本身想揾吓铜锣湾有咩食,就上网search,见到某媒体介绍呢一间餐厅,话佢系亚洲x西班牙菜,加上啲图(照骗)几吸引咁就嚟试吓。结果劲失望,食得好唔开心⋯我哋叫嘅每一碟嘢食都系冇乜味嘅,真系想问下厨师有冇落盐或者任何调味料🙄 如果唔自己落佢枱面上面嘅调味盐,我都唔知要点样食完呢一餐饭⋯主菜我哋嗌咗一个肉眼扒同埋一个汉堡扒蛋包饭。个肉眼扒劲多筋,而且劲干,垫喺块扒下面嘅白饭好似未煲熟咁样,一样系好干好硬。咩事㗎?开餐厅连米都唔识煲?😓然后,个汉堡餐叫「烤和牛汉堡·蕃茄蘑菇炒蛋·青菜汁」,成碟嘢一粒蘑菇都见唔到😂😅至于个汉堡扒,如图所见,煎到黑鼆鼆㶶晒咁款,食落口梗系又干又柴🫠 真系未食过咁难食嘅汉堡扒⋯ 另外就系,个汉堡扒蛋包饭系配青菜汁嘅,喺餐牌上可以见到啲汁系包围住个蛋包饭,suppose都算多汁/有足够嘅汁,结果实物上菜之后发现啲汁只系得一汤匙嘅份量,成碟嘢得个角落头有汁。老实讲,呢间餐厅真系好照骗好呃得😓 真系唔值得呢个价,呢餐咁嘅劣蚀两个人埋单要$497😓😓😓

Well it’s in the basement but slightly off you can’t really see the rest but the seating is very open space and nice a very japan European feel not a big place but well used space Waiter are very happy to help and respond very quickly and very niceThe food. well. we order drinks but they forget about it somehow and it came much later after we remind them. but they are very helpful. given the seating environment we are not too stressed about it.as to the order. My friend order the steark. it was expertly grilled but the meat quality is not steak house grade more like C C tang level. disappointed.as to my order the pork is fine and very nicely done the tiger prawn with egg friend rice and other seafood. every thing is fine except the tiger prawn - it is unfresh or just freshly defrost and it give me a very yukky taste. Very badly done on the tiger prawm. I would avoid any tiger prawn dish.the rest of the seafood is fine so I hope that is one off expired tiger shrimp or just being cooked wronly?

餐厅位于地铁站行出去希慎广场𠮶层,行去电梯𠮶边一个好唔显眼嘅角落。装饰以木& 和风为为主,尚算舒适。招牌酱油烤走地鸡 鸡扒几滑,味道唔复杂,就系酱油味。最突出嘅系有好香嘅炭烧味道,有镬气又够香。外皮唔系好脆𠮶种,但整体系好味的。另外附上嘅燕麦白饭,d 米粒煮得烟烟韧韧好有弹性,值得一赞。不知不觉就会食咗好多饭。另外佢仲有蔬菜伴碟,份量okay。非常之均衡营养。👌🏼胡椒柠檬走地鸡肉 鸡扒味道胡椒味较重。但系食唔到柠檬味。同样都有炭烧嘅香味同质感。味道唔错。皮唔系煎得好香脆𠮶种,而系软软哋,又有啲一粒粒嘅汁嘅感觉。👌🏼手工鲜切薯片 $28炸得好香脆。比较厚身,同埋有少少烟靭嘅口感。味道系可以,但系又唔系好惊喜。 蕃茄多士另外午餐加$10会送杯茶同蕃茄多士。蕃茄多士非常香脆;蕃茄切得好细粒,酸酸甜甜好开胃。系好味嘅。午餐送d 咁特别嘅小食,好有诚意!总结系好味,同埋可以再返来食嘅餐厅。

野火坐落在希慎广场地铁层最尽头的位置,比较清静。我和朋友点了酱油烤鸡、蒜香榄油烤鱿鱼和烤西冷牛扒,每一款份量都很大。我最喜欢烤鸡,它入味多汁,伴碟的烤蔬菜也很好吃。烤鱿鱼腍滑鲜味,用蒜香榄油来涂多士面包,也是一绝。烤牛扒就中规中矩,伴碟的番茄炊饭口感有点怪怪的,不太喜欢。总体来说,野火的食物贸素挺高的,份量充足,价格合理,服务也不错,我会下次再去。

咁啱工作经过见未食过𠵱间餐厅,加上我系奄列蛋fans,所以出于好奇试下。叫咗个午餐系烤走地鸡肉炒蛋奄列配嘢饮,走地鸡不过不失,无乜味,但系口感唔错,奄列蛋系属于蛋味重,如果再流心少少就更加好。最令人费解嘅系个汁,真系食唔出咩味,我觉得换咗个汁成个饭可以再升华一个层次。最吸引人嘅系食物嘅颜色配搭,系摆盘方面真系加咗分,再加上环境干净,私人空间都足够,工作日lunch time嚟食都可以短暂放松一下,唔会又嘈又多人。
