Michelin One star for many years and we finally come to visit Yat Tung Heen, so many ppl coming here to have lunch and as we too haha, strong chinese environment and i like the paintings here haha esp three orange swimming fishes super lovely hahaa Deep fried Taro Puffs with minced pork and shrimp is okay but a bit of disappointment, because this one is one of best sim sim here, yes the taro is quite soft though not that outstanding, just like in other chaliu, maybe i have rather high expectation on michelin one star sad… Deep fried Custard Bun is a lovely one haha, it is made of mantou with custard sauce, i think the chef deep fried mantou which having yummy egg yolk custard sauce insides hahaBBQ Pork Pastry with sesame is the bessst one here here hahaaaa super yummy and delicious, in very good standard, i like the super friable layer with very good degree of soft and crispy texture i’m lovein it soso much loveyayaa this one is a must have item yaya, you know what i say when you try it, haha and the bbq pork is soso yummy Shanghai Soup Dumplings with minced pork is pretty disappointing sosad, really just okay, the one we tried in shanghai seems much more outstanding sad but they are so much cheaper lolllappetizer common beans with preserved meats is surprisingly good haha, i like soft beans and well seasoning bacons haha outsides:insides:menu:guess maybe the staffs are pretty busy because really many ppl come here, they always putting wrong plate lolll, but most staffs are so helpful and friendly haha, very good dinning environment, and i like the room of Yat Tung Heen haha

有朋自远方来,是时候来逸东轩,看看米芝莲一星的实力。保健老火汤 — 南北杏陈肾西洋菜煲猪腱$380(一煲)天时热饮碗老火汤,消暑清热,口味温和,男女老少皆宜。汤料加上少许酱汁,味道已很好。尤其猪腱,质地软嫩,容易咀嚼。黄金脆豆腐$118充满回忆的一道巧手小吃,这里做得不错,色泽金黄,外脆不油腻,内嫩保持水份。脆皮片皮鸭(两食)$888一食:配传统春饼、青瓜、青葱及海鲜酱这个片皮鸭应该是我印象中吃过最难忘的一次,真的皮脆肉香。鸭肉没有膻味之余,质地软嫩。纯鸭皮入口酥脆,油香四溢,肥而不腻,配上春饼、青瓜、青葱及海鲜酱,完美的配搭。二食:生菜包鸭崧首次吃以鸭肉烹调的生菜包,感觉新鲜。先纯吃一口鸭崧,这转尝到有一点点鸭膻味,可幸恰宜调味令膻味不会太明显。然后以生菜包鸭崧吃,发现膻味消失,新鲜的生菜把鸭崧变得更香更可口。野菌鱼汤浸时蔬$238人大了吃饭时总会叫一客蔬菜。炎夏总想吃点湿润的东西,鱼汤有惊喜,没有腥味,并为生菜带来清新的感觉,怪不得是推介之作。环境舒适,空间宽敞,服务周到,以米芝莲来说,我想价格不算太高吧。我最满意是片皮鸭,有机会我想再吃。

星期二约左朋友预祝佢生日,拣左想食好耐既米芝莲一星食府: 逸东轩。服务普通,餐具唔算好干净,食物普遍都好食,但不至于系一星食府。前菜叫左普洱茶。笋尖鲜虾饺、婆参带子饺、蚝皇叉烧包除左婆心带子饺,其他两样都好食。保健老火汤味道浓郁,唔会好咸。珊瑚琵琶豆腐虾呢个几好食。鲍汁花菇扒时蔬花菇整到够腍,生菜都煮得岩岩好,好食。香葱烧肉粒炒饭叫左走葱,炒饭够干身,可惜太咸。是日甜品系绿豆沙,有阵唔知咩既味,麻麻地。马拉糕正正常常,无乜特别。
