高消费,低质素,完全唔推荐,以为佢系同集团嘅高级版茶楼会好啲吖,点不知只系啲装修好啲,别对食物质素期望太高,下午茶时段只系某部分点心有六折,同样消费额度,佢楼下𠮶间好过佢好多。 继续阅读

两个人食晚饭,部长推荐叫阿拉斯加长脚蟹加盐香鸡套餐$428,佢话好抵食,很快蟹便上桌,心想不妙,果然用快死蟹制造,由于没有坏所以不能退,但极不新鲜,不宜入口,每人只是食了一件,告诉男服务员不能吃,叫他拿走,只是望了一望,没有问一句便拿去,如果此等质素,实在不宜卖出,第一次亦只好是最后一次。生客熟客可以止步。17/1/2025 继续阅读

今日一家人去做冬,入到去嘅时候问全套黑色衫侍应点解唔可以QR code落单嘅?佢态度好不耐烦咁话睇啱就帮你落单啰。 明明喺网站见到嘅宣传海报,上边嘅羊腩煲只系$298。枱面菜单价娈左羊腩煲$398。 我哋又唔系喺房厅食,点解会收$398呢?另外见到隔篱枱有人食长脚蟹,问佢几钱斤,又系口头讲$298一斤,又系菜单上冇显示嘅。好啦,一家人做冬唔同你计较,俾你赚多少少都算。点知上长脚蟹嘅时候明明见隔篱枱有待应帮个客拆好成只蟹。 个待应就话俾我哋听无拆蟹嘅服务。 我问咁点解隔离又会有得拆呢? 佢态度好差咁话你俾$100拆蟹费咪帮你拆啰。 拿,如果你菜单有写明,我照比冇问题。又或者你冇写,但你照帮我拆,我都好乐意$100贴士你。但系你黑口黑面态度好令我怀疑你哋只系偏帮一啲熟客,亦都怀疑你公司系咪真系有呢个收费。咁激气,梗系唔使你帮我拆啦。我一蚊贴士都唔想俾你。好啦,食食吓,另一个侍应又话d 蟹差唔多食完,不如帮我换只细碟, 因为厨房嘅蒸蟹碟唔够用。OK冇问题,但点解个侍应会直接用只执紧污糟嘅手套拎起啲我未食嘅蟹脚放落去另一只碟呢?对手套所有污糟嘅嘢都掂过晒,执碟执骨又系佢,呢啲咁基本嘅卫生常识都冇,用只筷子夹返去另一只碟好困难咩? 就算你话会留意下次唔会再咁样对其他客做,其实都唔关我事啦,因为我真系唔敢再嚟帮衬。最后我哋出去楼面埋单,负责埋单个侍应行开咗,我哋等咗一阵另一个侍应走过来又系想埋单,负责埋单𠮶个人返嚟竟然完全冇理我哋,直接帮助后面嘅侍应埋单。成餐饭四个人食左二、三千蚊,受啲咁嘅服务态度,真的不了 继续阅读

12月24日晚上 圣诞前夕 和老师一起享用 晚餐 我们 预留了一只 约五斤 的阿拉斯加蟹 店员 May姐姐非常殷勤 陪伴我到 鱼池选择生猛 海鲜 并且安排 非常 妥善 而且 蒸蟹需要25分钟 服务员 随后一一端上 order小菜并准备好酒杯给我们使用 每位服务员都非常殷勤面大笑容 服务态度令人感到 舒服 和喜悦 我介绍了很多亲戚朋友同事到锺菜馆用餐他们都大赞餐厅的小菜 做得非常 精致美味 每次光顾他的水准 都能保持 一定要大赞他的厨师哥哥 我的朋友都感到他们的 厨艺 水准很高 价钱合理 工作人员态度 很好 我们将会继续支持 这间餐厅 特别多谢 May姐 和一众工作人员 令我们有一个愉快的用餐回忆。 继续阅读

Chef Ecy’s Dining Experience:🥰 Food | Ambience | Service | Price | Wheelchair | Restroom Cleanliness | Easy Access | Easy Parking🙂 😠 Pet Friendly | Cake Cutting Fee | Corkage FeeThis restaurant is a guangdong style Chinese restaurant with 2 branches - one in Wanchai the other in Pok Fu Lam. The one I went this time is in Wanchai. It is easy to access by different means of transport like tram, bus, minibus etc… MTR is Causeway Bay station Exit B and walk back to Wanchai area for 7-8mins. Parking is available too. There are both stairway and lift to go up to 2/F. The ambience is excellent with chinese style decoration. Service is good … We ordered a set menu with snake soup and shanghai crabs. Price performance is great. Let‘s see the food quality and taste. The snake soup is tasty and hot. But there is so little snake meat I can find. For the crabs, it is a bit small to me but the roe inside is relatively ok. They gave us all female crabs this time. Talking about the other dishes, I like the steamed eel the best, hot and delicious. The roast goose… Hmm I find the meat is not that tender but the skin is crispy with smokey flavor. The other dish I like is the fried sticky rice. It served hot and many ingredients like chinese sausage and pork meat. The dessert with ginger and longan is very nice too… not too sweet and with strong ginger flavor. Many other tables order the King Crabs. The price is very good too. Below $200 per catty.
