周末食最爱的川沪菜 🥰因为在时代广场买了礼物🎁而有一些美食coupons 就顺理成章的在食通天这家菜馆食晚饭虽然只有两个人 但我俩都饿了一整天非常肚饿 又想食北京填鸭 所以就order了一整只鸭(注意⚠️这里没有半只可选) 见到侍应在我俩面前片鸭皮 香气扑鼻 也就更肚饿了 🤤 —————————就一味片皮鸭怎够喉呢 将鸭架滚一个浓浓鸭香味的汤就最正 加上嫩滑豆腐和软稔上海大白菜 满足感爆灯❤️❤️—————————另外 我俩还食了小笼包和赛螃蟹 前者皮薄到要用瓷羹帮手 否则就好容易穿 里面满满的汤汁就浪费了 后者蛋白有点过火 不够嫩滑

曾经帮衬过的菜馆,上星期六趁有时代广场饮食优惠券去试试。果然中招,清水一样难食的花胶云吞鸡(276蚊),冇煎过淡而无味的锅贴,像浆糊难食的鸡丝粉皮,像垃圾一般银芽肉丝所谓双面黄(还好意思收人108蚊1碟),隔夜整定用微波炉返热的荳沙㶽饼(62蚊),连20蚊难食的花生和茶芥埋单要756蚊减番350蚊,最后要盛惠406蚊。我老婆一路食一路閙,想叫店长嚟反映,但见各店员太忙,我叫停她。如各位想去帮衬,请三思!

一早想订位,但七点无得订。都无所谓啦,walk in 搏搏。唔知系唔系唔忧做嘅关系,招呼已经唔系几好,都几侮气下。点左好几味包括上海粗炒、小笼包、小黄鱼和和尚戴帽等。其他都可以,但个「和尚戴帽」个皮就不敢恭维了。一黎到已系小暖。到食时已冻冰冰,加上薄cheap cheap .. 根本无晒兴趣。。。又冻又黏埋一齐,要双手十指先拉得开。问部长咁点。佢只答:「我哋啲皮系咁」。。就走左去。。呢个世代边重有呢种皮serve 啲客㗎?🤷🏻♂️好失望!

今日午餐黎到时代广场13楼既金满庭京川沪菜馆,谂唔到平日都要排几个人先可以入去。拣左香片茶,果然入口甘香👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻出餐速度都几快,落单冇几耐,一口小笼包就上枱啦,师傅包得好靓,小笼包里面劲多汁,馅料丰富。猪扒炒饭性价比好高,猪扒炸得香脆,外脆内软,肉质鲜美,炒饭一d都唔马虎,系蛋炒饭黎!老坛酸菜鱼鱼片份量虽然唔多,但胜在配料丰富,有大量酸菜、米粉、荀片。味道亦无错,下次会再encore😍。

呢间餐厅以前成日喺奥运食 水准唔错 前两日试咗铜锣湾times square呢间 食到我怀疑人生😭叫左铁板黑毛叉烧 椒盐排骨 香葱东坡肉 小笼包 招牌担担面 而大部分食物都水准一般 甚至去到强差人意嘅地步😕首先 黑毛叉烧肉质一般 好多根 味道就尚可 椒盐排骨完全系一旧味精肉 又炸得唔脆 成旧野系淋架 仲衰过茶餐厅啲小炒😠 东坡肉系超难食!!! Suppose东坡肉啲肥肉系入口即溶架嘛 佢个肥肉系略硬嘅 完全唔溶 个瘦肉系硬到似煲完汤啲肉 我咬左两啖 成旧无食到🤢小笼包不过不失 算系比较正常嘅一道菜 招牌担担面都系 只系面质略淋 同埋个汤可以再浓啲 但都算正常发挥😌我食呢间完全系因为有得用coupon 如果正价食 谂都唔洗谂 就算有discount都绝不考虑😠🤯🤮I ordered a Barbecued Iberico pork, Spicy Salted Spare Ribs, Braised Pork Belly (Dongpo style), Xiao Lung Bao, and Tan-Tan noodles in spicy soup. Overall, their food quality was below average, if not unpleasant. The barbecued pork had a rather chewy texture, with quite some tendon in between. It tasted fine though. The Spicy Salted Spare Ribs was definitely full of MSG! And I could tell it wasn’t freshly fried, cuz the batter wasn’t crispy but very soggy. 🥴The pork belly was the worst. The fat didn’t melt right into my mouth as it was supposed to, but it had a rather tough texture compared to others. The lean meat was very tough. It should’ve been braised for way longer I think. 🤧 Xiao Lung Bao was average. Tan-tan noodles was not bad too, though the noodles were a bit too soggy for me.
