有些餐厅,你会毫不犹疑地将佢归类为「试一次就够」。野姜正是其一。野姜的唯一优势只是在戏院旁边,可以话系懒人专属餐厅。讲真,在大商场里面,由服务到食物都唔合格,都咪话唔罕见。服务员真系比较奇怪,例如入面大把位但偏唔俾你入,跟手轮住几个服务员逐一走过黎问:「你几位?」「两位」「几位?」「两位呀」…无限Loop……想不到,入到去,女店员仲问「你唔系6位咩?」……去到呢个moment,我累了,已经冇气再回应呢位发紧梦的店员,可能我身旁有其他「朋友」我见唔到啦。对于呢间舖已无任何期望,求其食完就走的态度。见到佢有鱼生台摆出黎,我解读系佢对鱼生有一定自信先会摆鱼生台对客。所以我拣左「创作鱼生丼定食」。对不起,我又错了!外貌看似还可以,但一食又见真章,新唔新鲜冇得呃。尤其是三文鱼,竟比某些放题的货色更差。帆立贝开边一分为二,体积不小,但缺乏鲜味,连一田买到急冻帆立贝比它更新鲜。相对好的是上方橙色一坨,貌似喜灵鱼和右上角的池鱼,相对新鲜(相对啊)。吃一口饭,吓然发现饭碗浅平得有点过份,饭量很少。但咁少的饭我仍要靠豉油和山葵「吊命」才撑完成碗,可见情况几咁恶劣。不合格!朋友叫了「即烧原条鳗鱼定食」,首先,由鳗鱼的温度告诉我,它应该不是「即烧」,起码是烧完呆了好一阵子,可能天气冻啦。份量是不细的,但鳗鱼的鱼骨没有处理好,酱汁也不够入味,我怀疑是烧的时候扫汁扫得不够多,不过比起鱼生丼,这个相对已经好少少了。我和朋友各自加$20加了一款小食。朋友叫的「八爪鱼丸子」,看上面的木鱼屑多有个性?快要走出碗边了。又是不够热,中间又是空心的,爱吃章鱼丸的朋友都只吃了一粒又停晒手了。你懂的。值得一说的是,很少餐厅可以咁首尾呼应,彻底地连饮品都做到咁难饮。我们叫了两杯热柠水,够稳阵啦热柠水。一上台,见柠檬核切开晒我就知系「大柠乐」至真!饮一啖,又酸又苦……真系受够了!「弹」得太多,「弹」到够写一首歌。都要赞下唯一一样好食的食物,系加$20小食「紫薯甘栗饼」。温度够热,外层够松脆,里要紫薯香甜,加上栗子碎粒,质优味美,非常好味。食到尾段食到呢块「紫薯甘栗饼」我想到的是「苦中作乐」、「柳暗花明又一村」等绝地翻身的字句,原来上天将你置身黑暗中,总会为你留一扇窗,总会有一丝曙光。

Last Sunday when my husband and I went to Wild Ginger for dinner before our movie, little did we know it will be such a horrific experience. This restaurant have definitely been put onto our blacklist.The service was aweful. There were a lot of new staff that day and I completley understand that training needs time, but the old staffs are completely useless! You see these new young boys trying to do their best, whilst their managers are just busy chatting away to each other. I think it took me a good 10 mins to get someone's attention so we could be served. When the food arrived, it was less than satifactory. My husband barely ate any of it as it tasted horrible. The sashimi was not fresh and the pork cutlet was super fatty, more fat than meat. They forgot orders that we have been made and it was just generally a terrible dining experience. Honestly, I think this restaurant is only still up and runnin because it is next to the cinema, if not, I think it would have gone bust a long time ago. So next time when you go to the Grand cinema at Elements, please eat somewhere else. It will save you some grief and money.

这间于Element戏院附近的高级日本食府, 可能由于较划算的午市套餐关系, 人流颇旺◦烧羊架便当 $128 包三文鱼及带子刺身, 蟹籽沙律, 烧青椒仔, 蕃薯及面豉汤◦ 由于要烧的关系, 点餐后等了颇久才送到◦ 单看卖相, 挺吸引, 先谈主角, 真的很失望, 虽然很香, 但太生了, 只有表面烧过, 里面是全生的… 或者是自己忘记要求熟的程度吧… 由于本人好怕血淋淋, 因此不能欣赏◦三文鱼及带子刺身都挺鲜, 不错, 而烧青椒仔及蕃薯都不错◦但$128加一只吃到这样质素, 只可说还可以吧~ 因为九龙站来说, 大部分餐厅都偏贵的◦

呢到开12点,赶得切睇戏前食饭,不过估唔到星期日都有set lunch,正!!其实鱼生饭同乌冬我都有兴趣,经过挣扎,都系叫左鱼生饭,仲加左$20叫左个紫薯甘栗饼,好味!但略嫌啲饭实左少少!!餐饮就有普通嘅柠茶柠水𠮶啲!下次有机会再去!

其实野姜食过好多次, 今次系约咗人尊程去食门口虽然有招牌, 但系容易入错, 因为隔离个招牌比较唔显眼当晚唔算多人, 好多枱, 提一提, 如果人多d, 座得满佢一个间隔 (唔算系房)都应该几好500ml Kirin Draft Beer $62算抵饮, 立即order解下渴先原来3个人叫半份刺身拼盘系唔够食, 因为几正, 新鲜, 厚切, 高质, 所以唔够喉 如果你系怕海胆果阵腥味, 咁就可以放心试, 佢冇腥味, 只有海胆鲜味牛柳粒好juicy, 肉质鲜嫩, 趁热食露荀有d失望, 卖相味道, 同荀本身都麻麻地乌东一般, 汤比较淡, 牛肉over cook太老身, 乌东本身就ok, 爽滑串烧唔错, 味道浓淡适中, 外脆内嫩提一提个烟肉荔枝卷, 烧到烟肉熟, 荔枝啱啱好, 唔酸 good!烧鸡翼食完2串又叫多2串芝士年糕波波黎到果阵中伏, 好热, 条脷熟咗, 不过我地不安于只点沙律浆, 又点豉油, 又点wasabi, 又几夹河豚干系当晚句号, 冇"完美"两个字系因为唔够厚身, 烧唔够干但又唔够juicy, 不及以前
