To continue on my last post. After the food came we ate some of the salt bomb they call noodles. We were considering life at this point cause the food was so bad. Two guys came in and were led to the cart seats. These are all fine. But the older rude af dude was like we close at 9:30 ok??It was 8:40 at this point. If you don’t want people to come in just close the dang place. Why torture everything when you hate your job so much? I guess it’s hard to make a living in the food biz in hk.

依间店长期都要排长龙。今次等左15分钟左右就入得!繁忙时间,冇办法要同人拼桌。今次叫咗三款—香酥脆鸡便当、红烧牛腱汤面、和牛QQ牛根丸汤面—全部都系大份又抵食!【香酥脆鸡便当🍗—邪恶炸鸡厚切丼】不得了!一上台,即刻见到两块超厚大炸鸡块,外皮脆卜卜,睇相都感受到个香气!咬落去咔咔声,鸡肉超嫩,唔会干争争,腌得够味之余仲有少少胡椒香—食完个人精神咗。配菜方面有滑蛋、爽口腌菜、酱汁冬粉,组合丰富唔单调。饭用珍珠米,粒粒分明又唔会湿笠笠,炸鸡配饭真系邪恶得嚟好幸福!配菜粉丝又入味。同事都话要即刻影相照先食~😋【红烧牛腱汤面🥩—肉感厚切,汤底浓郁】牛腱汤面真系诚意之作!碗面有几块厚到不行嘅牛腱,卤得入味,入口松化但唔烂,带点牛筋黏口超满足。汤底系红烧风味,饮落好浓,好出牛香但唔死咸。关庙扁面爽滑弹牙,每一啖都吸满汤底精华。加埋一串炸豆卜,层次好丰富,食到最后都唔会腻~阿里山蜜香乌龙茶做tea pairing好啱。茶味够香,回甘之余仲有少少蜜味。午饭饮住,够晒refreshing,唔会口干干。【和牛QQ牛根丸汤面🥢—牛丸弹牙,汤头清甜】呢碗和牛QQ牛根丸汤面卖相比想像中有惊喜!成碗有五粒大和牛丸,每粒都超弹牙、咬落去有肉汁好Juicy,而且冇牛腥味。黑麻油鸡汤底好浓郁的麻油香味,夹杂住淡淡既好似药材当归味,唔会太浓,好好味!我今次特登点选鸡蛋面,质地弹牙蛋香又足。豆卜吸晒汤汁,加埋冰冻25%甜度的花坛翠玉,味蕾十级满足!【环境 & 价钱 ✨ 】成张order total先$234,三大份主食+靓饮品,平均一人$78左右,性价比超高!😆💯堂食位舒服既,唔会太逼,但就系有食完就要拿拿声走的压力,冇办法啦,外面午餐时间长期都有人等。

小人对于台湾菜肴,仅是略懂皮毛,只知道台式风味偏甜,今次在此家台式便当开餐,且看如何。柯打的是卤排骨便当,未有想过出在眼前的竟然是一大块炸猪扒!首先猪扒有部份预先切开,却又没有切到尾,小人需要在面积不大的碗面上舞来舞去,狼狈不堪!猪扒是脆的,谁知道非常非常之重口味,咸到反艇!是用来佐饭的吧?碗内还有些椰菜、木耳及菜脯,无甚作用,未能做到增添食味。小食要了炸虾卷,虾肉很实,跟猪扒一样油份相当高!未如所料,以为是偏甜的东西居然劲咸,难食到傻眼!

份量好多,对得住个价钱。一个女仔食基本上好难食得晒,三个人嗌两个餐就啱啱好。佢啲粉丝好好食,但系啲小菜有时会比较偏油。整体而言味道比较浓,如果系钟意食淡嘢嘅人未必好啱食。

𠮶个招牌卤猪扒便当咸到无法形容....环境麻麻哋,明明都冇乜人好多空位,但都需要与人哋搭枱,服务都可以嘅,但系净系𠮶个食物唔知为乜都咸到滞....然后就系话𠮶个便当餐图画有饮品,但上嚟就冇饮品,但系同枱别人同样餐就有...唔知系唔系台南𠮶个风味就系咁咸,定系话厨师个问题。都希望可以俾人去选择啲咸度喇虽然呢块排骨都几大嚿,炸嘅都几酥脆,但系因为咸嘅问题,都算是一次好差嘅用餐体验啦。唔值得我专程过嚟食。
