金牌火锅的牛肉,最受欢迎的有金钱展,牛颈脊,牛肘边。 金钱展,即牛只前后小腿去骨后所得的肉块,因为每只牛只得两对,所以供应量较少,亦较为抢手;另一味雪花颈脊,特别挑选牛颈脊部位,入口松化,非一般牛肉可媲美;而牛肘边、牛肉粒等更是人气之选。

朋友带我去左湾仔分店食,第一次食到咁好味嘅牛骨汤窝,汤底香浓味美,窝里面好多野食,有牛什、牛腩、 萝卜同连少少筋同肉嘅牛骨(268蚊)。花雕猪脑同外面做法不同,先轻微 焯熟猪脑定型,再浸花雕酒(48蚊)。口感如花雕味嘅鹅肝。牛舌选用新鲜货无雪味,肉质牛味重富弹性(188蚊)。个汤底令我著迷,一定会再有下次。

一向对这里的火锅已甚为失望,朋友说饮茶ok,尚且相信下。今日一行8人订左位饮茶,午市来说,他们认真静。想点的坑腩早早已卖完。点了炸豆腐,豆味依旧浓郁。辣椒油也十分香辣。点了一个普通牛腩,有点苏,而且有点白萝卜渣。例汤也不是太入味。最后的绿豆沙太甜了

今日中学同聚会,于是就㨂咗去金牌火足九龙区所以一直都无机会去试试。原来湾仔系旧年开咗间分店,真系开正我𠮶范😁真系估唔到依家啲边炉真系越做越好。我哋有成十个人咁梗系订房好啲啦,一世迟到嘅我今日竟然第一个到,咁梗系要影吓间咁宽敞设备又齐全嘅房比班老友睇吓啦。人齐!开食噜!我哋呢班人呢真系牛魔王🐮 。可能太忙嘅原因,总经理都出嚟帮手落单,系佢推介嘅金牌牛骨锅汤底。。。顶吖!食过呢个锅真系无得返转头,以后点叫我去第二间食呀!个汤底坚够浓,一啲都唔觉油淋淋,垫汤嘅牛骨大部份都系骨骹位、牛筋、牛腩、牛膀、肠都有齐,旧旧骨有小小肉痴住,重点系骹位啲软骨、骨胶原煲得啱啱好,只系饮咗啖汤食咗件骨胶原落肚就知应该好戏在后头。今晚我哋点咗劲多嘢食,不得不提而且要必食嘅本人会推介,牛肩脊、(?咩鱼?)、蛏子、鱼腐、墨丸、鱼蛋,当然仲有名不虚传嘅三秒响铃啦。我平时个人口味超劲重口味,去亲边炉都劲落所有酱汁配料,今次当然都一样死唔蚀底啦,应有尽有嘅酱料都落啦,之不过我发现今次我竟然系浑咗一大碗酱之后系无乜点过,事关样样新鲜,鲜味十足。牛肩脊肉脂均匀牛味香浓,师傅刀工嘅又切得厚薄适中,有𡁻头之余又软滑绵绵,真系无得弹。海鲜方面,有蛏子又有(?鱼),蛏子爽脆弹牙又鲜甜十足;条鱼嘅皮嘅胶质丰富直头完全感觉自己系度食物胶原蛋白嘅感觉,加上肉质新鲜嫩滑根本无需再点任何酱汁都巳经够晒可口更是原汁原味!最后,食埋佢哋个贴心服务又甜又多汁嘅橙,起好晒啲肉方便啖啖肉入口。下次再有聚会都会再嚟🤗

Last week was my friend Adrian birthday and she wanna try something hot in the 'sudden' cold spring season. Hotpot seems to be an excellent choice and we decided to try this famous seafood hotpot restaurant in WanChai. We have made reservation few days ago so there is no need for waiting. I love the restaurant when we came in as it is very well decorated and clean, as we all know, hotpot restaurant in HK can be as dirty as it could given that the foods are fresh!? Since it was the first time we came here, we ask for the famous hotpot soup, the waiter, which is an old gentlemen, was very polite and introduce us the flagship beef bone marrow soup. The soup is very tasty and got lots of ingredient, ie the bone marrow, beef tendon, herbs, carrots…and stewed for over 10 hours. Then, we ordered the Tofu-fish ball. This is very different than the usual fish-tofu which was deep fried and oily, instead it is just a well-mix of white fish meat with tofu and it got the tender and sponge taste. Well done! Then, we also ordered the lunch meat which is direct import from Canada. It taste pretty good as expected. We have also ordered other good variety of decent quality meat balls and some veggies. Finally we must also give a praise with the old gentlemen waiter who have served us politely and alsogiving us many good advise on how to ‘cook’ the fresh meats. He is like a master chief who is make sure his dearest customers are well served while having the good food. This is a very well hotpot experience with high quality food and service. I'm highly recommened and definitely will come back here again!

听讲呢间打边炉环境好d野食质素好好所以黎试下首先有好多酱比我地选择比我地落瑶柱豆板酱几好味几香之后我地嗌左个胡椒猪肚汤锅汤一黎到好香好重胡椒味真系好多猪肚真系好好饮好香好暖胃另外我地嗌左本地新鲜手切牛肉- 牛颈脊因为经理推荐我地试下牛颈脊的确系比平时一般出面街食既吾同牛颈脊就是牛颈至牛膊中间的一段肉这个部位由于郁动较多,肉质因而细致、结实、肥瘦适中相比其他部分,质感和味道都优胜得多所以口感十分好!手打猪肉丸同牛丸好新鲜好弹牙值得一试另外芝士肠既摆法好特别好靓好整齐都好好食最后真系好特别值得一说,呢度既可乐仲系以前旧版玻璃瓶,真系好好饮值得介绍比大家
