早两个月去唔点解冇开门。今寻决心要再去多次!大约11:45已经有3、4个人排队,但好快到我。我叫左粗面牛腩、猪皮、尤鱼。牛腩猪皮炆得好入味!咖喱尤鱼亦好野味!唔怪得咁多人买净送!加埋小小辣汁,我忍唔住饮左几啖汤,好正!系份量较少同D面再煮透D会好啲。食左几分钟门口已经出现人龙,由於舖面好细又要企喺度食,为免阻住人所以快D食完走人!我个人觉得呢间车仔面好食过铜锣湾荣记。迟多两个礼拜再去食,不过会早D!

今日行过呢间有名车仔面,忍唔住要来一试。我点咗一大碗粗面,足足加咗四款餸!面条兜住汤汁,辣椒酱嗌醒,劲入味!猪肠同猪皮点得好,咬落去够哂腍,香滑得嚟不够腥。至於鸡翼就真系赢晒,卤得味道透彻,啖啖肉都饱满得黎惹味。贡丸个个都够劲弹牙,瞓喺汤底嘅冬菇都叮咗正正好,每啖咬落去都吸足咗鲜。时菜方面,我拣咗生菜同通菜,清爽打底,滋味十足!这个组合嘅价钱,真系无敌超值。食嘢嘅朋友哋,下次经过湾仔,记得唔好错过呢间呀!🤩👍🍲

Went here with my colleague during lunch time to try out this cart noodle resto in Wan Chai..I selected Vermicelli for noodle, while choosing Sweet & Sour Gluten and Pig Red for ingredients. With a crispy exterior, the Sweet & Sour Gluten were juicy internally. It's interesting that even though it was soaked in the soup, their crispiness still remained. The cubicle Pig Red was huge and came with generous amount. They tasted savoury and complemented the soup well. .There was no seating, but only standing area in the resto, so most people did take away.

天气冻 又系食汤面嘅时候我锺意食车仔面哩间车仔面好出名 久仰大名上星期终於试咗果真好食!难得当日系平日3点都keep住有人买 仲有台湾人慕名而来汤底好浓郁饮落咸咸甜甜 有卤水及花椒八角香餸有好多款 竟然有粉肠 好新鲜冇臭味 要试!🩵猪肠、鸡翼入哂味 猪红好滑 唔会一夹就散鱿鱼几爽口最锺意系佢个辣酱 似沙嗲+辣酱 好香好惹味 👍🏻👍🏻一定要加!另外酸斋都系必食炸到外层脆脆地 唔会有油溢味似系新鲜炸 order时先淋酸汁保持口感哩间车仔面系会食完想再食的难怪咁出名!
