记得上年圣诞前系公司都有圣诞party，又有交换礼物同抽奖咁，食物方面就叫寿司pizza等。今年太多人放假外出旅行，所以冬至前一日出左去食lunch庆祝下。去左公司附近食日本料理，呢间好难book位，之前想嚟食次次都话full booking，今次终于book到，俾左个房间位置我地，唔会好似大厅𠮶边咁嘈，可以自己倾下计都唔错。前菜有渍物加沙律，好香醋味，不过我都系唔敢食生冷野所以俾左同事食，佢话个沙律都好新鲜而且菜切得细件，容易食。蒸蛋，蛋好滑，配上萝卜丝增加口感，正呀。吉列日本猪扒套餐唔食得刺身，叫左份吉列猪扒，外脆内软，唔油腻又松软，配啲酱同芥末酱好开胃，食晒成碗饭呀。下次我地会再嚟㗎。

偏贵not value for money. service okay. 环境亦正常舒服。但味道不甚特出，then I would question why my set lunch would cost more than $400?! 加埋 10% service charge 成$500....... 但，像我叫的鱼生刺身饭，这样的 quality , 中环与causeway bay 大量高级日本餐厅不用$300就有 set lunch ，为什么这儿比 market price 高？？？ why ???

In today's working environment, escape from the daily hustle seems like a near impossibility. Not only are we swamped with enless tasks and back-to-back deadlines, but in the age of mobile devices, getting away from work to enjoy a nice break almost seems laughable.But just when you thought that the notion of a little escape is out of reach, enter Fuku by Nishimura. When it comes to a nice place to have a quiet lunch, this place is an absolute gem.Nustled in a tiny corner of Admiralty, this place is an oasis right from the moment you enter the shop. The whole restaurant is nicely decorated, but most importantly the layout is effectively spaced and compartmentalized to facilitate quiet conversation.Furthermore, we were seated in a large booth, offering maximum comfort and privacy - first class dining if there ever was such a thing. (But do make sure that you book well in advance)The avaliable food selection was adequate and we ended settling on the Tuna Rice and Assorted Sushi lunch sets.The sushi set was well portioned and would definitely keep you full for the afternoon slog, especially with the udon. Sure, the seafood was fresh and there was sufficient variety, but aside from this, the meal didn't really stand out. For example, there were no items that demonstrated extraordinary flair or creativity, which is what you would expect to come with the price premium.Things took a turn for the better however, with the arrival of the tuna don. The dish was beautifully presented with fat juicy slices of fish laid out on the fluffy serving of rice. Simplicity at it's finest, the freshness of the dish really came through.The bill, at alomost $400 per head, was not cheap, but given that Fuku by Nishimura offers one of the best place for a quiet escape, I'd say the price premium was well worth itTopped of with choice of dessert or drinks our meal was made complete with a nice chat over coffee, in this mini oasis.

难得食餐好，庆祝一下公司同事生日，结果小妹失望而回！日小妹当日叫左日式和牛套餐，加埋$400有找(少少)前菜系一早整好，放晒系一张枱仔上面🤯🤯🤯当你一落完单，佢由系你身后将枱仔拎出黎😵(又话系高级餐厅黎嘅😖)言归正传，前菜系沙律同萝卜丝渍物，沙律好普通，普通到放题沙律一样！ 反而萝卜丝渍物比较吸引，酸酸甜甜，几开胃！ 蒸蛋卖相就正常好多，似返高级餐厅，不过材料普通，想揾大粒d蟹柳都无🙄日式和牛套装到！同小妹想像嘅有好大出入🤦🏻♀️小妹以为系一块块和牛烧好咁，而唔系吉__家牛肉饭咁😭😭😭算！！！照食可也，味道系似吉__家，只系多左洋葱，同埋牛肉唔同左，一间系肥牛，一间系「和牛」和牛只可以话系无筋，亦因为薄切关系，所以已经煮到好淋，不过就唔系入口即融👋🏻做得出色嘅，反而系配菜，腌萝白，好脆好爽口👍🏻牛蒡相当淋身，而且入味👍🏻面豉汤🥣非常淡味👎🏻最后甜品，蓝莓啫喱布丁！呢个甜品系另一败笔！原粒蓝莓味道超酸，啫喱淡而无味，只有布丁有少少奶味👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻或者小妹真系期望太大，不过$400一个set lunch，小妹觉得餐厅绝对可以做得更好啰！

Fuku by Nishimura has affordable and high quality lunch sets on weekends with great services. Quality of services is not of high end but the enthusiasm and efforts are still noticeable. Quality of food, presentation of the lunch sets and value of the choices are reasonable that I would be happy to revisit with families in the future. Parking could be inconvenient though nothing immediately nearby.
