在此想简略地分享一下一直以来系金水食饭既感想。本人其实由此店刚开业,便一直帮衬到依家。今日见到佢执左,实在好感触。想讲明明开初做得咁好既fusion寿司店,最后都系衰系管理既死胡同由土头。记得几年前,系荃新天地2期呢间金水既味道令我食多左寿司。我亦时不时会同屋企人黎食下lunch,每次都食得好滋味。但过左一两年,唔知系咪金水发得太大,开得太多分店,搞到啲服务员同埋食物质素都一次比一次差。到上年年尾,居然连食寿司最基本既生萋片都要俾钱先有,及后啲鱼生越切越薄(刀功好左?!)、套餐既配菜由两片三文鱼改为几片平价鲍片...唉呢年里面一直睇到佢枱面张纸啲分店一间一间咁除名...真系唔知系租金问题定咩问题喇。但我觉得好大基会都系管理出问题啰... 首先讲下环境先啦 其实都唔错..不过因为我食亲都系宵夜时段,要耐心咁等下.. 我最最最爱食海胆赤虾寿司 芝士酱烧三文鱼寿司好惹味架 成日黎到都要食几客先满足个单件帆立贝寿司个帆立贝仲好大片添呀 真系百食不厌架!就算海胆寿司都好新鲜...至于肉松青瓜沙律劲大碟呀....落足料架...我多数都系叫好多寿司同埋沙律咁食...面之前都叫过...我觉得个味道一般...另外呢...有个小食叫鸡肉串..佢入面系有条骨,外面包住d肉咁..好得意架..几好味...出面冇见过有得卖但小食果d都系正价...我平时多数衬佢6折时先食 贪佢寿司款式多架.... 查看更多

8时满场, 等了十多分钟才有位.通常都会叫海胆.... $38但个海胆冇鲜味,, :( 火炙3文鱼2款, 但冇咩火炙感觉.....板X 通常会食到D火炙FEEL , 金水就FEEL唔到,:(甜虾都算新鲜蟹子  好柔弱, 唔脆........ :(螺肉, 很辣, 辣到不好吃:( 鲜茄牛肉乌冬,  好味 :) 呢间金水唔多掂................ :(:(查看更多

The tamago were the first to arrive. The egg portion was substantial and thick. Unfortunately, nothing remarkable about the taste. The rice was reasonable, but could have stood with a bit more cohesiveness. I have roasted marshmellows in Canada (campfire and the like). However, I have never seen this offered in a yaki-tori format. Pleased to say the taste and experience were as expected. The roasting was well done with no burning, and yet still providing for an evenly heated inside. The gyoza (dumplings) were the richest of the lot. Although the dipping sauce provided did not do them justice. Instead, I dipped them in the same wasabi+soy sauce mixture that I had used for the tamago. It was much more flavourful, and had the added accent of wasabi to provide a bit of a 'kick'. The dumplings could have used a bit more quality control, though: There was a long bit of something in one which was very hard to chew (vein?). 查看更多

单才直入, SUSHI D 饭已经又散又唔好食, D 饭粒都唔似珍珠米. 仲要食到啃骨o个o下火滚.辣味三文鱼-- 有鱼骨, 都唔细条架!鳗鱼SUSHI-- 食一旧lur返近十条骨丝出黎(有相为证), 真系咬唔烂吞唔落, 刮喉o既!极上SUSHI(?)-- 中间D鱼生蓉又系有野"银"牙火炙三文鱼好细件鱼:(个芝士炸虾卷又细, 成旧饭咁未食饱都唔ORDER喇! 好彩唔系一次过叫晒D野食啫!仲要唔系平㖞去元X/板X/争X仲好查看更多
