朋友早两个星期订咗位,好彩朋友准时去到饮住先,因为我星期五晚迟咗少少放工…(宜家餐厅经营唔容易,你迟到无到,人哋又要帮你留台无咗两个位做生意)一整日唔停手疯狂做野到放工已经脑瘫痪,加上咁热嘅天气行埋上去餐厅,成个人已经无办法正常运作…一入去日本师父同员工已经同你亲切打招呼(但我太攰反应唔切,完全唔记得自己俾咗个咩反应)。坐低见到台面有碟好似腌菜 platter,即刻夹两件入口,酸酸地个人即刻醒咗 refresh 咗。跟住点咗个水云线,酸酸甜甜,个人开始愈来愈清醒!再饮啖冻sake, 个人回魂啦!之後黎咗个刺身,系我喜爱的厚切,口感一流!新鲜!(辛苦志在食!)之後同经理讲想食炸鸡,经理就推荐咗个南蛮炸鸡,肉质juicy! 炸鸡上面有啲几好味嘅酱(唔知系乜,净系觉得好味)食完肉系时候要食啲菜,经理再推荐 wasabi 秋葵淮山,味觉刺激,有新鲜感又好味!跟住眼见隔离台叫咗免治鸡肉串(我又要食!)个日本蛋黄靓到呢!免治鸡肉串有肉汁, 配上浓蛋香的蛋黄汁,yumyum!为咗减肥,只系叫咗一个牛油烧饭团,经理好醒咁叫师父帮我哋切开个饭团一半俾两个人食。牛油少少溶加少少焦面脆皮饭团…OMG一食就~ 一人叫多一个(减肥?咩黎呀?)餐厅虽小,枱数更少,但全场满座,看见附近的餐厅倒闭的很多,这样情况仍能生存的餐厅系有啲原因。 继续阅读

评分:🐷🐷🐷🐷(5🐷满分)位於苏豪区既Kinjo’s Izakaya,属传统日式小店,师傅系日本人,午市都不乏日本职人撑场,去得既大部分都系熟客,大家都有讲有笑,成个气氛都变得好温馨,好有日本居酒屋既感觉。讲番个淮山蓉鳗鱼饭~鳗鱼系烧既,比平时食既会冇咁湿,另外好欣赏佢个鳗鱼唔太肥,略严比较多骨~淮山蓉好特别,食其他日本野都未试过有淮山😂另外仲order咗个生姜烧~佢哋用嘅系冲绳豚肉,肉好嫩,调味岩岩好,去既朋友可以一试!佢地既lunch set系定食黎,有汤有前菜,个饭既份量都唔细,男人一定食得饱呀!下次想去试下佢地既串烧,话晒系居酒屋,又咁多日本人去,应该都唔错🤤有兴趣既朋友可以先打电话book,因为铺面细细,我地12:30都等左5分钟左右,再晏d就有排等架啦~ 继续阅读

Today I just walked around the area after my fitness class and noticed that this Japanese restaurant serves Okinawa cuisine. But right before I stepped into the place someone from the restaurant just opened the door and rudely asked if I had made any reservation. No how come I will know that reservation is needed for this unknown restaurant that is serving ordinary food only!? He then told me that a reservation is a must and seemed to want me to leave asap. It felt like it was my fault to try walk-in, hey if you don’t accept walk-in just put up a sign somewhere, this is not an acceptable attitude to your customer. I have no interest in visiting this place again, especially during this time that many restaurants are attracting customers with better service and more discounts. 继续阅读

老公的日本人老细介绍的居酒屋。这麽近却没有光顾过。一入去,就听到日文。围着师傅排排坐了几个日本人,谈得兴高采烈。Suku Tofu (Salted fish on brean curd) 豆腐配鱼仔。本来鱼仔放上面,但我说了一句不想吃生的,她除了建议各种熟食,听到老公说要点这道便立即建议鱼仔另上,超细心。来自冲绳的豆腐实实的,但很喜欢它的咬口,而且满是黄豆香。枝豆热热的,大部份都肥肥的,大大粒。盐的份量刚好,有调味又不太咸。Roasted skate fish fin烧鸡泡鱼吃得多,烧鱼旗是另一个口感。咬下去感觉到一丝丝的,少少爽,好吃。Watagarasu cream cheese 芝士明太子春卷超好吃。推介。春卷皮薄又脆。忌廉芝士配咸鲜的明太子一流。如此配搭,使味道和口感都无得顶。Japanese rolled omelette 玉子烧是我吃过最松最弹最有空气感的玉子烧。完美的口感。却因太淡的味道扣分,欠蛋香,唯有配浸了酱油的白萝卜蓉用作自然的调味。Tsukune 鸡肉串配生蛋烧得不错,带甜的酱汁份量刚好。配了蛋咬下去更滑,另一个层次。Grilled rice ball w/ okinawa red miso 饭团烧饭团有不同配料,有海胆,三文鱼等,我要了最简单的红味噌。味噌虽咸,但配饭就差不多。这是我吃过最有风味,最地道,最好吃的饭团。外层烧得又乾又脆,可以用手拿起吃也不会散,不会松开,不会有饭掉下来。虽然一片雪白,但咬下去如饭焦般脆。值得一试。Grilled ox tongue 牛舌几爽口,也不错,不过配芥末不算夹。Pork belly skewer 猪腩肉有淡淡的猪肉味。带肥而不腻,配梅酱刚好。Shitake mushroom/ shishito green pepper 菇,青椒仔这两款是全晚最提不起兴趣的。烧得普通,没有烧过的香和乾身。Grilled japanese yam w/ soy sauce 长芋以为长芋也会令人失望。竟然有惊喜。烧得很香,涂了酱汁加上紫菜,调味很好。很爽,少少黏,美味。Fried camembert cheese 炸芝士很好吃。Camembert溶掉,包在脆脆的外层里面,轻得有少少像椒盐豆腐,脆,不油,乾身。Deep fried shima tofu 炸豆腐很日式的炸豆腐。六粒豆腐,外层是少少烟韧的炸粉,浸上酱油,跟姜蓉和葱一起吃。很自然,清清的。Momo (chicken skewer)烧鸡串跟刚才的免治鸡肉完全不同。烧得够乾身,肉连着缩了水,油已逼走,几脆的鸡皮。Okinawa stir fried noodles - Sweet sauce有三个酱汁,大阪烧的甜酱,茄汁或酱油。要了最正宗的甜酱,但请店员稍为澸少酱汁的份量,让味道淡一点,生怕太甜。果然做得跟我们要求一样。面很弹牙,超好吃,配上青椒、萝卜丝、洋葱和冲绳肠仔。酸酸甜甜的,明明吃到很饱却还是很想吃下去。没有影到我的梳打,是来自冲绳的柑桔仔,完全没有糖,很清新。梳打的气泡幼细,入口很顺。老公饮了两杯sake,我饮了两杯梳打。超满足。 继续阅读
