好老实讲,哩间粥档系我食过至尊难食嘅粥档,佢喺柴湾渔湾熟食中心,本来食开另一间,但今日休息,所以至去帮衬。嗌个鱼腩滑牛粥加个萝卜糕,粥料已经不知所谓,𢳂起啲所谓鱼腩,件件近乎鱼片的薄,又无乜鱼味。最衰就系𠮶啲啲所谓滑牛,系一粒粒嘅,全部碎湿湿,滑牛?食入口系嚡牛,最难顶仲一阵噏味,完全唔新闻,心里面已经讲咗粗口......而个粥底就水𠮩𠮩,成碗粥劲难食,最后食哂啲鱼片...sorry!好似系叫鱼腩...碗粥就食咗三份一,啲碎牛食咗三粒,就真系食唔落去,埋单走人,食完仲觉得个人感到闷闷的,周身唔聚财! 奉劝附近街坊真系请勿帮衬!!!#因为速逃而无影相🙏 继续阅读

平时上这个熟食中心,多数上了楼梯转右。今次因为想避开人群,走来左边看看,原来有另一粥店。因为阿嫲的牙不好,叫了碎牛粥炸両及咸肉糭share食。此店标榜生滚粥,感觉上粥底比较「杰」,碎牛肉也很多,生滚粥的质地好像真的有点不同,而因此等候的时间也长一点点。虽然这里有很多自创的特色肠粉(如梅菜肠粉、时菜肠粉和凉瓜肠粉等等,但我点了传统正常的炸両。炸両也出色,油炸鬼还是微脆的。而咸肉糭也不错,豆和糯米的比例几好。由于这粥店的对面是茶餐厅格局的另一档食店,店员怕会阻碍对面食档,常常会把「坐错」位的顾客叫回来,很有趣。 继续阅读

总觉得在街市或市政大厦里会藏著一些又好吃又便宜的传统风味,这里就是其中一个例子,它在港岛线另一个比较低调的尾站柴湾的一个街市大厦内,颇企理的,吃的都是旧式粥品和肠粉,总比现在市面泛滥的实在得多。新鲜牛丸粥 ($23)这种牛丸差不多在记忆中消失,幸好现在还给我吃到,重遇这种口感绵得来又带点点弹牙的感觉,牛肉颇新鲜,粥底也算绵,不像是沟粉的。凉瓜炒蛋肠粉 ($19)凉瓜炒蛋做肠粉真的没想过更没吃过,想像都知是不错的组合吧,还要是凉瓜炒蛋像我这么麻甩。炒蛋不老,凉瓜虽不是季节但也不苦。值得一提是那块肠粉皮,传统的应是这样实在的白色,是米浆味的。皮蛋咸瘦肉粥 ($16)例牌的一款,也都试试,都是同一个粥底,咸瘦肉咸度适中,皮蛋质素也可,清清的也很满足了。是日消费: $29 (午餐)地址: 柴湾渔湾邨渔湾街市大厦1楼1号档Rate: @@@@Food: @@@½Ambiance: @@@Service: @@@½ Price: $ 继续阅读

There are two congee shops within this Cooked Food Centre in Chai Wan. 顺利粥品 is the more famous of the two, although both shops are unique in their own sense. Their congee here will beat 90% of famous shops out there including over-hyped places like Sang Kee or Mui Kee, at least the white congee base here doesn’t use too much pork bones, seasoning or MSG. A congee should be able to taste the rice itself.. Most Congee Shops in Hong Kong carry a Sponge-like Cake - This is traditional from Cantonese influence.. The Menu is mainly Chinese I believe - You can always order first as really can’t go wrong, then translate it afterwards. At least the prices are so reasonable. . 凉瓜蛋炒肠粉 – Bittermelon and Scrambled Eggs Cheung Fan $15The skin was smooth and translucent thin, the inside filling was aplenty and all tasted natural without MSG traces. This was better than my last 2 times here in fact… ~ 9/10.皮蛋瘦肉粥 Century Year Old Eggs with Salted Pork Congee - $16This also improved. Now it is pure rice flavour and no MSG, and the texture was silken soft, but without using artificial starch to thicken it. Very satisfying and as said better than many super famous shops. 在柴湾工作,啱啱落完雨,天气冻左好多,放工啦啦声揾地方食返个靓早餐,早前朋友提到有间粥店几好食,一行二人就黎到食啦坐抵,叫左个猪肚粥(22)再加个滑肉肠(16)。过左冇耐就黎左,先食个肠粉,略觉得皮太厚,感觉一般,之后个粥有惊喜,粥够结,唔水,猪肚料够多,大约成碗粥有1/3都系猪肚,猪肚有咬口又唔会太硬,好评!!会返头再食,哈哈 继续阅读
