶客员工想唔想留？我好少见到呢啲态度咁差嘅人，特别服务行业，依家香港环境咁差，大家都尽量以最好态度serve人，你惭愧吗？

今日下午入愉景湾揾人但未够钟， 加上今日早食午餐 ， 所以大约三点零钟就想揾少少嘢医吓个肚，见溜冰场附近有间外卖寿司店便入去八下有乜嘢食， 最后拣咗合泡菜素菜卷， 因见间舖头并非大型连锁店初时对食物都冇乜大期望， 之后试咗两旧觉得味道很好， 所以下次再有机会入愉景湾会再去试下佢其它寿司便当

Have been delighted every time! Their sushi is incredible and the staff are just lovely!I just wanna do a post dedicated to the sushi takeout place in the DB mall. It’s amazing! Sushi is so fresh and they use very soft and thick slices of salmon in the salmon sushi. The staff are really nice and helpful and it’s quite reasonably priced. So happy they have opened and have such a great location. So easy to grab a box and jump on a bus home. Almost too easy Do remember to bring your reusable boxes which they happily fill up for you so you save some plastic from going to landfill.Please do support the business during this challenging time.

If you wanna come to DB to enjoy a holiday and keep a good mood, NEVER come to this restaurant.As resident here, I witness its opening till now, the food is not bad tbh (as a take-away Japanese food level), but the service and cashiers are really terrible. The best description is that the 2 cashiers standing there always look like they should be on bereavement leave instead of coming to work, bad attitude and never got a friendly face (except there’s a cashier with tied-up short hair before, that girl was the only friendly staff but seems she’s no longer there already). The problem is, I think this store has changed their cashiers for a couple of times already but I wonder why almost every single cashier they hired is like that…either the restaurant is in bad luck or the cashiers are always treated badly by the store owner? I reli can’t figure out.The image and vibe of the restaurant are really bad, so back to the beginning, if you wanna chill out in DB and have a good mood here, better not to visit this restaurant, there are too many better choices here in DB.
