招牌菜
有时候下班在大埔吃饭都会选这一家~因为除了有煲仔饭,还有生滚粥或者粉面~通常一间店只会有一类食物比较强,但这里的粥粉面饭都很出色~今天吃了蒜蓉白鳝煲仔饭,白鳝算多,比起外边的煲仔饭店多~而且这里的煲仔饭会有饭焦,但又不会烤得太黑~喜欢饭焦的人如我,一定会觉得满意~之前也试过这里的粥,粥底绵滑好吃~而且粉面也不错,面底都是爽口弹牙的~不过,最近经过好像见到一些招租广告...大抵,疫情下也挨不下去了吧?最近接连两间很喜欢的餐厅消失了...真的令人很失落...

友人说有机会就要试下这粥店的炸两,因为佢D油炸鬼系少有嘅脆。有图有真相,咁佢个炸两入面嘅油炸鬼系脆嘅,不过只系脆脆地,OK啦。食炸两无理由干哽啦,于是叫咗一碗碎牛粥同一碗皮蛋瘦肉粥,正正常常啦,足料嘅。

Came to tai po and wanted to have some congee. As I have been craved for it and tai po has very few restaurants that served congee. So went there and have a try. This restaurant has almost no customers. Only 1-2 customers that time in the evening around 6pm.Ordered the congee, no good. The peanuts are overcooked. I got the congee with fish. The fish was a bit fishy, not fresh enough. Fresh fish is important for a good yummy fish congee. The congee is bad. Don’t come here. I will never come again!

这一家店在大埔已有20多年,店员也是老店员,帮衬左这里很久,特别喜欢他的牛腩河,牛腩非常爽,而且河粉质感也好好,配上一杯冻奶茶,可以系一个午餐,非常怀念他这里的夜粥。
