Dinner. Seated in the main dining room. Funky decor. Originally ordered the $800 pp menu with the 方利 but server fked up. Given the $600 pp menu instead. Here’s what we had.凉拌莴笋•手拍青瓜酥炸鱼仔- very crispy 话梅醉虾金银蒜蒸圣子- very juicy原鼎黑蒜姫虫茸炖老鸡- excellent in this cooler weather. Pity we only picked at the 汤渣普宁豆酱蒸黄花鱼- surprisingly good. Was expecting a lot of tiny small bones, but was actually ok. Meat was tender and not too soft. Chef noted that the fish were 野生.红葱头油鸡- loved the spring onions. Asked for rice to mix.生炒骨- one of the best I’ve tried. Crunchy but not floury at all.花雕蛋白蒸肉蟹- I didn’t eat crab but the egg was very fragrant.虫草花菜苗- that was a disappointment. Very hard.咸肉炒菜饭- good, but too full to finish. Tried few spoonfuls and packed the rest.万寿果炖雪耳In summary: skilled chef. Would def return but would ask for the private room.

有朋自远方来,紧系要去揾好西食啦!有人提议去食私房菜,左揾右揾,最后选择呢间。环境几好,够舒服,慢慢食,边食边倾下近况!唔会比人赶,服务贴心,不时会帮我地换下碟。今晚菜式有胡椒蟹,啱哂我地个蟹后,个蚶约大只,仲有我最喜欢既东风螺、「C含」(haha...唔识点写)、水煮鸡......其余仲有葱油蒸斑🐟、宫葆大虾🍤球、江南四并👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻、炒伊面⋯⋯仲有唔记得咩名汤,有人生日冇买蛋糕🎂,就order左寿包。个个都棒住个肚走呀

时常外出找中式私房菜,试过很多很多间,工厂大厦,茶餐厅,唐楼,写字楼,老实讲得一两个是合格的,基本上都是没什么装修衞生要求,但这一家确是超班的,因为食物质素,味道,上菜摆碟,招呼,装修,碗筷都令人觉得超值,我由每位500至1000都试过,都没有失望过,听闲仟多至二仟几都有,统好过出去吃差、,可是却吃到一肚子气,这里基本上是吃淮阳菜的,供应的是多款美味鲜海鱼,差不多每月都吃一次,每次订枱留言,也可以转食新款式,这家餐馆要支持
