招牌菜
我对呢一闲铁板烧绝对赞不绝口,事因我本人唔会食生嘢,但系去到呢一间以为净系得铁板烧食嘅地方, 会有咁好食鱼生同sushi, 真系一个惊喜, 先讲鱼生, 因为本人有个 "玻璃肚" 所以唔会立乱食生嘢, 但朋友不停推介之下, 就姑且一试, 食后发觉徐咗卖相好之外, 肉质非常新鲜好味. 再讲sushi, 我对个梅味sushi roll就要推介比大家试下,因为唔系度度都有同咁好食。另外其他生熟sushi好鬼好食。最后要讲返铁板烧,我觉得我就算形容得几夸都无用,一定要你亲身去试,先知我唔系吹水。我最钟意晚饭时间去,提议大冢可以试试,菜式方面大可以放心,因为里面有个经理会介绍每晚最鲜最好食嘅𩠌菜,绝对满意。 (相片方面我下次试下影,因为我试食钟意快,唔想慢慢等影相。)

中午本来约好表姐去Spoil, 但 Fully Booked 既 Spoil, Spoiled our party. 度下度下. 就试一试高座. 从力宝中心行去 PP3, 基本上是由金钟铁路站最西既一个出口, 行去最东既一个出口. (From West End to East End), 表姐比我早到, 我一到, 便决定点下一个2人前铁板烧定食, 不用烦不用谂. 首先出现沙律, 日式沙律, 小小的几口菜. 酸酸地, 比较开胃. 之后, 便盛上两碟BBQ, 一碟是烧虾同三文鱼. 另一碟是烧和牛牛柳. 食物水准尚算不错, 烧三文鱼同虾非常之好. 面前, 有两个酱汁. 边食边点, 发觉不点酱汁更好. 牛柳粒. 带点 Juicy, 肉质虽未到入口能溶既境界. 但一样, 不点任何酱更好. 酱汁的味道其实好够. 边食, 边谈. 食完了吗?.....就是咁多吗?.......因为阿姐已开始问我们要不要咖啡..........我们未饱啊......之后, 叫我一个鱼生饭, 三色鱼生, 有海胆, 三文鱼碎 同鱼子. 食落非常新鲜, 不过只是鱼生饭不是我杯茶, 而且饭不够粒粒分明, 有点太粘了. 总结一下, 我们吃得最多的, 竟然是饭.味道够好....不过份量就唔多够好.

jan 22, 09,2人嚟lunch,叫咗牛柳铁板同鸡铁板餐 : 1) 沙律 x 2-正常 2) 鱼柳 x 2-够味,嫩滑 3) 带子-望落好似欠熟,但入口喺熟晒架㖞.........有鲜甜味-不错 4) 牛柳粒-相为1/2份-都腍,肉质分明 5) 鸡肉-相为1/2份-惹味,洋葱清甜 6) 面豉汤 x 2-正常 7) 餐饮/甜品i) 热咖啡-友人话ok啦 ii) 芝麻雪米糍-现成货 - 如果要嚟lunch,先订位稳阵d.........如果食铁板餐,更可以订埋铁板枱位 - 味道唔讲得话好好味,但以$13x嘅价$$$$食到铁板餐都颇抵食呢~~~

光顾左高座有一段时间,午市及晚市亦有来过.Lunch set都有多款选择,好抵食. 鱼生很新鲜, 铁板烧套餐份量刚好.以这样的价钱可以有咁好的水准都令我很满意.最主要系从来都未有令我失望. 通常都会book定位,因lunch time都非常爆满.推介午市的特色鱼生饭.晚上则可试铁板套餐,一定要试牛肉卷同鹅肝必食寿司:海胆,带子,三文鱼子,池鱼,

Sushi was one of my favorite but since we know our restaurant owner back in the US, it is hard for us to adjust to the high price sushi in HK. However, we found Gold Teppanyaki through our family friend and went there several times for lunch and dinner ever since and liked it more and more every time. We tried many times, lunch sets, sushi dinner and Tappanyaki, all were very good and solid. Service was attentive, and the owner was very informative and loves to chi chat, very friendly. The best lunch set was Uni, Salmon Roe and chopped tuna rice bowl, $130 with soup, snacks and dessert. Very good deal compare to Central prices. Also very fresh and delicious.Teppanyaki at night we had two dinner sets with my family of 4 and the portions were good and not too expensive for the quality of food that they give us. Sushi dinner was really fresh and the owner even taught us all about the fish and how to eat properly to get the best flavor...very educational! If you eat alone sometimes, sit at the sushi bar and you can have a good time with him. One side note was the smell, the ventilation was not etiquette for the size of the teppanyaki table. Our clothes always end up smelly when we leave no matter where we sit. So wear washable clothing. Private room and special order is available so make sure you ask when you make reservation. Reservation is also recommended for lunch and dinner. Small place so fill up quickly.Overall, this will become our go to place for down to earth good sushi!
