I am slightly hesitated in writing a review of this restaurant, as the food was SO GOOD that I want to keep this as a little secret for myself and my friends!As we were running out of time (given it was a weekday lunch), My friend and I ordered their set lunch menu, instead of their Omakase. The sashimi rice bowl I had was lovely, the ingredients were fresh and the portion was just right. My friend ordered the tempura set, it was so good (as I tried a little from my friend’s) and I will certainly be returning soon to try it and their Omakase! The crab was so fresh and the batter was nicely done as well, a must visit and I have already recommended this place to many of my friends and family! 继续阅读

晚餐· 2人第一次喺香港食到咁有诚意嘅oksmase不论食物、环境、服务都无可挑剔,非常值得黎,超级推荐!日式嘅格局,可以见到日本师傅准备料理,比较抢眼嘅系喺天花板嘅蟹。一开头会俾你睇吓今日嘅新鲜食材,当然有大大只蟹。Omakase ($1650 per person)蟹宴总共有8道菜,另加甜点~每一道菜都好精美,各种食物嘅配搭好夹,而侍应亦都会好细心为你讲解每道菜式嘅食材同食法。前菜刺身烧物扬物一品料理食事 渍物汁物甜点庆祝生日嘅甜点,见到果刻真系好surprise ,无谂过会整得咁靓~~~ 而且唔单止靓,仲•非常•好味总括嚟紧,系好高水准嘅餐厅,尤其推荐想庆祝生日嘅人,一定会令你有个好愉快嘅生日 继续阅读

蟹道野田自从由九如坊搬到雪厂街,只有12个位,由日本大厨亲自发办,是日新鲜食材有北海道雪场蟹、松叶蟹、龙虾及鲍鱼,一流的食材,加上贴心的款待,这一顿唔使自己拆蟹的蟹宴,当然 Ichiban啦!九道菜 Kanidou Omakase:前菜:野菜,鱼子啫喱,萝卜面豉+银杏腰果,花瓣鲭鱼寿司刺身:蟹脚、吞拿鱼腩、鰤鱼烧物:炭烧雪场蟹脚,好大只,烧鲍鱼又香又弹牙天妇罗:龙虾、蕃薯、茄子及青椒仔一品料理:手撕蟹肉蟹膏,鲜甜美味食事:蟹肉海胆鱼籽捞饭,这一道最出色!Low Carb 的朋友都忍不住要吃两碗!汁物:超浓郁龙虾汤甜品:𥚃面有燕窝、梨子及雪糕,很refreshing!最後寿星仲有特别的九格甜品并盘,每一款都超级好味道!蟹道Omasake $1,650/ 位贵不贵?真系见仁见智!但这一顿蟹宴真是好吃得令人怀念! 继续阅读

我最爱的蟹宴💜第一次食咁有水准既Omakase,价钱虽贵,但每一道菜,都吃出幸福感,鲜甜,香滑,有质素💖由日本人厨师料理,做出正宗既Omakase。第一次食哂咁多道菜式,Tummy 满足感100分。由於价钱不非,所以对呢一餐满有期待,幸好完全冇失望,连唔系好食鱼既我都食哂条鱼。9道菜入面,最好食系个蟹肉饭,日本料理司最後会喺你面前帮你捞捞个饭,加啲葱,由於蟹子同海胆都系喺未捞前就睇下每个食客既口味(我个人後讲系唔食海胆胆蟹子🙈)所以料理司冇帮我加到,成个饭我食哂😜最特别系最普通既头盘芝麻豆腐,个口感都而家都好历历在目,QQ口感既豆腐宝系好好食🥺成餐饭环境气氛都太好💜 继续阅读

日本夏天的「土用の丑の日」即是季节交替的日子,传统上这天会吃鳗鱼。因为夏天没有食欲,容易消瘦,所以要吃营养丰富的食物,例如鳗鱼。.前几天来吃鳗鱼饭鹿児岛鳗鱼,肉质厚实,烧得香口。但是味道没有静冈产的好,也不太juicy 。酱汁跟白饭是日本嘅味道。前菜跟刺身ok ,最後的汤放了很多秋葵,纤维丰富 继续阅读
