招牌菜
今日本来谂住去韩国街行下,顺便去个度食野,点知星期日,好多店都唔开,得一间卖韩国杂货店开,于是谂住走个阵,就见到呢个韩妈妈餐厅有开,于是就入去试下,唔洗等位,因为入面冇人=..="内有电视可供食客观看,但,电视节目是韩国节目来的,RunningMan、K-POP STAR之类。餐前小吃,泡菜,偏小辣,辣道适中。呢个系细既甜年糕三色刨冰,满有特色,值得一试,但略厌料不太足够,吃到差不多,只剩冰。呢个系A餐,$48,附送一杯热饮,转冻饮要+$5。味道一般,尚可入口,我朋友说有少许怪味。S餐,餐牌上特别推介,试过后,觉得跟一般其他餐厅所吃到的一样,肉质不错,入味,但略厌汁不够多。辣年糕炒辛辣面,虽然$130,但这个比起A及S餐,美味得多,上菜的时候,店员跟我们说,要趁热吃,热吃较美味,因为冷了,就会比较"结",相比之下,还是趁热吃较好。韩色酱足够且美味,辣中带少甜,面又不会太"林",年糕有咬口,正!!!

I went in, hoping for a reasonably priced, delciious Korean meal. I didn't recieve one.I ordered bibimbap without meat, and the waiter didn't seem to know what I meant. The waiter brought me my utensils and kimchi. Most korean restaurants serve more than one banchan, from my knowledge of Korean restaurants.The kimchi was okay, a little more spicy than sour or sweet.Then came my bibimbap. It was very small, and the egg covered the whole thing. I mixed it all up and took a big bite. The gochujang, red pepper paste, didn't taste like I know gochujang should. It was too sweet, definitely not spicy enough at all. The vegetables didn't taste fresh, everything was a little soggy. It was just not good. I wasn't able to eat even half of it before I asked for my check.So for me, it wasn't good.

突然好想吃泡菜炒饭,我就行去韩国街求其食一间,就见到韩妈妈,店内无人客,可能过了午饭时间,店内环境不大,店员有一大三细,怀疑是一家人,因为样子有些相似,我见到泡菜炒饭(二人份量),但要$110,但又见唔到有一人吃价钱,唯有转食其他,韩式炸酱饭,不咸不甜,无厘味道,饭够软,岩食软饭的我,附送泡菜一小碟,热红枣茶,不太甜。

下午茶时段饿饿地, 途经天文台道, 间韩妈妈开左好耐但一直未有机会光顾,舖仔细细, d枱摆得好埋, 我见侍应出入都比较辛苦, 有几张枱仔咁。有一半是上楼cafe路线, 但有d韩式口味既茶如柚子茶, 五味子茶等.韩式食物当中都是较为普通o既食野, 例如粉丝, 猪牛鸡配饭, 牛肋骨, 辛辣面, 种类不是太多, 当然, 我也不会expect cafe有好多韩国菜式.现场有两张负责厨房, 是廿零后生仔 + 后生女, 2/3个侍应招呼客人, 个样真系好细个o既小妹妹, 细到甚至怀疑....够16岁法定年龄工作未 呢d阵势更加觉得似旺角果d楼上cafe, 冇咩期望.... 呢间cafe乜唔系韩国人开架咩叫左一个lunch set , 炒粉丝($48) + $15一杯cappuccino.(原价$28) 先黎咖啡, 味道都不错, d泡打得几好, 只可惜系个杯太细........................再黎牛肉炒纷丝, ee 点解个底咁多饭既 拎个餐牌望多次, 原来系有写炒粉丝 (配饭) , 哇真系估你唔到!!! 粉丝唔系𩠌/肉类, 点会配饭架!!! d味道完全唔match, 粉丝果得几条牛肉同菜散修修, 正常人食碟头饭通常系𩠌/汁捞饭一齐咁食先惹味, 唔可能系粉丝捞饭咁食啦~~ 两者都系淀粉质。成碟占左6成系饭, 1成菜加肉, 3成系粉丝刚刚好舖住面将d饭遮到实一实, 阴阴湿湿咁, 所以俾佢张图呃左。令人觉得想减低成本所以放咁多饭, $48 有大半碟系饭...................粉丝得几条, 其实粉丝炒得几好味, 又干爽又弹口 (但弹口系韩式粉丝特性, 我平时自己炒果d都弹口) d饭仲要唔系珍珠米, 真系嬲嬲地 不会再来$48 我去附近果d韩国餐厅, 可以食到多用料充足既野

8月26日, 今日行开尖沙咀呢条韩国街~ 无理由唔揾番间韩国野食下架… 不过间间好似好正宗嘅韩菜馆门口都超多人! 我地唯有拣呢间好似café格局嘅韩妈妈试下, 呢度虽然唔洗等位, 但都几满客.::: 韩式牛肉炒粉丝 + 冻柚子蜜 ::: $58 + $5恨咗食韩国粉丝一排… 呢个粉丝味道都算唔错, 不过份量就认真少! 基本上就好似人地茶餐厅廿零蚊一个嘅下午茶炒粉面份量, 牛肉只系得d碎碎, 配菜都系散修修… 粉丝质地够弹牙, 味道ok, 但真系完全唔饱啰!冻柚子蜜超多冰, 柚子蜜亦唔算多, ok啦真系好似屋企冲出咁…::: 韩式牛肋骨饭 + 冻柚子蜜 ::: $63 + $5其实即系牛仔骨饭, 味道都算ok嘅, 炆过嘅牛仔骨好入味, 𠮶d配料如萝卜, 白萝卜咁都好够味, 但系就完全冇汁, 以致个饭好干好淡, 感觉有屋企饭嘅感觉, 唔怪之得叫韩妈妈, 但系份量真系唔太够…呢度台与台之间相距甚窄, 除咗近门口有d梳化位之外, 入面d位都唔系坐得好舒服. 服务方面态度算系唔错, 不过效率欠奉, 等食时间颇长… 重点系, 唔饱丫嘛! 有乜理由已经系叫餐但都唔饱先
