招牌菜
This place was recommended by friends. I love dumplings and northern Chinese food, so I thought I'd give it a try.We had a late-ish dinner there on a Sunday and was given a table by the window, the view was nice as all the buildings light up at night.Service was average, but the lady owner (She was not in an uniform!) was good at recommending unusual dishes. We were happy that she didn't tried to sell us the Shake Fin soup or other expensive dishes on the menu.I've had better "siu long bao" elsewhere (i.e in Shanghai) however, theirs was not bad for a Hong Kong restaurant.My favorite dish was the honey sauce chinese ham with bun, perfect combination of sweet and savory.We also had a fish soup, it's a thick soup, I think it translate as "Mrs. Shi's fish soup". It was very tasty ( I am sure there's some MSG in it, but I wasn't overly thirsty after the meal).For desert, I really like their "red bean paste in Eggwhite banana dough" 高力豆沙香蕉, it wasn't too greasy and you can taste the banana.All in all, it was a pleasant dinning experience with good ambience, above average food and reasonable price.

佐敦地带, 柯士甸道与弥敦道交界的一座商业大厦, 全座皆食肆, 今天上了最高的一间, 11楼, 上海菜品种加粤式饮茶, 景观正, 安排坐在窗前, 太阳晒, 略热, 幸好天气凉, 尚可以, 先来一笼虾饺和镇江肴肉来试一试品质, 虾饺略为大了些, 虾味不足但肉质口感弹牙, 加上皮厚簿适中, 不差啦, 镇江肴肉, 透明部分略多, 咬落弹口但肉质口感不足, 吃了才叫其他的点心, 脆皮鸡半只, 皮十分簿, 炸得刚好, 外脆内软, 炒饭比想像中细碟, 虾多但细只, 炒得干身, 饭质一粒粒可见, 锅贴煎得不够香, 底部颜色还是淡淡, 皮实实, 但肉质不错, 可惜, 义烧包十分出色, 以上海包式外表, 皮极软熟, 内里材料交足功课, 接近全瘦义烧, 多而汁论中, 查看原来是大点, 难怪,

事关北京酒楼等到儍, 才有今次既第一次. 第一个 GOOD o系老板娘既服务, 需然有DD hard-sell 但胜在态度好. 尼家片皮鸭都不错, 睇上去都几靓, 又不太腻 青瓜仲好fresh 小笼包: 入口香甜;皮厚ok;但里面D汤比较少. 其它小菜都OK 但细 portion. ps: 刚刚先见到 OpenRice优惠券

朋友生日, 相约了在这里吃饭, 见到dinner 食评好像一般都有点儿担心,不过今年夏天才在这里吃过lunch(饮茶) 感觉上服务很好, 所以决定再试夜晚.这里值得推介是没有限时, 一整晚任坐, 待应们的服务都很好, 我们买了蛋糕, 虽然要收hkd 50切饼费, 但这里的待应很细心, 先让我们唱过生日歌许过愿拍过照才拿回去帮我们分件 (这个是雪糕蛋糕来的, 要分件其实都好辛苦架)食物方面推介北京填鸭, 糖醋排骨. 鸡丝粉皮 北京填鸭真的好好吃, 皮很脆, 而且(hkd 298) 还能送多一个𩠌, 所以我地也点了选单下的糖醋排骨, 排骨很入味肉很林.砂锅云吞鸡(半只) 是hkd 98 也是送选单下的𩠌,我们也就点了腊味抄芥兰. 另外也点了回窝肉抄年糕, 葱油饼 , 不过这些就一般了.

今日夜晚见金山爆晒, 所以上左黎食, 点知佢做紧中秋, d 野食劲贵, 又冇乜得拣, 不过开左茶冇计,叫左:1. 韮黄鳝糊 ($88), 呢个系全晚最正常既菜 2. 带子西兰花 ($78), 带子有雪味又韧, 同0系屋企冇走油就咁煮既一样 3. 赛螃蟹 ($68), 得 d 蛋白同少少瑶柱, 冇料既, 又冇蛋黄捞, 又淡 真系0系屋企煮好过
