我好少写粉面小食,我真觉得好食,在湾仔食鱼蛋粉,这间最弹牙,又唔会太咸,但我反而喜欢卤肉面,不会太咸,爽口,肥瘦适中,大大块;扎肉面,6,7片厚厚弹牙爽口,有口感真系好好味最低加2元豆浆,好浓郁,有豆味面底不会好似其他咁少,足量,爽滑装修唔知点解好暗

如题:墨鱼萝卜煎真是好奇怪,上台时卖相是可以的,三十蚊一份有三大件,但一口咬落去成口油,没有墨鱼的弹牙咬感,却是一口胶的桨口感觉,有萝卜丝混在入面,但无水份既。其实又唔似萝卜榚,又唔似墨鱼饼。都唔知点咁。另外仲食咗个紫菜汤,愈饮越口渴。结果要叫埋热零水,埋单已经60蚊。相片就是无法咗食落去既嘢。

Last week I walked past the shop, and was attracted by the 'no msg' sign on the entrance.They had a couple of deals for tea sets, mostly noodles with different toppings. The waitress told me that I can switch the noodles to vegetables instead and the menu was flexible so I walked in.I ordered a beef brisket and tendon rice vermicilli which was around $38. The brisket had a nice tender and slightly chewy texture, and the tendons were very very well seasoned. The soup base was fish broth. I added $2 for a hot soya milk which was fragrant of actual beans and wasn't too sweet.

星期六晚一个人,心里面就好想食鱼蛋粉,我一直沿著轩尼诗道往铜锣湾方向行,又咁好彩俾我发现咗呢一间冇乜人光顾卖鱼蛋粉嘅地舖! 其实依一间舖畀我第一个感觉唔系太好,因为星期六晚7点几居然冇乜客! 但因为实在有啲肚饿同埋好想食鱼蛋粉,所以我决定入去试一试!坐低之后睇一睇佢个餐牌发现佢大部分嘅粉面都系大约29蚊至三十几蚊, 价钱唔系太贵但亦都唔可以话系好平, 我一心想食鱼蛋粉, 所以当我睇完个餐牌之后, 我都系叫咗鱼蛋粉, 呢度既鱼蛋粉系叫做”达濠鱼丸粉”系佢哋间舖嘅招牌菜,至于点解叫做”达濠”我就冇问啦 !达濠鱼丸粉出餐速度多几快,三至五分钟左右我碗鱼蛋粉就已经出现喺我面前. 第一件事咁当然就系相机食先啦!之后我第一时间试就去试下啲汤,依间舖啲鱼蛋粉嘅汤其实系偏淡嘅,但系我几钟意!因为唔系太咸,有少少鱼香! 之后我就食左一啖河粉,佢嘅河粉做得唔错,唔会煮到好林, 而且都几滑口! 鱼丸同埋鱼蛋条嘅味道就其实十分之相似,我老实讲食唔出有乜特别大嘅分别,但系好有惊喜嘅就系, 佢嘅鱼蛋真系好鬼弹牙,同埋都几有鱼味! 钟意食弹牙鱼蛋粉嘅话就一定要试下! 喺食到大约三分之一嘅时候,我就觉得个汤好似淡咗啲咁我就落咗佢地啲辣椒酱,佢哋有两款辣椒酱畀你拣, 一款系油浸辣椒油另一款系应该叫做潮汕地区嘅辣椒酱,我拣左第二款,辣味都几适中,好适合食鱼蛋粉用! 钟意食辣既话记住拣依一只辣椒酱!后记,可能因为舖头嘅地理位置问题,佢系位于湾仔同铜锣湾嘅正中间,同埋两个地方嘅地铁站都有一定距离,所以人流唔多,但我想讲呢间舖嘅鱼蛋粉真系好有质素!有机会嘅话我一定会返嚟再帮衬! 依间舖唯一一个问题就系佢唔收八达通! 埋单时要俾或者要收散纸有啲唔方便!

屡屡路过这一间号称汕头鱼丸粉面老店的「蒂蒂香」,见店面贴有不少的剪报,连蔡澜和黄丽梅等食家也力赞,不免有蠢蠢欲试的冲动。是日,专程到访,楼面阿姐殷勤有礼,还主动介绍店中名物,如特色捞面、手打鱼蛋、煎墨鱼卵等。最后,小妹充满期待地要了一碗鱼丸炸鱼腐卷河粉$32。先呷一口淡白的汤,入口带微微的鱼腥味儿,淡淡的,应该是鱼汤,而阿姐推介的河粉质感既爽且滑。鱼丸只有两粒,显得有点儿小家了﹗咬一口,鱼蛋口感较为结实,爽口且弹牙,略带鱼肉的鲜味。两条的炸鱼腐卷,包著鱼肉虾肉面糊等饀料,即叫即炸,炸得外层金黄香脆,内里烟韧鲜美,伴以酸辣酱同吃,不错也,只略嫌有点油腻。
