—Meter Chen 开设嘅日本料理研究所今期以”生鲔”作为主题意指未经急冻过嘅吞拿鱼 因为捕捉后系直接由丰洲市场送港 朝早0830就有得食 平日10点去款式充裕中落ち 赤身 中toro 大toro丼($298)配味噌汤及柚子萝卜呢款简直系吞拿鱼盛宴 每个部位都试晒鱼肉温度稍为较室温低 但唔似平时食落凉凉地赤身好出色!! 肉质鲜嫩柔滑 色泽卖相一流冇咩油份但好似拖罗咁软腍中落ち 鱼味香浓 中拖/大拖罗 油份丰腴冇筋 但印象冇话好深刻兰王生卵(+$12)———————————————————金所 4.0中环干诺道中68号华懋广场二期地下 继续阅读

特意来吃鲔🐟,所以叫了11号餐 $328(赤身,中拖罗 ,大拖罗 ,鱼蓉),包渍萝卜和面豉汤。 本著由淡入浓,所以先吃赤身,最后大拖罗, 鱼蓉捞饭。 赤身,正常,👌。中拖罗和大拖罗都非常肥美👍, 可惜大拖罗有根, 其实厨师已经刻意把根位㓥开,但末端没有完全切断,否则变成一条条, 为了不至卖相唔好, 便要牺牲少少口感 。 纵使大拖好肥美,但要也小心吃,因食到有碎骨唷😱。 🍚饭,好味,因为厨师加咗寿司醋吃到酸甜, 但米香不够。 拖罗乳脂肪度高,虽然饭量吾算多,食完饮埋杯茶,都已好饱。 其实加醋落饭,在日本是普遍做法。可惜近年香港的日本菜泛滥,港式化或省成本。加上人人要健康又怕肥,唔钟意食饭, 所以较少人注意寿司饭的质素。 佢哋嘅渍罗白,偏淡味, 爽口。 面豉汤,有几片海带和几粒豆腐。 店子位于中上环, 商业地段,但门口细小,不显眼。店内冇乜装饰, 长枱圆櫈木板墙。除咗食到有碎骨之外, 整体cp值算高。 继续阅读

Second visit of this store is to try out their 20kinds of tuna feast, this store was famous for fresh tuna donburi, and their owner decided to craft a meal that provide 20 small plates that made with tuna Including sashimi , salad , tuna siumai, tuna fish ball, tuna flakes as well as a Parma ham replacement to pair with melon, they limited to 20meals per seatings, two seatings per day for limited dates, I managed to secure two seats and I brought a friend of mine to get some dinner I would say it is innovative but with some hot dish on the plate temperature control is the problem, also the tuna siumai and the tuna fish ball in soup is creative enough but execution is the challenge, the tuna braised turnip has a pretty good taste at least those turnip soak up the sauce so it taste well, and the deep fried tuna dice would pair well with beer! The tuna Parma ham…..needing some seasoning I would say Their sashimi is pretty good cos the ingredients is fresh, some of the items would need to work on the seasoning a little but those toro, mince tuna works well in this platter. So to be fair fresh ingredients but execution is not so great! Very ig-able in a way so if coming here for photos then I won’t complaint,, I have been here for sashimi donburi before this tuna feast so I do think they are innovative, just that this tuna platter is not my thing , we will be back for tuna don sometimes🍣 继续阅读

Good food with good value 20 dish of different parts of toro cooked in different ways, including unlimited refill of delicious seasoned Japanese rice~ The top row is the highlight of the meal (unfortunately no refill is available, at any price)It’s located across ifc and food sold out really fast! 继续阅读

知道e间鱼生铺都开左一段时间,但一真都无试因为门囗都几神秘,都唔系好睇到里面今日见早食lunch,就决定去试一试一入到去坐位唔算好多,都有隔板 咁见冇乜位,当然同同事想揾位先。不过收银妹妹话先买嘢后揾位。。。不过都无乜影响,当时我地前面得一个人款式丼饭都有12款,不过lunch time已经有d无 我就叫左12号,有赤身/鱼蓉/帆立贝/虾 $168 一set,有汤同配菜,e个算几低食 因为最贵果个要$298 不过全鱼生所以嘢都好好食,囗感新鲜饭有小小暖有种去左日本ge感觉所以间中食下都几开心嫁 继续阅读
