I go to this place very often, one of the best Japanese Izakaya  in Central, small, casual, very authentic.I mostly come for lunch as I work nearby but also had a few dinners there.Food is very fresh, delicious, good varieties.  Portion sizes are generous and enough for lunch sets. My favorite is Minced tuna don.I like it and will be going again and again. 继续阅读

Just had a dinner here and it was the worst experience I ever had in a restaurant. We had a reservation for 4 but one of us was running really late and we have informed the staff. They initially allowed us to have the same table while leaving a seat not being utilized. Furthermore, they did not inform us that there was a minimum charge as well as a limit to dining time.As with most restaurants in SOHO, it is likely customers will tend to sit, chat and a good time. Instead, the manager came about and asked us if we wanted to order more food, as they have other customers. We willingly ordered as we were waiting for another friend to come by. By the time our friend arrived, we asked for the bill, the manager told us that we spent below the minimum spending, and also he has to charge us more because our friend sat on the chair (for like 1 minute). In the end, we were forced to order an additional dish just because of that.  Furthermore, the manager was extremely rude when he spoke to us. Had the staff informed us of the cutoff dining time and a minimum charge, I would not have been so furious. The manager stated that he would have put us at the bar initially since there were only three of us instead of four despite the fact that the staff was informed from the onset we had only three people. While I understand that restaurants need to make money, I really did not expect such horrendous service from a restaurant in SOHO. There is total disregard for customers' dining experience, and all they care about is to keep churning the volume. If the manager behaved in such manner, one can surely expect to have distasteful experience here.I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, nor would I ever be a returning customer as the service sure left a bad taste.  继续阅读

第一次品嚐冲绳菜居洒居,味道超班,但感觉不太特别,只是䐁肉和苦瓜来自冲绳,不过餐厅也有很多日本人光顾呢!是夜点了鱼仔豆腐佐洒,不过豆腐没有想像中滑溜。再点了最後一客的冲绳珍宝生蚝(下次要打电话预定呢)。点了5式刺身,包括有牡丹虾、池鱼、油甘鱼、大拖罗、中拖罗。刺身鲜甜高质,拖罗肥美无筋,3 百多元有10 件刺身,性价比高。特别推荐海胆烧饭团,烧得非常到位,外脆内暖,海胆份量不少,而且很鲜甜,60 多元,很抵吃呢!另外,冲绳苦瓜抄蛋也要极力推荐,非常甘香暖胃。而烧物方面:鸡翼烧得很好;免治鸡肉串配蛋汁,口感很好,味道非常特别;而冲绳䐁肉串,吃得出肉质高班,但味道有点淡,可能为了保存其冲绳䐁的原汁原味吧! 继续阅读

Happy Friday同朋友去左位於中环苏豪区嘅金城居酒屋, 店仔细细得几张枱, 所以大家记住要book枱呀!呢间居酒屋系由日本人亲自主理, 主打冲绳料理, 每一道菜都非常精致, 打卡一流!呢度好多日本人帮衬,连menu都主要系日文同英文。池鱼刺身系必叫嘅。不过最好 book位时预先留定,如果吾系可能冇嫁。池鱼新鲜,食完仲会留d池鱼嘅鲜味同油香喺个口入面👍师傅刀工一流,每片池鱼厚度刚刚好,宜家仲回味紧呀!仲有个小食并盘,入面有 d鱼籽,海胆比你用紫菜同青爪包住黎食,清新加鲜味配合埋一齐,绝对系冇得顶另一以叫嘅菜式就系哩个豚肉沙律。连我吾钟意食沙律菜嘅人都觉得好好味😋烧鸡棒~系老板每日自己亲自剁,吾系搅碎嘅鸡肉黎嫁,绝对系诚意之作烧鱼一条~我吾记得系咩鱼🙏鱼吾会烧得太乾,烧完都仲食到鲜味,吾错。烧鱼鳍~哩个我觉得 standard, 冇咩特别,送酒 ok。 冲绳肠仔三味(原味,辣味,芝士)~哩个我真系吾建议大家叫,好普通,留番 d quota 食其它野好过。烧饭团~我地分别叫左面豉味同牛油味。钟意重口味 d可以食面豉味,而牛油就令成个饭团变得更加完美,充满牛油香。烧饭团为我地成餐饭划上一个完满嘅句号。大家都非常满足!总结我觉得金城绝对系一间有诚意嘅居酒屋,大部份菜式都外在美加内在美并重。而且由日本人主理,如果钟意食日本野,我都非常推介大家不防试一试。至於价钱,属於中价。我地四个人叫左咁多野食又原系池鱼刺身,仲叫左两支 720ml嘅Sake同三杯啤酒都系 Hkd790。如果吾饮酒就平好多, 主要系酒水贵。个人认为作为喺苏豪区一间有质素嘅居酒屋,其实价钱算合理。食日本野梗系要饮下 Sake啦。我地分别叫左两友 Sake1. 天膺心 Hkd628/720ml 哩支相对易入口,比较芳香,清清地女仔应该钟意。2. 爆雷Hkd498/720ml 史上最高值嘅日本酒度。听个名都知劲!非常辛口,比较适合男仕。我饮左小小都已经有醉意😂 继续阅读

年三十个个赶着收炉,兴幸有半天假期,去一啲平时食晏踏足不到的地方。今日选址中环。目标是曰式料理。日式料理下午跟晚餐价钱相差非常大,如果系好的餐厅,质量是没有分别的,对於我来説,午餐又平又好食,何乐而不为呢!位於伊利近街的一间小店铺,有吧台和两三张普通台,地方有点窄。坐得不太舒服。要了一客今曰定食丼,即是今天时令的啦!原来是鱼刺身和白饭鱼仔。面层满满的紫菜丝。鱼生有粒粒,有鱼茸,配合白饭鱼仔,层次丰富,够鲜甜。定食配沙律和面豉汤。整体来说地方环境太过迫之外,食物质素是ok的。 继续阅读
