陈根记以前去得多, 但自从2018年5月19日之后就冇再去过. 或者就将以前某几次的相放哂系到留个记录吧wasabi手掷鸡必食, 但我建议自己整LOL 因为试过整其实唔难, 仲可以用哂鸡比肉, 同落无穷wasabi或蟹籽, 出面的份量总唔够喉 至于椒盐濑尿虾, 都系出去食好D, 虽然而家好多网卖海鲜系超新鲜, 而且价钱抵过出去食超多, 不过炸野同椒盐有D麻烦, 有D钱依然系要比人赚的而且出面够镬气, 呢类小炒好野味, 始终屋企唔易整到个种感觉 肉嫩到离奇, 一定系落左松肉粉个类LOL就这样记录下, 唔觉系特登避开冇再去的, 但可能心底的阴影又唔系咁易发觉, 回望一下先知原来唔系咁想重回旧地

Was in sha tin already, so coming here was not too difficult. It’s hard for me to say if one really should take a special trip out here, since the food here isn’t, like, completely unavailable in the downtown area. However, the atmosphere here is really great, and I think if you’re already out here, it’s totally worth it to comeI tried the wasabi chicken salad, which was really excellent. We also go clams and a vegetables. Clams are kind of a struggle everywhere you go in Hong Kong, but they were still pretty good. Overall, I thought this was a very fun place to come to. Food comes out really fast, and you are only allotted 80 mins to eat.

以前o系沙田读书,或者住开沙田既朋友,相信唔会对陈根记陌生,以前仲o系禾𪨶时,人山人海,想揾个位都难,上星期陈根记o系石门重新开幕,我同家人当然要去试下佢保唔保持到水准~~~搬左去石门,有部机比你按飞排队,终于唔洗好似以前咁要霸位XD等左15分钟就入得布局比以前宽敞,但仍然系排档格局!正!我地8个人,叫左8个送!1. 「Wasabi手撕鸡」,一开始食好攻鼻,惯左之后觉得件事好夹,好refreshing,食到停唔到口XD2. 「椒丝腐乳通菜」,安全牌,好难唔好食3. 「鼓椒炒蚬」,非常够味,份量十足!8个人食我都食到成10只!4. 「椒盐鱿鱼」,必点呀!炸得外脆内软,唔会话干争争or劲厚炸粉!好味!5.「烧鹅半只」,非常脆皮,肉质都唔错,可以一试!6.「咸鱼鸡粒炒饭」,份量同料都好足!又够咸香,好味!另外仲叫左「濑尿虾」、「中式牛仔骨」,我皮肤敏感唔食得!仲有「芒果一口脆」,要另外o系甜品bar买,38蚊8粒,炸多士包住粒芒果,作为饭系甜品好完满!

之前食过一次陈根记,果次好遗憾,晚上九点已经食唔倒wasabi 手撕鸡,卖哂!知道就快要搬,今次再专程黎食,平日,六点入座,唔使等位。呢度特色系想食乜嘢自己睇完餐牌后自己写落去张单度,之后先叫职员落order。所有酒类一律自行攞单去酒水部买酒,可能系牌照问题。Wasabi 手撕鸡真系好有特色,其实比想像中辣,系wasabi 果只公鼻辣,唔系点受得辣的我唯有一条鸡一啖啤酒。味道方面其实唔系真系好好食,但真心有特色得黎又几夹,抵唔抵食就见人见智了。其他野食都唔错,大排档风味十足,碟头好够,份量系普通茶餐厅的1.5倍,大食如我也食得十分满足,希望搬左之后都keep 住水准,因为听讲大埔果间质素相差甚远........
