呢日久违约咗朋友,预咗要花比较长嘅时候追update,就揾咗呢间好chill嘅cafe谂住慢慢坐去到门口咋一睇以为好少位,一问先知原来佢哋有两层,上面𠮶层唔驶人来人往被人望住晒,我哋𠮶日都系任坐唔嬲,无被人赶,系悠悠闲嘅weekend vibecafe主打bagels, 另外都有all day breakfast同少量意粉。本身去之前饿饿哋 有啲心动想食all day breakfast, 但后来都系决定由招牌试起,叫咗个烟三文鱼手工贝果menu有写明贝果选用油浸蕃茄口味,配上柠檬忌廉芝士,确实一上枱就觉得个bagel红红哋,食到搽咗creamcheese系特别香,但柠檬味就食唔出。除咗三文鱼外,bagel入边都夹咗新鲜蕃茄,所以食唔出个包本身到底有无蕃茄味😂 但overall好食嘅,会encore ❤️另外叫咗杯matcha latte,唔会太甜几好味,无伏本身想食埋甜品,但觉得个松饼太贵唔值,end up 选择转场食其他

文青爱逛深水埗,不知道现在还是不是一个潮流,但这里的咖啡店真的不少,和我年轻时代兴起的楼上咖啡店不同,现在的文青咖啡店讲求的不是有不同的玩乐设施,反而营造一个宁静的环境,放空自己,果然是有年龄层的分别。这一家顺流咖啡一入门口,最吸引我的是传统印有店家名字的锌铁闸,内里偏向清水混凝土的色调,同样深得我心。这里的咖啡豆选择当然不少,但我看起来比较多来自非洲的,其中的肯亚咖啡豆以水洗处理过,本身的果香和花香也能更好地挥发出来,当然也有一些果酸,所以配以鲜奶制作成Dirty就完全没有问题。这里也提供不少的主食,例如是全日早餐以及意粉类,但还是不太肚饿的情况下,吃了它的芝士蛋糕,芝士味香浓,口感也算顺滑,中间的吉士令味道和口感层次多一点复杂,作为享受早上的宁静一刻,也算不错。Sham Shui Po remains a popular haunt for Hong Kong’s artsy crowd, drawn by its thriving café culture that contrasts with the earlier generation’s gaming-oriented upstairs coffee shops. 3 Mixed 「三沟」$57启发于香港传统的 「三沟」,指生菜、鱼肉、碗仔翅。而间咖啡店咖啡、鲜奶、抹茶沟埋一齐😂。底部为抺茶、中间为牛奶,上层是咖啡。将三者捞埋一起喝,抺茶味不重,咖啡味也不浓,三者味道夹得几好。 热松饼 🧇$140热松饼即叫即整。配上云呢拿雪糕、莓果、生果等。饼本身是冇味,所以每一口配上佐料才好味。但每一口冷热交融,加上生果,味道丰富。份量二人份。咖啡店有2层,底层主要是厨房同收银,还有少量座位,上层枱大约5-6张,装饰是怀旧80、90年代。
