喺呢间旧式面包店,空气入面充满咗新鲜出炉面包嘅香味,令人忍唔住想入去试吓。店内嘅面包软熟可口,每一口都有淡淡奶香同微微甜味。呢度嘅手工面包保持住传统做法,外皮微脆,内里松软,真系令人回味无穷。每次嚟到呢度,好似返到童年,享受住𠮶份简单却珍贵嘅美味。

As a huge supporter of this local bakery for years, I was pretty let down by the twice times price raise in two months decision. Price were raised twice within two months while couple bakeries in north point have been closed down, in no other options I ended visiting other bakeries and go less often. Loaf wheat bread now: HKD15Sesame bun: HKD6Pineapple bun: HKD6All cookies in the shelf: HKD7Cookies in bag: HKD35I was missing a lot the old traditional chocolate butter cookies today. Once after work, I decided to treat myself. I bought two different chocolate butter cookies costs HKD 7 each. Both cookies were very delicious just like the old days. Crunchy and buttery. Chocolate wasn't as sweet but very chocolaty. Walnut one was topped with toasted walnut in both upper and lower side. A very satiating snacks.

个人认为冇食市十全十美,最重要系识得拣好嘅去食。 要拣就食菠萝包、忌廉椰丝包、猪仔包、肠仔包、鸡尾包和瑞士卷 (排名有分先后)菠萝包系小时吃的包味,松软香滑,橙色菠萝皮脆而不散亦不过甜,唯一系个包好软熟所以好容易徧。一日几段时间出炉,要吃热洪洪的包,祝君好运!忌廉椰丝包,如上,有面包香、软熟、香滑奶油🤣不太甜不太腻,相比连锁麭店个种食工业海棉的人造弹引口感,简直系天堂与地狱分别。加多一句!这才是香港饮食文化!以上都是我K1至小六的早餐😂 ,感恩能寻找25年前的味道。

今朝去北角返工,久不久都会过北角,想去啲街坊铺买面包食做早餐,见呢间食评唔错就走入去买,点知见到好多包都系塌哂扁哂。最后买咗1个红豆包同1个合桃酥。红豆包扁咗,冇哂口感,可幸嘅系味道正常,不过都觉得红豆包都几难唔好食。至于个合桃酥,竟然系淋嘅,好似摆咗好耐咁,唯1好处系佢有半粒合桃喺中间同味道正常,唔会太甜。头先讲话啲包扁哂塌哂,都好可能系摆咗好耐,摆过夜。唔明点解咁多赞,同埋小铺都未必间间有心有诚意,呢间冇下次。
