the very first time i came here was when it first opened in cwb. i remember the grill beef was fantastic and same with ox tongue. the 未來栗米is so sweet, which is almost like eating sweets...i decided to come here again with a friend for his 未來栗米.disappointed, 未來栗米not in season, so when we looked at the menu... the variety seem to be reduced. eating at the bar table, all i could hear is complians and complians from customers to waitors and to the chef. VIP? was around so they had to cook those first.the food arrived unexpectedly late, and over burnt. grill sweet corn was so dry, grill chicken skin was not crispy...conflicts between manager/chefs/waitors are so obvious. 继续阅读

因為表弟好介紹,今晚同朋友試試, 果然高水準! sushi新鮮到不得了,海膽同toro必食佳品,另外串燒非常出色,推介燒雞皮,外脆內軟不油膩,全港做得最好!(我是雞皮專家,請相信我!),燒晴魚都相當唔錯,仲有燒飯團,好有日本水準,成晚食得好滿足! 继续阅读

我都好同意幾位既講法,尤其好唔中意0個個著黑衫既女人(唔知係經理定部長級),凈係識得招呼個D熟客,對住我地呢D生面口既就愛理不理咁.佢地應該明白無生(客)又何來熟(客)呢?希望佢可以改善下D態度啦. 继续阅读

記得當雪村剛開始時候, 覺得幾好, 去過又一城店兩次, 兩次都幾滿足, 昨晚第一次去銅鑼灣店, 都有D失望....四個人要坐吧抬, 成晚都好難講度野, 其實佢地一D都唔多人, 我地食左一陣, 已經開始越黎越少人, 三人以上絕不可以坐吧抬, 我應該要求轉抬..可能上星期食過尖沙咀間一遊, 打開MENU好似比較下冇乜野食, 點左支豆, 鹽清squid, 雞翼, 雞脾肉, 雞肝, 生蠔, 牛利, 冷udo, 烤飯團(梅)....生蠔比起以前係又一城店食差好遠, 細隻好多, 我個Friend食完就叫我地唔好再叫, 因為唔係咁得, 所以大家都冇再叫...雞翼---好瘦....好似我隻手指公咁...雞脾肉, 雞肝, 牛利...OK..少少唔夠味要自己加鹽...最好食係個烤飯團(梅), 幾特別, 如果可以用真梅就仲好....成晚好悶, 同D waiter係零交流, 冇Suggestion, 冇多謝...Service真係一D都唔warm...同又一城店比, 這間人同食物好似都差少少... 继续阅读

如果不是中午先去了「德」幾乎以為食神已經棄我而去。同行友人前兩天試了「日本一」,但回來並沒有讚不絕口,只說那天實在太混亂,無法試真,恰該那天我有事,未能相伴,據說會再有一條青森大間金槍魚1月8日來到,他就順手訂下約會。自從在日本吃過青森大間的鮪,念念不忘,其他產地諸如沖繩奄美大島的也只覺不外如是。青森大間的鮪,不一定很肥美,但有一種入口難忘的香氣,沒齒難忘。但是這一頓實在頗失望,新鮮是新鮮,一層油泛在魚肉上,中拖羅入口,只覺普通;大拖羅入口,就明顯和中拖羅有分別,甜味是吞下後才湧現的,只是... 完全沒有青森大間那種特有的香氣,就像一條普通的天然黑鮪。這麼說,$120一片Otoro是overprice了(前天的日本一是$150)。一而又再,再而三和店員確認,的而且確是一條大間鮪,那只能說,這頓和食神無緣。吃完鮪再吃其他魚生反正也是無味,索性叫了燒鵝肝食,確認食神並沒有真的棄我而去。外焦內生,配燒得脆脆的飯。Yummy~~Yummy~~!!!一壞一好打個平。埋單,再上某店吃第三頓的壽司,每件拖羅只是$45。 继续阅读
