平时晚饭时段经过,经常很多人排队,今天专程在六点前去试吃下午茶,果然明白为何常有长龙。喜欢星马食品的朋友都知道一般都味道比较香浓,例如叻沙、巴东牛肉。下午茶平均$50以下,非常抵食,因为份量简直可以是一个正餐。我是大概5:30pm去,所以那下午茶便成为了我的晚餐,好足份量,食完根本之後吃不下晚饭或宵夜。下午茶餐牌有很多选择,这几张相是十二月底的,好像一月已改了,最近去又改了,所以把这张与大家分享可以同现在的比较一下,最重要的是价钱没变😊午餐多些选择,价钱因是正餐会贵少少,可能份量也会多些吧。烧鸡配碟豆花椰浆饭下午茶餐 $48 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️现在价钱仍一样,已由碟豆花椰酱饭改为普通白饭了🙁份量一样都依然大碟,而且烧鸡肶好大只,重点是鸡皮好香脆👍😊 $48还包饮品,又大份又好味,真系抵。海南鸡饭下午茶餐 海南鸡饭下午茶餐$42⭐️⭐️⭐️海南鸡够滑,有齐姜蓉、辣酱、豉油膏。饭像是普通白饭,不是一般 海南鸡饭的油饭。班兰咖央多士 (追加 $18)⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️班兰酱看上去也不算少,但班兰味道不算太出,幸好我好喜欢牛油,还是食得好满足好开心🥳餐饮: 热咸柑桔水⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️有个小青柠,还有一些似韩式柚子蜜茶的渣在杯底。总结:喜欢浓味的东南亚口味的朋友会喜欢,下午茶份量绝无欺场,$50有找。 继续阅读

今日和T行经西湾河,谂住食个快饭快D返屋企,在马六门口见到个Menu有颇多选择,颇为吸引,价钱也很实惠,一於就呢间啦。细看Menu, 原来还有一个马六自由选非常吸引,$88/一人, 包小食,主食和饮品,我和T拣左2个套餐一齐share咸蛋黄鱼皮~松脆而带咸蛋黄的咸香,不错。灼通菜(参峇酱)~今次没有拣马拉盏而改参峇酱,参答峇酱是由十多款香料混合炒成,有少许辛辣和十分惹味,好正呀!巴东牛肉拌掺掺~巴东牛肉独特的味道来自以印尼香料和椰浆慢煮而成,牛肉肉质软腍,微辣而带椰香,好味!掺掺面即是油面沟米粉,加埋巴东酱非常滋味。巴生肉骨茶汤米粉~肉骨茶味道不算浓,反而清清地无咁腻。食埋两大条排骨和豆卜已经好饱。红枣桂圆枸杞茶~红枣横切成一片片,和桂圆枸杞一拼焗茶感觉好滋润养颜。马来手工拉茶~奶味,茶味,滑滑的恰到好处,正! 继续阅读

西湾河大家都会谂起太安楼, 呢度最出名仔多嘢食。 向住鲤景湾嗰边, 有几间特色食肆。 今日朋友带咗我试试 马六, 佢仲特登约我六点钟之前, 试下呢度超抵食嘅下午茶。睇下个餐牌真系超抵食,大部分套餐都系50蚊以下, 仲可以加少少钱 配沙冰 或者特饮。😍😍😍😍😍我哋拣咗以下呢几样嘢食, 食物分量畀我哋预期中多😚😚😚新加坡喇沙掺掺🍜🌶🍋🦐汤底充满浓浓嘅椰汁 同埋香料味, 记得加埋青柠个汤底就会更加鲜味。 喜欢马来西亚 菜嘅朋友都会知道, 掺掺即系米粉+油面, 真系好锺意呢个咁特别嘅口感。马六无骨海南鸡饭🐥🍚🥒油饭爽口 够咸香, 虽然系下午茶,海南鸡分量也不少, 鸡肉嫩滑, 跟餐酱料亦都跟足传统, 有齐晒姜蓉+辣酱+豉油膏, 真系好味。沙巴烧鸡古法秘酱捞掺掺🍗🌶沙巴烧鸡腌得入味, 外皮炸得香脆脆, 再配埋花生小鱼乾 同埋秘制酱料, 非常惹味。另外 加几蚊就可以 饮🍧椰汁冰,🍹鲜柚子沙冰, 卖相好靓,而且啲沙冰打得好滑。呢餐只系食咗百几蚊, 真系非常超值。 继续阅读

西湾河太安楼一向被誉为「小士林」,但除了扫街,太安楼其实亦藏有许多特色堂食店。就好似今次帮衬嘅「马六」,一看店名就知道是间主打马六甲海峡美食的餐厅。品牌开业超过一年,走平民路线,加上唔系开喺大街大巷,好明显是主打街坊生意。店舖门面很光鲜,装修带点异国风情,像用上星马菜馆常见的蓝绿色调,再加上一室木系台凳及仿古灯饰等,环境很不错。本来打算来吃午饭,不过由於来到时已经过了午市时间,所以就决定改吃下午茶套餐。选了一客马六无骨海南鸡饭 ($42),一碗喇沙掺掺,另外再加左三款小食。海南鸡饭分量不大,不过上桌时还附有三色酱,制作毫不马虎。先吃饭面的鸡件,肉质非常爽滑,嫩身得来又充满弹性。鸡饭同样叫人眼前一亮,鸡饭用左香料提炼过的鸡油烹调,入口香而不腻。至於碗新加坡鱼片喇沙掺掺 ($42) 口味亦非常地道,汤底金黄味美,远远便飘来阵阵香味,咖喱及椰奶配合得恰到好处,而且最难得的是多喝几口,也不觉油腻。配料方面,有鱼蛋、鱼片、豆卜、芽菜同溏心蛋,加上槟城风味的「掺掺」,即油面跟米线混合,惹味十足。娘惹洋葱萝卜饼 ($12):萝卜饼炸得好香口,外表金黄酥脆,缕缕的洋葱丝和萝卜丝分明可见,食落咸香爽口,完全系味觉嘅享受!南洋咖央多士 ($18):多士有三款口味,可以喺蛋黄、班兰或榴槤中,任择其一。今次拣左班兰味,碟多士卖相很吸引,面包切得小巧精致,中间夹左厚切牛油同班兰咖央,而且更有飞边,刀工不俗。咖央酱唔太杰身,质感颇香软,入口不会过甜,班兰味虽然唔算好浓,不过配上牛油嘅咸香,味道自然,亦令人一口接一口。新加坡咸蛋黄鸡翼 ($46):见餐牌写住呢款系季节限定,所以特意拣嚟试下。一份有 3 只,虽然用上鸡全翼,吃起来不算太方便,但入口香气十足,加上面头铺左点点咸蛋黄碎,吃起来咸咸香香, 惹味非常,咸蛋黄控必点!套餐附有饮品,我哋点左马来手工拉茶同桔仔柠檬茶,手工拉茶味道唔错,入口带浓郁炼奶香,风味独特;而桔仔柠檬茶甜酸味亦恰好,入口带淡淡橘香。总括来说,菜式好味又正宗,加上餐厅嘅店员非常有礼,态度很友善,可以用一餐下午茶时间暂时「离开」香港,实在是一个不错的体验。 继续阅读

I was craving Laksa and happened to drop by Sai Wan Ho so came visit this restaurant for lunch. We managed to get a 4-person cart seats with windows even during lunch hours.There was no service charge while you could top up your drinks and set by adding a snack.As I craved Laksa I ordered this 新加坡喇沙掺掺 at a price of $68. It had really delicious soup which wasn’t too spicy and of the right degree of spiciness. The fish balls and deep fried fish balls were chewy and tasty too. There were three pieces of shrimps. The noodles themselves were quite good too, with two types one being yellow ramen and another being thin white noodles. The yellow ramen was quite al dente. The half boiled egg was ok too. Very interesting that there were two very small clams in the soup. Overall it was delicious!My lunch partner chose this 槟城传统老鼠粉 at the same price of $68 which was served on a small hot clay pot. The silver needle noodles were a bit al dente which I liked. There was some added crispiness by the small dried fish, small dried shrimps and peanuts. I found it pretty reasonable with just a few sips. We shared a snack of 马来街头鸡肉串烧 at $22. It was also very delicious with yummy satay sauce. The chicken meat was quite tender. Yummy!We didn't top up our drinks which were 桔仔柠檬水&马来手工拉茶. They were normal. It was very efficient that we finished everything in 30 min including ordering, serving and eating. The overall quality of the food was quite good. A choice to consider when you crave Malaysian cuisine. I think I will come back some day. 继续阅读
